  5. Our stay was awesome despite few issues

    Positive: Great location, big room with balcony, bathtub Negative: The mattress on bed was too soft, we had to sleep on sofa which was comfortable though. Also all the coffee cups were dirty and sticky.

  7. Comfortable stay, somewhat spoiled by electrical problems that management refused to service.

    Positive: Generous sized apartment, comfortable bed, good temperature control, sufficient storage for clothes. The balcony is good. Negative: Electrical problem, probably with the oven. Management wouldn’t send someone to look unless we made a video of the problem. How do you video an intermittent short circuit? Also, shower fitting is too low, water sprays across the bathroom floor (my wife slipped on the wet floor). The furniture is sparse and the sofa faces away from the television. The distance from the old city is about 25 minutes walk.

    Positive: Апартаменты превзошли все ожидания, удобно, комфортно, рядом посольство США, рядом магазины и аптеки, есть где пообедать и поужинать, к квартире есть кухня с посудой и быттехникой, поэтому очень удобно завтракать на месте.     Positive: Die Lage in der Nähe der Busroute 180 war sehr gut. App. und Haus noch recht neu und schön saniert. Zugang problemfrei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Nähe. Zentrale Plätze und Nahverkehr in Nähe. Negative: Ausstattung Küche/ Geschirr und Besteck gering. Kühlschrank nachts laut. Matratze sehr weich. Keine deutschen TV Sender empfangen.

    Positive: The apartment is spacious, cozy, stylish and clean. It's well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is awesome! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Negative: The look from the window faces the opposite institution, so light day curtains would be nice to have. The kitchen could have a bit more necessities, e.g. like olive oil.

    Very cool location, it suited my tasks perfectly, there is a parking lot under the windows (although it is paid), but the presence is already good. We spent 3 nights, the first night was cold, but when we turned on the batteries, the next nights were warm. When I go to Warsaw for the second time for the same tasks, I will choose this apartment again as the location is very good.

    We discovered that the bed was broken on the first night. My boyfriend - who slept on the broken side - woke up with severe back pain. We messaged the host early the next morning and sent a picture of the broken bed after being asked to do so. It took 6 hours before we got a response - after we sent a reminder to the host that we needed an answer the same day. We did not get the possibility to change to an apartment closeby with the same amneties and told them that we would like a refund instead. We was offered a 10% refund - which is way too low considering how the problem has lowered our living experience considerably and also led to one of us having severe back problems during and after our stay. We told our hosts that we wanted more money back and we haven’t got an answer from them since sending that e-mail one week ago. As soon as any problems arose, the communication with the host became significantly slower or stopped altogether.

  51. Die Wohnung wäre richtig komfortabel, wenn jemand zuständig wäre die Mängel zu beheben.

    Positive: Gute Lage im Zentrum. Gute Ausstattung aber teilweise nicht funktionsfähig. Negative: Der Lattenrost vom Doppelbett ist falsch montiert. Auf der linken Seite liegt der Oberkörper ca. 10-15 cm tiefer. Mit Kissen kaum auszugleichen. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, Programme lassen sich starten, werden aber nicht fertig. Küchenausstattung ist nicht ausreichend, um etwas zu kochen, evtl. Nutzung der Mikrowelle. Keine Tee- oder Kaffeekanne, nur Wasserkocher. Keine Trockentücher für Geschirr. Badewanne gefährlich, nicht am Boden befestigt, kann kippen. Vom Bürohochhaus gegenüber kann man direkt in die Wohnung sehen, Gardinen als Sichtschutz wären sinnvoll. Allle Reklamationen weitergegeben per Email: Antworten von fünf verschiedenen Leuten, getan hat sich allerdings nichts.

  55. Nice room in the centre of Warsaw

    Positive: Spacious appartement close to the city centre. All the needed facilities were available. Clean and very new. Contact free check-in/out was perfect, all the information was sent to me in multiple ways before arriving. Negative: Bathroom door lock did not work. Shower was only useable as a hand-held. Whole appartement block still seems not 100% finished.

  59. In general, we enjoyed our stay in these apartments very much. We could even come back here another time.

    Positive: Convenient location, easy get to any part of the city. The house is renovated, the entrance is clean and bright. Amazing design of the apartment, especially the bathroom. Negative: When we moved in, the floor was dirty so we had to wear slippers. The washing machine and dishwasher did not work, the error was somehow connected with the water supply. Maybe we were doing something wrong. The windows of the apartments overlook the office building, so on weekdays we have to curtain the windows for privacy.

    The appartment was good, just had dirty glasses (wasn't water stains). However, we go into a situation where another guest mixed up the appartments (there is another one next to this one with the same number). The host was really slow to respond, it was always a new person responding to texts. I tried to call many times but no one picked up the phone. The situation was dealed with the help of Airbnb team. We got our rightful appartment only after we spend 2 nights in the appartment next to it. Thus, if there is no problems during your stay, then it is a great choice but if you are unlucky and have a problem then be ready to wait a long time for a solution.

    Квартира розташована в 10-15 хвилинах пішої доступності до центральної залізничної станції, поряд з будинком є автобусна зупинка, недалеко кілька красивих парків для прогулянок. З заселенням проблем не було, інструкції чіткі, знайти помешкання було легко. Всередині чисто, відповідає фото. Недалеко кілька продуктових магазинів, кафе. Рекомендую цю квартиру всім кому важливе зручне розташування в центрі та комфортне проживання.
