    Positive: The place is clean. The apartment is situated in a newer house, so quite spacious compared to typical places in the area (in the older houses built right after the war). There were some cosmetics, as well as instant coffee and tea bags available, but rather cheap, so formally yes, but in practice - low quality. Kitchen equipment is rather rudimentary, but I guess, enough to cook sth basic. There is also a spacious terrace, but since I stayed in the cold and windy days of November, it was not of great use to me. Must be fantastic in warmer days. Negative: For me it was a bit confusing that the house has two entrances and the apartments are scattered with a peculiar logic; I arrived late at night, entered the code and could not find my apartment / key locker... I got quite unhappy and only as the last resort, which went counter my logic, went to check the second entrance. It was opened by the same code and there I finally found 'my' apartment... This bit is a bit confusing and needs a sentence or two in the directions that ppl get upon booking this place,

    Fajna lokalizacja, mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Na dłuższy pobyt wyposażenie kuchni trochę skromne (mało naczyń) Gospodarz odpisuje bardzo szybko na wszelkie pytania. Bardzo pomocny. Miejsce parkingowe w budynku obok na 5 piętrze (co czyni wjeżdżanie i wyjeżdżanie dość ciężkie, ale można łatwo się przyzwyczaić)

  11. Bardzo fajny pobyt

    Positive: Bardzo dobrze urządzone mieszkanie, praktyczne. Jeśli chodzi o sypialnie to wygodne (odpowiednio twardszy materac) łóżko. Jest tez zasłona i w sypialni i tak jak na zdjęciu w salonie. Łazienka bardzo ładna z prysznicem i wanna 2w1 ( nie zalało nam łazienki wiec spoko) , ręczniki są, czysto. Nie działa tylko led nad lustrem. Salon i kuchnia przestronne. Ogólnie nie spodziewałem się tak sporej ilości miejsca w tym mieszkaniu. Balkon mega, bardzo na plus, nawet udało się zobaczyć spadające gwiazdy z balkonu. Odszukanie klatki,kluczy i parkingu trochę jak mini escape room 😀jak będziemy w Warszawie to na pewno tam wrócimy. Negative: Brak

    Positive: Apartament bardzo fajny. Godny polecenia. Fajny taras. Negative: Miejsce parkingowe znajduje na parkingu wielopoziomowym na ulicy Kaczej poziom 5 miejsce 149 a nie na Bellottiego 3 w parkingu podziemnym jak mnie poinformowano. Znalezienie tego miejsca o 23 jak przybyliśmy na miejsce było oczywiście niemożliwe a z publicznymi miejscami parkingowymi krucho. Jednym słowem żenada. Obsługujący wynajem nie mają pojęcia co wynajmują za dużą kasę.

    If you are looking for a king bed this is not a king bed. The complex has multiple buildings so would be better to have clearer instructions, especially for the parking. The kitchen was nice but had no coffee maker or a tea towel, just 2 single serves of instant coffee. there was no booklet of instructions for Wi-Fi, garbage, supermarket location, exit instructions, ext. For a professional management company I had expected a well run Airbnb, this was not. The apartment itself was very nice but the bed size detracted from our stay.

    Positive: Apartamentai gražiai įrengti su visais patogumais. Didelė graži balkono terasa. Vos keli kilometrai iki senamiesčio. Negative: Buvo labai tvanku, nors lauke nebuvo labai karšta. Sunku suprasti, kur įėjimas į apartamentus bei kur parkuoti automobilį. Nebuvo paruošta patalynės trečiam žmogui, nors buvome trys suaugę ir 1 vaikas.
