    Positive: L'appartamento è luminoso e accogliente, ci sono tante stoviglie e accessori da cucina. Negative: La pulizia deve essere più meticolosa. Noi italiani ci teniamo molto. Quando l'ho richiesta perché ci dovevo ritornare non mi hanno risposto. Ci vorrebbe una scopa elettrica o un robot aspirapolvere per la pulizia quotidiana e un lume nelle camere da letto

    la comunicación con los anfitriones siempre fue muy difícil. Las indicaciones para encontrar el edificio no fueron claras. La cajilla de de la llave poco segura e informal. Pasamos tres noches con una cama sin sábanas ni toallas para un segundo huésped a pesar de haber pagado extra. La cocina muy mal equipada. nuestra estancia fue de 19 días y nunca se nos dió materiales básicos para limpieza. Una persona retiro una parte de la aspiradora y a pesar que solicite la regresarán muchas veces jamas la regresaron. Unas horas después de mi salida me están haciendo un cobro por daños a un aparato eléctrico ( una plancha -iron- que nunca utilizamos. El apartamento es amplio, bien iluminado, bien ventilado y seguro hay transporte público accesible y el trayecto al centro de la ciudad toma 50 min mínimo. Es cómodo aunque los muebles son de baja calidad. El sector es tranquilo y agradable, hay supermercado y restaurantes en el área. Considero que si logran mejorar administración

  29. Uncomfortable sleeping accommodations and very poor customer service

    Positive: Location and size of the apartment Negative: DON'T RECOMMEND! Extremely poor customer care from the management company and the apartment needs to be fixed to make the stay more comfortable. One of the bedrooms is very uncomfortable to sleep in as the window coverings are inadequate, bedroom doors are made of glass so the light comes through, unreliable wifi, high price, minimal supplies and high price for what you get. Plus they wanted extra money for clean towels for a 2 week very expensive stay. Management company doesn't care. They have their policy and don't care how comfortable or uncomfortable you are. Their response was "you saw the pictures and this is all you get".

    Positive: Чистота, наличие всего необходимого: от тостера до пылесоса. Качество квартиры. Отличные и комфортные кровати, хорошее постельное белье. Наличие личной парковки Negative: При закрытых окнах появляется странный запах со стороны спальных комнат
