    The apartment is very good, warm, spacious. Great, warm underground parking. I would like some aspects to be improved in the apartment - a shower screen or curtain is needed, the water tap in the kitchen needs to be replaced, as it is damaged, and more comfortable pillows are definitely needed :))

  17. Disappointing service. Pricing and deposit policy close to scam practices

    Positive: Good location - quiet and green area around. Good for having a walk. Well equipped kitchen. Appartment well equipped as well. Negative: Misleading information about pets allowance, hidden costs, unexpected deposit and very poor service regarding paying deposit back. We have booked Appartment as it was pet friendly. When we have reached out property we got message that pets are not allowed. After our claim pets were allowed with extra payment 300 PLN and damage deposit 1000 PLN. We have agreed that deposit will be returned day after leaving Appartment. It was not returned. Service was ensuring that this is going to be returned soon but nothing concrete. After several contacts I’ve claimed to booking.com customer service and after their intervention deposit was returned immediately. Overall I do not recommend this Appartment due to very disappointing customer service not to say scam policy.

    Apartament czysty i dobrze umyta podłoga. Okolica cicha, dużo placów zabaw dla dzieci, lecz nie jest to miejsce na wakacje, ale na szybkie załatwienie spraw w Warszawie (tak jak w moim przypadku na Bemowie i Centrum). Odmówiono mi późnego checkout, motywując, że tego dnia przyjeżdżają kolejni goście i serwis musi posprzątać. No trudno. Sześć dni (!) po moim wymeldowaniu zaskoczenie, ponieważ otrzymałam maila z informacją, że mam zapłacić za to, że serwis sprzątający po moim wyjeździe zauważył, że zdjęcia wiszą krzywo i komoda pod tv jest uszkodzona (nawet jej nie otwierałam), co uznałam za próbę wyłudzenia pieniędzy. Zgłosiłam to do AIRBNB, ponieważ właściciel (BookingHost) wysłał linka zewnętrznego do płatności co jest złamaniem regulaminu jak usłyszałam od Airbnb Support. Mieszkanie zostawiłam w perfekcyjnym stanie na co dowodem były zdjęcia i video, które ZAWSZE robię przy wyjściu. Sam pobyt był poprawny, apartament ok, ale próba wyłudzenia pieniędzy jest nie do zaakceptowania

    Positive: Очень уютная квартира, большая кухня, большой балкон, рядом аэропорт, но дискомфорт не доставляет! Очень порадовала подземная парковка, хотя во дворе тоже всегда было место. Очень много посуды (но отсутствует сковорода). Приветливые соседи. Negative: По всей квартире валялась собачья шерсть!!! Даже в чистой посуде, в ванной, клубы шерсти в спальне! Было очень не приятно… Отсутствовала туалетная бумага и жидкое мыло в ванной комнате (не критично, было с собой).

Oprócz standardowych rzeczy w kuchni znajdował się zapas herbat i pakerów z kawą rozpuszczalną oraz ekspres do robienia kawy z różnymi kapsułkami do zaparzania kawy. W łazience były szampony.   37. Great apartment, cozy and well-equipped.

    Positive: Cozy and well-equipped apartment. An underground parking key was waiting for us inside the room which is convenient. Extra kitchen appliances available including coffee machine with all required staff, hot chocolate and complimentary water. Washing machine and even iron were provided. Pets friendly. Nice big balcony and view. Negative: There is local airport easily seen from the balcony with small aircrafts taking off and landing close by, though the noise is minor and you almost don’t hear it.

    Wooow, amazing place! Very clean, nice terrace with beautiful view of Warsaw skyline from one side and small airport with limited traffic from another. Apartment was very quiet inside, all appliances was in good condition and working well and quiet too. Larger than looking on the photos, very well equipped. Easy access from street. In walking distance (7-10min) are shops and restaurant. Nice location for people who want to escape from loud noises but still stay close to all necessary things and city centre. Definitely recommend, best place to stay for longer vacation
