    Na wstępie zaznaczę, że należy omijać szerokim łukiem gospodarza. Moje odczucia po pobycie w apartamencie są bardzo negatywne. Jest to spowodowane faktem, iż gospodarz próbuje wyłudzić pieniądze za szkody, które już były w apartamencie i później trzeba się kłócić z supportem airbnb, żeby rozwiązać sprawę. W moim przypadku zostałem poproszony o absurdalną kwotę w postaci 400 złotych za uwaga- ruszającą się deskę klozetową. Chciałbym nadmienić, że ta deska się ruszała od początku i jestem przekonany, że właściciel wiedział o tym fakcie dużo wcześniej. Jeżeli chodzi o sam apartament to odbiega on od tego co widnieje na zdjęciach- jest dużo mniejszy i miałem wrażenie po wejściu do apartamentu, że jest on niewystarczająco czysty. Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację apartamentu jest ona tragiczna pod względem znalezienia tego apartamentu- właściciel niejasno wyjaśnia położenie apartamentu. Ogólnie bym postawił więcej gwiazdek ale uważam że zachowanie właściciela było absurdalne i niemoralne.

    Stayed here several times. These are very comfortable and attractive apartments: compact, comfortable, lots of natural light. Many amenities around there: Zhabka, bakery, cafes. Many buses: 5 minutes to Warszawa Zachodnia, 10 minutes to the center, 15 minutes to the close subway station on foot. + close proximity to trams station Very convenient, highly recommended!

    It is a small but cozy place to stay at. The view is great, and it is close to the railway and bus station. If you want to go to the Old Town, the tram stop is within walking distance. The host is responsive and helpful. I would stay there again!

    Positive: Czysto, komfortowo, wygodnie. Wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy pod ręką, miejsce świetnie skomunikowane, całkiem niezły widok na miasto. Biurko do pracy, łatwy dostęp do gniazdek elektrycznych, przyzwoicie wyposażona kuchnia (aneks). Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Negative: Brak ręcznika papierowego, spory hałas w nocy pochodzący z sąsiednich mieszkań, mimo zakazu imprez w opisie. Trochę przekłamań na zdjęciach - drobne usterki, które choć nie wpływają na jakość pobytu budzą niesmak - wygięty karnisz, zaciek i oderwana listwa za łóżkiem, to samo z sufitem w kabinie prysznicowej.Nie ma tv, jest Netflix, po zalogowaniu na swoje konto i dostęp do YouTube. Poza tym bez zarzutu.

    Die Wohnung ist gut für kurze Aufenthalte (1-2 Tage) geeignet. Gute Lage, kein Lärm, ein breites Bett, eine schöne Sicht aus dem Fenster, Internet auch okay. Man muss nur berücksichtigen, dass das Zimmer sehr sehr klein ist. Es fehlten ein paar notwendige Sachen, z.B. gab es nur ein Badetuch für 2 Leute und überhaupt keine Handtücher. Dusche war ein wenig verstopft, sonst in Ordnung. Die Pfanne passt zu dem Herd nicht, kochen kann man nur in einem Topf. Das sind aber nicht besonders wichtige Sachen, es geht.

When I arrived, the internet wasn't working and no one repaired it for 2 days, I called the number hundreds of times, no one answered, and if they did, they did it in a rude tone and still didn't do anything. Through a message in the application, they wrote to simply turn on and turn off the router, which I did and it did not work, then they did not answer and already last night they started to answer, but still did not solve the problem. I lost 2 working days, it caused me financial loss and added stress. I will not rent from this company again. I do not recommend

    Something was okay, something was bad. At the moment of visiting apartment had several issues, hope they will get fixed. Good things: bed, view, soundproof walls, location. Bad things: frying pan isn’t suitable for induction panel, dusty floor, clogged shower and what I really didn’t like is some strange box inside apartment which was randomly making loud noise like someone was drilling inside the room. Good sleep is not possible with that thing.

    Positive: - The apartment was clean and everything looked new - Perfect shower room - All facilities worked, a lot of lights, air conditioning, intercom with camera - The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary dishes - Internet connection was stable and fast (if the pass you were sent is incorrect, try out that one on the bottom of the modem) Negative: - The drill noise was really annoying, particularly when it started early in the morning (before 8am) and lasted for the entire day - The windows on the balcony had dirty windows (outside) that reflected too much light - No cleaning included

    Pobyt w tym miejscu uważam za udany, fajna lokalizacja, ładny wystrój mieszkania zgodny ze zdjęciami, czysto i przyjemnie. Wszystkie sprzęty działały bez zarzutu. Zgodnie z uwagami gospodarza, trwał remont w innym mieszkaniu, ale byłam na to przygotowana, ponieważ jest to nowy budynek. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce :)

    Even though the apartment itself and the location is amazing, I would say that the fact that the building is not yet finished as well as all the surroundings makes it very hard to recommend, at least for now. And that I would have appreciated knowing that before. Do not expect luxury or safety, even though you can definitely say it will be the case in a few weeks. Also Bear in mind the very loud noise from early morning until late at night coming from building works, as well as being alone in the tour as it is not yet inhabited. For the rest, the apartment itself is great, clean and has everything needed during your stay.
