Swietny apartament , problematyczny garaz
Positive: To mój trzeci pobyt w apartamencie. Bardzo duże i komfortowo wykończone mieszkanie. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Negative: Brak klucza umożliwiającego przedostanie się z klatki schodowej do garażu. Przy tygodniowym pobycie jest to bardzo męczące. Można dostać się tylko przez bramę główna do której jest pilot. Jest to bardzo niebezpieczne dla pieszego no i bardzo uciążliwe. To duży budynek który trzeba obejść na zewnątrz, a potem drugie tyle przejść podziemiem garażowym żeby dojść do samochodu. Brak reakcji zarządzającego mimo maili i rozmów telefonicznych. Szkoda - bo to element który skutecznie popsuł pobyt.

Positive: Dwie przestronne sypialnie, czysto i schludnie. Dla mnie lokalizacja idealna. Negative: Brak klucza do drzwi prowadzących z klatki do garażu. Przeważnie drzwi były otwarte więc nie było problemu, ale ostatniego dnia ktoś je zatrzasnął i znosząc bagaże musiałam iść na około przez bramę garażową.

Brak pomocy ze strony personelu, w efekcie auto parkowało na ulicy… śniadanie przewidziane na jeden dzień, do tego serwowane ze starym pieczywem i nieświeżymi rogalikamj. Brak pomocy ze strony personelu znowu…Informacja zwrotna, że śniadanie było dostarczone na dwa dni…. Zdecydowanie nie polecamy.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable Negative: The parking garage is not safe. Our rental car was stuck and it ripped a hole in our roof from the antenna and scratched the entire car. The parking garage has low ceilings and has no signs on the height dimensions. The parking is a 2 level parking where you car drops down and then another car parks on top of your car. Not safe and we will not rent from here ever again.

Mieszkanie polozone jest w cichej okolicy. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i przestronny, a takze wyposazony we wszystkie niezbedne rzeczy (rowniez kuchnia). Lozka dostepne w apartamencie sa bardzo wygodne. Do mieszkania przynalezy miejsce parkingowe w garazu podziemnym znajdujace sie blisko wejscia. Kontakt z firma wynajmujaca byl bez zastrzezen, a zameldowanie i wymeldowanie byly bezproblemowe. Jedynym minusem byla niedzialajaca zmywarka - firma wynajmujaca zaproponowala wizyte serwisu, jednak ze wzgledu na krotki pobyt nie moglam jej przyjac. Mam nadzieje, ze usterka zostanie naprawiona i kolejni goscie beda mogli w pelni korzystac z tego apartamentu.

Fin lejlighed , men desværre var der ingen instruktioner til hvor man skal efterlade skrald mm. Opvaskemaskinen virkede heller ikke, men da jeg først skulle bruge den sidste dag var det ok. Parkeringen er platforms parkering hvilket burde fremgå af annoncen. Det var også lidt uklart hvilken p-plads i dette tilfælde som tilhørte lejligheden. Prisen var for høj for området.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but there were a few things that could have improved my visit which was for 1,5 weeks: 1) Parking - there was a place in the garage but it was on the lifting platform that I had never seen before and there was no mention of it in the instruction message. Also, I couldn't use it because my car was too high for it and I didn't know how to use it 2) Lid for the pans. There were 2 pans in the kitchen. One of them is not suitable for the inductive cooking top. And there were no lids for them so cooking smth was not very comfortable (I used the other pan for that). 3) Microvawe oven will be helpful a lot and I think at a considerably small cost give more value for renters. 4) The drier was broken and it was replaced quickly but the host can check if there is anything broken before the next person comes in. 5) There was a bottle of smth over the washing machine and good that I read that and not used it for the clothes as it was cleaning gel for the floor.

Positive: De ruimte van het appartement en de hygiene Negative: Er stelt zich een groot en structureel probleem met de elektriciteit. Bij aankomst werkten vele stopcontacten niet, de tv en ook geen Wi-Fi. Een elektricien is langsgekomen en heeft slechts de werking van enkele stopcontacten kunnen oplossen. Alle zekeringen werkten, wat zeer verontrustend is, want dit betekent dat het probleem zich stelt in de bedrading van het appartement. Het stopcontact van de tv werkte, maar de modem van de tv niet (wellicht is de zekering in deze modem doorgebrand). Bij vertrek stelden we eveneens vast dat de vaatwasser geen electriciteitstoevoer had. Ook hier is vermoedelijk de zekering van het toestel doorgebrand. Deze (gevaarlijke Of minstens zorgwekkende) problemen moeten worden opgelost ALVORENS het appartement opnieuw kan worden betrokken door andere bewoners. Het is ondenkbaar dat dit probleem zich niet al eerder heeft voorgedaan. Het toont ook aan dat het appartement wel gekuist wordt maar niet onderhouden/gecheckt.
