    Гарне місцезнаходження. Є підземний паркінг- це супер крута річ в умовах складності паркування в Варшаві. Напроти зручно знаходяться супермаркет та різни кафе. Є посуд та все необхідне кухонне обладнання. Дуже комфортний апартаменти для короткострокового перебування.

    Nicht sauber. Es handelt sich um einen gewerblichen Vermieter, der die Reinigung wahrscheinlich outsourced. Es wurde nur sehr oberflaechlich geputzt, Haare, Flecken, etc wurden leider nicht gruendliche entfernt. Einrichtung ok, aber hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

  37. Mixed experience at Grzybowska Luxury Apartment

    Positive: The apartment is aesthetically pleasing and a convenient location with several cozy restaurants in close proximity. The availability of underground parking was also a plus. However, our stay was not without its challenges. The bathroom had slow-running water when we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was delivered to our door, but the selection was poor, and the food quality was disappointing. We'd recommend either cooking your own breakfast or enjoying a meal at a local cafe. There's also a Starbucks nearby, which was a delightful find. In general, the apartment provided everything we needed for a two-day stay. However, some attention to maintenance and breakfast quality would make it even better.     Positive: Lokalizacja Negative: Czystość, klejąca się podłoga - ekipa sprzątająca nie przyłożyła się do sprzątania po poprzednim lokatorze. Nieprzyjemny zapas z kuchni. Właściciel nie odpowiedział na zgłoszenie o brudzie w apartamencie.

  43. Sehr schön und erholsam die Wohnung, sehr empfehlenswert wert.

    Positive: Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war nur schade das es keinen deutschen Sender im Fernsehen gab, man konnte nicht einmal Nanrichten sehen und schauen was in der Welt los war. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es eine Art von Hausordnung bzw. Erklärungen zu dem einen oder anderen gegeben hätte. Zb. Erklärung vom Parkhaus. Aber in großen Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Negative: Es hätte eine Art Hausordnung geben sollen in der das eine oder andere erklärt worden wäre.

  47. Great apartment and great location. Perfect for a business trip

    Positive: The location is perfect. Supermarket across the road. Underground parking available and a very nice area of the city with lots of nice restaurants. The apartment was very clean and fitted out to a high standard. I enjoyed the morning breakfast left at the door every morning. Negative: I was there for 2 weeks for work and cooked my own meals, there could have been a few more pots or pans and some more kitchen utensils (like wooden spoon, egg lifter etc).

    Positive: Bardzo ładne miejsce, świetna lokalizacja i stosunek ceny do jakości. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Generalnie czysto oprócz podłogi. Negative: Brudna podłoga, dużo kurzu, od razu po przyjedzie pierwsza rzeczą jaką musieliśmy zrobić było zamiatanie (odkurzacz co prawda był ale bardzo śmierdział). Dostarczone w pierwszy i ostatni dzień śniadanie było nieświeże i niestety wylądowało w koszu na śmieci.

    Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo ładnie urządzony, zgodny z opisem, czysty, dobrze wyposażony, zadbany i nowoczesny. Niestety natrafiłyśmy na awarie baterii prysznica, która generowała głośny i ciągły hałas, który był bardzo uciążliwy( również dla sąsiadów, którzy przyszli ze skargą). Cała sytuacja została zgłoszona do hosta zaraz w dniu przyjazdu, jednakże przez cały pobyt nic w tym temacie nie została zrobione. Nawet na odpowiedź na wiadomość ze zgłoszeniem awarii trzeba było czekać kilka godziny.

  63. Lokalizacja super, ale rozczarowanie pobytem w apartamencie

    Positive: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , ładne wyposażenie, super klimatyzacja - było przyjemnie chłodno w apartamencie. Plus też za kostki lodu w zamrażalniku oraz wodę w butelkach, kawę i herbatę. Przyjemne knajpki i restauracje w okolicy. Blisko metra. Negative: Niestety apartament jest o wiele mniejszy niż na zdjęciach, karta do parkingu podziemnego nie działała i trzeba było ciągle prosić ochronę o wjazd na parking. Śniadania kiepskiej jakości - spodziewaliśmy się śniadania jak na zdjęciach, niestety było inaczej ( np. dwie kromki chleba zapakowane w zwykły woreczek foliowy) . Najgorsza jednak była awaria łazienki - e słuchawki prysznicowej cały czas kapała woda, a podczas kąpieli odpływ wody był zbyt mały, przez co woda wylewała się poza kabinę - zalewając łazienkę. Bardzo kiepsko jak na wakacje i odpoczynek, na który liczyliśmy. Trzeba było tamować drzwi łazienki ręcznikami, aby nie zalało pokoi. Telewizor też kiepskiej jakości - średni obraz i bardzo mało kanałów.

  67. how poor service gets a luxury apartment down

    Positive: With the information provided it was easy to get access to the apartment and indoor parking lot. The apartment is well located with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. To get to the old part of Warsaw you can take bus 106 (3,4 PLN for 20 minutes which is sufficient) or walk but that will take roughly 40 minutes. The apartment looks good at first sight in a high quality building. Negative: There are quite some issues with the bathroom facilities of this apartment. Water was still running (slowly) when we first entered the bathroom in the evening. It was not possible to close the tap and this must have been known at least by the cleaning service. We informed the host early next morning. Meanwhile taking the first shower the drain was clogged and the bathroom flooded which we reported directly mentioning that we could not use the shower properly this way. We got answer 6 (!) hours after our first message that it would be forwarded to the technical team in order to address the problem promptly. Well .... nothing happened till we left the apartment after our 2 day stay. Breakfast was delivered at the apartment door at 7 am but was of a very poor quality. It is randomly chosen for you out of 2 possibilities and the host made clear no flexibility at all. For the weekend breakfast for Sunday would come with the Saturday delivery. It would not have made any difference for us as we had to throw it away and looked for a decent breakfast ourselves. Even Lidl at 600 meters from the apartment is a much better option. We do not recommend this property but really a pity because it could have had it all. How bad service brings everything down. At the end we were offered -10% off for a new stay but we do not want the stay at this place anymore.

    Die Wohnung ist schön und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Positiv war die Klimaanlage. Negativ war das unbequeme Bett in dem man zu zweit wenig Platz fand. Die Lage der Wohnung ist okay. Ca. 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Altstadt.

    Really comfortable and secure apartment. Grocery store is just opposite the building. Places to eat are in 5-10 minutes walk. Inside there is almost everything you need may be except a microwave oven to quickly heat the food. Many trams are inside 5 minutes walk to almost every direction you need. Wolt taxi from Chopin airport is approximately 30 PLN and 25-30 minutes. Recommend this apartment for everyone who don’t want to live in the center of the city but in very friendly and welcoming environment.
