    Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Codziennie zakupy można zrobić w franczyźnie lub w dyskoncie po drugiej strony ulicy. Mieszkanie duże, czyste, przystosowane do pobytu rodziny. Wyposażenie świetne. Wynajmujący zapewnia środki czystości. Pomimo położenia przy głównej ulicy, przy zamkniętych oknach nie słychać gwaru ulicznego. Polecam!!! Jeszcze pewnie z niego skorzystamy. Negative: Przy dłuższym nie korzystaniu z obiektu odzczuwalny jest fetor z kanalizacji. Wystarczy zalac syfony i odpływy środkami niwelujacymi zapachy.

    Positive: Joli appartement bien décoré et bien situé, on a pu tout faire à pied Negative: Pas de toaster, ni de poêle et une machine à café dont nous n‘avons nulle part trouvé les capsules compatibles. La télécommande de la TV ne fonctionne pas, le bouton pour aller à droite donne le volume, donc impossible de regarder la TV.

    El apartamento tiene buena ubicación fácil para recorrer el centro de Varsovia, esta compañía te informa de que provee lo básico en artículos de limpieza, pero en realidad es inaceptable sin paños para la cocina, ni jabón para los platos, solo 2 pastillas para el lavavajillas para una estancia de una semana. Pero si ponen en las normas lavar los platos y como ? La ducha estaba pegada y al ducharse se caía, al finalizar mi estancia por la tarde me llega un cobro de esta empresa cobrándome una ducha 60€ cuando estaba así desde que llegue y se notaba por lo deteriorada pero solo quieren dinero, claramente rechazé esto ! Nunca más.

    Es buen alojamiento lamentablemente por los anfitriones no puedo recomendarlo no están para nada pendiente de tus requerimientos hacia mucho frío y no se preocuparon ayudarme a encender la calefacción, luego de todo al finalizar la estancia me envían una solicitud de pago cobrándome algo que yo no he dañado un refrigerador que desde el primer día de mi estancia estaba dañado y no puedo decir dañado hacia mucho hielo y no cerraba la puerta de la nevera , el anfitrión me está cobrando 58€ por la nevera estar llena de hielo? Esto es realmente absurdo . No los recomiendo fatal

    Positive: Asukoht ja vaade olid suurepärased- paljud erinevad restoranid üle tee ja jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kui oled päeval piisavalt ringi kõndinud, siis pealinna müra su und ei sega. Bussiliiklus samuti väga hea. Rongijaam lähedal. Kuumal ajal tundsime ainukesena puudust konditsioneerist, kuid hilisõhtul sai ka aknaid lahti hoitud- toimis.   35. Okropny, bardzo nieudany pobyt, brak izolacji dźwiękowej od sąsiednich mieszkań, zapach w mieszkaniu

    Positive: Lokalizacja, balkon, dostęp do internetu Negative: Okazało się, że w sąsiednim mieszkaniu trwa bardzo poważny, długotrwały remont. Przez większą część dnia panował okropny hałas. Odgłosy walenia młotami, wiercenia i inne uniemożliwiały korzystanie z lokalu. W dniu przyjazdu do apartamentu 09/08/2023 dostałem się około 15:30, słyszałem sporo hałasu, ale skończył się on po około 2 godzinach i nie przypuszczałem, że to coś poważnego. Następnego ranka około 07:30 obudziły mnie rozmowy robotników, które słyszałem jakby odbywały się w sąsiednim pokoju mojego apartamentu, a nie w drugim mieszkaniu. Po chwili robotnicy zaczęli pracę i rozpętało się piekło walenie młotami, wiercenie, cięcie itp. Wszystko to słychać było bardzo głośno jakby nie dzieliła nas ściana. Pomimo wielu prób kontakt z gospodarzami, firmą Bookinghost, przez sposoby podane na stronie obiektu, nie powiódł się. Około południa zadzwoniłem na telefon interwencyjny Booking.com i dyżurujący operator przejął sprawę, Pani, z którą rozmawiałem wyraźnie słyszała hałas, który utrudniał nam rozmowę, Udało mi się też dodzwonić na prywatny numer jednego z pracowników Bookinghost i poinformować tą osobę o zaistniałej sytuacji. Pomimo tego firma nie próbowała w żaden sposób mi pomóc, czy interweniować. Kolejnego ranka było podobnie, słyszałem wszelkie odgłosy remontu. Ściany niby są, ale jakby ich nie było, Rozmowy w mieszkaniu obok słychać bardzo wyraźnie i można zrozumieć każde słowo. Wyposażenie lokalu jest raczej minimalistyczne, a łazienka bardzo mała i skromna na pewno nie przystająca do nazwy Superior, czystość określiłbym na średnią. W lokalu panuje też dość nieprzyjemny zapach dlatego starałem się trzymać uchylone okna, ale hałas z Alei Jerozolimskich ma duże natężenie i jest na dłuższą metę męczący, więc wieczorem okna zamykałem.

    Positive: Lejligheden er centralt beliggende og den er rummelig. Værten var hurtig til at svare, men holdt dog ikke sit ord. Negative: Vi var tre personer afsted, der var kun lagner og sengetøj til to. Jeg skrev til udlejeren flere gange. De lovede, at de ville komme med sengetøjet, men kom aldrig. Der var ingen bageplader i ovnen. Værten ville ordne det, men der skete intet. Der var ingen viskestykker, klude eller skraldeposer Hvis nogen skal overnatte i stuen, skal de være klar over, at der er meget larm fra den store hovedgade, hvis vinduerne er åbne.

    Positive: La ubicación, el apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo. Cocina bien equipada, wifi muy rápido Negative: Imposible contactar con el dueño, necesitábamos toallas y hacer el check out más tarde y fue imposible contactarlo. El ruido de la calle, de los coches y de los tranvías es increíble, si abres las ventanas se oye todo el ruido. Recomiendo al dueño poner persianas, en verano a las 5:30 de la mañana la luz del sol es impresionante.

    Positive: The location is convenient - close to the central train station and many other restaurants. The apartment is spacious with useful kitchen equipments and appliances. Negative: t can be quite noisy as it is close to the main roads but shutting the windows helps minimize the noise. The staff agreed to let me store the luggage at their office for a few hours after check-out. It turns out to be not possible only when I arrive their office building with the luggage. They just do not keep their promise and gave false information . I would appreciate if they just say no in the very beginning but not wasting my time!

    Positive: Ubytovanie je veľmi pekné a najmä má perfektnú lokalitu. Nachádza sa na hlavnej ceste odkiaľ trvá cesta do mesta 7 minút peši. Ubytovanie je ako na fotografiách. Ubytovanie je čisté a slplno naše očakávania. Nachádza sa tu aj veľkž balkón. Negative: Hluk z ulice.

    Positive: Хорошее месторасположение. Negative: Есть маленькие мелочи.Заказывали и оплатили за 4 человека,но полотенец дали на троих.В комнате с окнами на проспект шумно.В спальне одна из жалюзи была на подоконнике,а не на окне. Диван кровать не совсем рассчитана на двух взрослых.

    Pros: Great location, we did not need to use transport, a lot of great places to see and eat are near. Nice view from the balcony. Very easy check in and out. Cons: The flat is not as new as we expected, but still it was good. It is not soundproof. If someone sleeps in the living room, he hears trams and cars all the night long.

    BookingHost was very responsive. However, the flat itself is not something that we can recommend. There was a very bad smell in the whole apartment. Also, there was some heavy noise (drilling) during the day from the building works in the flat below. At night the bedroom is relatively quiet, but in the living room the traffic noise is finishing around 12.30 am and starts around 4.30am (I slept on the sofa and felt like sleeping next to the Airport with planes taking off every few minutes when the Trams were passing by).

    Positive: The apartment is cozy and comfortable. A large walking closet is a pleasant surprise. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, a large fridge, most of the appliances are new. The hosts very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, pleasant and tidy decor, and a great view from the terrace of the panorama of Warsaw at night. Above all, a great location, very close to the public transport lines, the very center of Warsaw. Negative: An additional pot or saucepan would be useful. Few parking spaces, but such are the conditions in the city center.

  93. Location is not enough

    Positive: Perfect location, big and comfortable bed, regular fridge side not tinny as usually in Warsaw apartments, washing machine new also washing dishes machine, lots of plates, cutlery and glasses, nice view from balcony, quite safe apartment lock door. Very big wardrobe. Shower was quite good. Negative: Assistance line takes too long to answer, pans in kitchen are a shame, does not provide a simple microwave, even after asking for it they denied the requirement, heating in kitchen does not work, just WC is really warm, the rest is not heated properly. Took two days visit and 3 hours to replace a broken TV and the image finally was awful, only asked about how was the installation 4 days after. Apartment look is not very modern. I hope they improve these problems.

    Positive: about the location and access Negative: They didn’t mention there is a construction on the building there was big drilling sounds and building was vibrating because of vibrations TV fell down and broke it selves and we reported then the same day. we are football fans we missed the word cup matches on that day. we couldn’t able to talk and relax due to construction sound. staffs was very rude and don’t know how to talk with the customers .
