There were also some stains on some of the bedding and crockery in the kitchen. However would still recommend!

    Нова гарна квартира в чудовому районі. Дворик дуже затишний. Інтер’єр стильний, дуже чисто. Все, що було в описі присутнє і відповідає фото. Але є вагомі мінуси: В душовій занизький поріг, тому щоразу після душу підлога у ванній була залита водою, і нам доводилось збирати воду рушниками. У ванній весь час було мокро. Великий телевізор - без каналів і виходу в Інтернет. Духовку включити не вдалось. А от посудомийка, яка так і не включилась (видавала помилку), справді засмутила. Написала власникам уже в неробочий час (21:20), відповідь отримала в 11:10 зранку, коли ми вже з’їхали (робочі години вказані 8:00-21:00). Посуд лишився в машинці брудним. Посудомийна машина - важлива для мене через особливості шкіри (я не мию посуд руками). Пральною машиною теж не вдалось скористатись, тому що не було жодної капсули чи іншого засобу для прання. Купувати упаковку капсул задля 1 прання, коли ти в місті на 2-3 дні - не зручно, господарям попіклуватися про це легше. Кавова машинка - без капсул(

    Very convenient location. The apartament is situated right next to the entrance of the Old Town. Very nice and clean. The only disadvantage was the poor soundproofing, we could hear almost every noise of the tenants upstairs, probably because the building is very old.

    Positive: Location is just perfect. Apartment is well equipped and modern Negative: Showering was a horrible experience. Shower door is not closing properly so there is a gap, but the biggest problem was how slowly water is draining. If you have a shower longer than 2 minutes, water would start running out of shower to the bathroom.

    Positive: прекрасное месторасположение. в наличии было все необходимое для жизни, за исключением микроволновой печи и кондиционера (при 33 градусах было душно). кровать и диван были удобными. наличие очень закрытого и уютного дворика. Negative: стол на кухне не двигается из-за креплений к потолку и полу (когда разложен диван, ходить негде). также плохо работает слив воды в душевой кабинке в следствии чего, уровень воды поднимался и вытекал за пределы кабинки. приходилось регулярно собирать воду с пола.

    This accommodation was indeed very clean, even though quite small for 3 people, equipped with everything one might need for a short stay (incl. a washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer and towels, apart from kitchen towels), with an excellent location right in the city centre and close to the river and parks. What was, however, missing was a Wifi.

    Positive: Apartament przepiękny i w dobrej cenie. Negative: Odpływ był zatkany i po telefonie do obsługi apartamentu, "ktoś" miał przyjechać i to naprawić (przepchać). Jednak tak się nie stało, nikt nie przyjechał. Byliśmy zmuszeni obłożyć prysznic ręcznikami żeby woda nie lała się na pokój.

    El apartamento está super bien localizado y todo nuevo y limpio. Nosotros llegamos tarde y tuvimos un problema con la ducha que se entiende que ha sido un problema puntual y que se iba a solucionar. Por la hora de llegada tuvimos que cambiarnos a otro apartamento pues no pudimos esperar a ser solucionado. La comunicación un poco difícil, no conseguimos hablar con el Host a pesar de estar casi una hora al teléfono. Quitando el problema del desagüe el piso está en super buenas condiciones.

    The apartment is located within the old town of Warsaw. The door is in the backyard. You have to enter a code to a lock for a general entrance first. That makes the whole building very private. Even though the apartment is located centrally, it was very quiet. Be aware, that Uber is not allowed to drive directly to the building. Unfortunately, the dish washer was filled with dirty dishes when we arrived and there were some crumbles and stains on the couch. Besides, the apartment was clean. All in all, we would recommend staying here especially because of the location.

Negative: 1. The floor is from wood, therefore there is noise when the neighbors above the apartment move 2. The humidity stays in the bathroom, the ventilation is not working properly

    The location of this apartment is definitely the biggest asset. ❤️🏰 You are located right in the heart of old town, where there is plenty of restaurants and little shops. Everything is at the reach of your hands. The place is small but cozy. It got everything you need for a short stay. The place was very clean and modern. It’s also nice and quiet, so you will definitely get a good night sleep. There was spare towels & bedsheets which was very nice gesture. The only downside really for us was, that there was no Netflix or Disney+… You just have your local polish TV, which non-polish speakers sadly won’t be able to enjoy. This did affect my final rating, as we did want to end our day relaxing on a sofa with a film on. Other than that, would definitely recommend this place!

    Great place and perfect location, right in the middle of the old town. The apartment is modern and beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The only issue I had was at check-in as the instructions were not really clear. You have to go through the gate next door, down the street (and not the main building door) and the intercom was broken so it’s tricky to get it right the first time. It took me a while to get in on arrival but thankfully I messaged the agency and sorted it out. Other than that I’d definitely recommend it if you visit Warsaw.

  83. beautiful place at reasonable price

    Positive: Great location - you're basically in the center of the Old Town. Walking distance to most of the tourist places, Vistula river nearby for all those who r into running or walking. The place itself is beautifully arranged, kitchen well equipped. Self check-in is always a plus. Negative: The flat is on a street level, so if it's not your thing to meet people walking by right from the window then book something else. Also, as in most of the old buildings, you can hear your neighbours - and so they can hear you :) However these are subjective, cannot put them under "minus".

    Exactly as described,nice clean apartment with everything You need for reasonable price,I used to live only 50m from the apartment back in my childhood so it was really amazing experience to be back and feel like home again.Water flow in the shower was something else wish it could be possible in Ireland. Even parking a car wasn’t much of an issue as places were mostly available on the Dluga street only 20m from apartment. Next time I’m coming to Warsaw that definitely first place where I check availability.Thank You guys

    1. check-in instructions is mot accurate, you have to gong gates on the side to enter the premise 2. heating was at minimal level and it was freezing cold inside the apartment 3. design is quite impressive but not functional. like there is no place to put towels on bathroom. or spoons and forks between oven and floor. 4. the agency is not very responsive. they simply ignore airbnb chat. be ready to call them if any issues
