В цілому усе сподобалось. Були невеликі проблеми з парковкою (місце, яке виділили нам-було зайняте). Але ми спільно вирішили дану ситуацію припаркувавши авто на вулиці, на території жк. В квартирі достатньо чисто, але є моменти, які можна було б покращити. Є усе, для комфортного перебуття. Дістатись апартаментів було легко, інструкції крайнє зрозумілі. Доволі приємний район. В загальному, залишились задоволеними.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce Airbnb à 4 et autant dire que nous avions largement assez d’espace pour nous toutes, tant l’appartement est spacieux. La déco est très moderne, gros + sur la cuisine très bien aménagée ! Par ailleurs, l’appartement était très bien chauffé donc les nuits étaient très agréables! Le quartier est top car il dispose de plusieurs commerce de proximité ainsi que de plusieurs restaurants ! En somme, je recommande :)

The apartment was as described, so very good. What was not at the level of 5 stars: 1. Booked for 4 people but just one king bed was prepared 2. Water leaked under the sink, when washing dishes or using dishing machine. We had to place a cup under the sink, in order to avoid cleaning every time. 3. Even if it was Saturday afternoon , we expected someone could came to fix it, but didn’t happen. Host not responding when we communicated the issue, on Saturday evening.

Apartament bardzo ładny, ale słabo zarządzony i niestety brudny.
Positive: Wystrój wnętrza, bliskość sklepów, restauracji Negative: Było brudno, łazienka zle posprzątana, mieliśmy trudności z zamknięciem okna, było strasznie głośno. Na pytanie jak sobie poradzić z zamknięciem okna nie dostaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi od obiektu, a to loft, okno było na wysokości jakichś 10 metrów. Pościel była wyprana, ale miała znamiona grzyba. Nie było nawet mydła do rak, nie mówiąc już o jakichś podstawowych kosmetykach typu żel pod prysznic.

Well equipped apartment, very clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood filled with quality shops and restaurants. Good and responsive host. From minuses: the apartment is located on the first floor next to quite busy street so it’s very noisy which for us was a big disadvantage. The sleeping area is on the entresol, the hot air from downstairs is accumulating there without any circulation, the air condition wasn’t sufficient enough to solve that problem.

Positive: Apartament was very well equipped both with daily usage items and decorations. It is very spacious, and even though I stayed there with 5 other people we had enough space to relax, talk and get ready without getting into each others way. Apartament is really good looking, and that makes it a place you actually want to stay in. Neighborhood is well protected by codes on the entry gates and doors inside each building. Little shop was literally 10 meters away from our buildings door what was extremely comfortable as it was open long in the night and on sundays aswell. The free gym which has no limit of usage was well taken care of and clean. Apartament has an air conditioner what is doing really good job on hot summer days. Apartament is located super near bus and metro stations. Overall I would definitely recommend to choose that place. Negative: No comment

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Am Anfang haben wir die Tiefgarage -2 nicht gefunden, da wir nicht wussten, dass es zwei Tiefgarageneinfahrten zu verschiedenen Tiefgaragen gibt. Ansonsten lief alles Problemlos und wir waren zufrieden.
