  1. Zwiedzanie rodzinne

    Positive: Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, niespełna 20 min od centrum autobusem. Przystanek znajduje się pod samymi oknami. Przestronny dla rodziny 4 osobowej Negative: Brak czystości. Apartament prosi się o odświeżenie i drobny remont. Dość minimalistyczny. Podłoga się lepiła, pilot się lepił, lamele się odwracały wokół własnej osi. Ściany przy stole porysowane, na zielonej ściśnie kolo TV obite. W pilocie baterie się wylały i trzeba było je wymienić, kupując nowe. Dodatkowo dość skromna ilość środków czystości kuchennych. Jedna kostka do zmywarki na 4 dni, brak ścierki. Tylko jedna patelnia nadająca się na tą kuchnię.

    Positive: Everything was perfect, nice apartment in a very good area - you have Aldi, Zabka, Empik basically in the same building complex and many good restaurants nearby. To the city center it is also easy to get to with the public transportation. The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. WiFi was very good (which was important to me as I needed to work remotely) Negative: The only little thing I have to criticize is that although there is an induction stove (which in itself is a very good thing and a big plus) there is however only one pan which can be used. The other pans and kettles are not fit for an induction stove. But that thing should be easy to fix ;)

    Very clean apartment in a good location. The bed wasn’t super comfortable (felt like a pullout sofa bed), and there was no laundry soap. The directions to the apartment could have been clearer. We also smelled a weird scent we thought was coming from the bathroom sink. Overall a nice place but didn’t exceed my expectations.

    Так вышло, что я приехала на час раньше до заселения и обратилась к хозяйке с вопросом о том можно ли заехать раньше, на что мне ответили, что там уборка и я могу только оставить чемодан. Инструкции по заселению были не четкими и поиск апартаментов занял много времени. Я зашла в квартиру и оставила чемодан (внутри никого не было) и далее сидела час на лавочке (это именно то, чем хочется заняться после 15-часового полета). Зайдя в 16:00 в квартире ничего не изменилось и никого по прежнему не было)))) Все это время пока я искала жилье и сидела на лавочке мне уже никто не отвечал. К wi-fi мне так и не удалось подключиться!) в описании написано одно название, а по факту ни с телефона, ни с ноутбука такой wi-fi не обнаружен. За сутки спросила у девушки можно ли выехать позже за доплату или просто оставить чемодан на пару часов, но ответа я дождалась как обычно уже за час до выезда. Сама квартира хорошая, чистая и не вызывает вопросов)

    We received clear instructions to access the property and appreciated the self check-in. The apartment was full of natural light and it was a bonus to have a washing machine and balcony space to hang out our clothing to dry. There are many good cafes within walking distance of the apartment.

    Great place to stay, looks exactly like the photos and very easy to check in and check out. Supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, everything close by. Bus stop just across the street and about 15-minute bus ride downtown. We stayed there for a week and everything went smoothly. Minor issues: not all pans worked in the induction stove, and for longer stays you would probably need to buy kitchen supplies (oil, salt, dishwasher and laundry detergent). But overall, we recommend this place!

    Nice apartment at the great location. Good public transportation and options to rent a bike. A lot of groceries and restaurants around. However, customer service of the management company was terrible, not helpful at all. I submitted a complaint that the cooker was not working properly and they just tried to convince that I didn’t know how to switch it on. I explained exactly what the problem was. They didn’t send anyone to do technical check. For an entire stay I was not able to cook in the apartment. I will definitely not stay at that apartment again.

    Good location Clean Amenities in good condition NOTE - States on description 4 beds - there are only two. One queen size and one sofa bed. This was the one let down of the place although the host did offer a discount on our next stay with thanks.

    Mieszkanie prawie jak nowe, czyste, pachnące, na bardzo zadbanym osiedlu. Mimo tego, że znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy to jest bardzo cicho, ponieważ są podwójne okna, na balkonie jest dodatkowe wytłumienie. Pod nosem przystanki autobusowe. Samochód zostawiliśmy przy równoległej ulicy z płatnym zwyczajnym ulicznym parkingiem (około 4-5 zł za godzinę). My akurat przebywaliśmy tu w okresie świątecznym więc nic nie zapłaciliśmy. Zameldowaliśmy się w zasadzie już około 14ej bo mieszkanie było posprzątane do tej godziny. Jedyny mały minusik w mieszkaniu to zasłony w oknach, które przepuszczały za dużo światła. Polecamy.

    A really lovely place. I've been there twice and I will surely be back again! There was nothing unexpected. The only thing that is different from the photo is the bed lamp. One of the 2 arms are broken. But besides that everything is exactly as in the pictures and description! Loved it!
