    Kaina nebuvo didelė, tačiau susidūrėme su nemažai problemų. Pirmiausia įeiti į apartamentus teko per vidinį kiemą, kurį mums nurodė namo gyventoja, aprašyme jis aprašytas nebuvo. Antra, buvusią priskirtą parkavimo vietą gavome tik 2 vakarą, 1 dieną už parkavimą teko susimokėti. Dėl pultelio nebuvimo susisiekus su administratore, ši teigė, kad būtinai susisieks su mumis, tačiau to nepadarė ir pultelį gavome tik tada, kai patys dar kartą parašėme laišką. Patys apartamentai jaukūs, tačiau buvo dulkėti, patalynė dėmėta ir turintį ligoninės kvapą, nevisi indai švarūs. Tad nors ir kaina nebuvo didelė, manau, kad tai vis tiek neatitiko kokybės

    The location of the apartment is excellent, not too far from the main Warsaw objects of interest. The host is responsive and all check in instructions were clear. The apartment is much smaller than in the pictures the sofa bed is not too comfortable, so I'd recommend it only for 2 people max. The apartment was dusty and the dishwasher was not working.

    Excellent location, not far from the center, good transport links. The apartment is smaller than it seems in the photo, the beds are not comfortable, there are not enough utensils for cooking. Overall not bad, great for a couple of days.

  27. Teurere Teil(pleite) in Wsrschsu

    Positive: Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber das Haus macht nicht den besten Eindruck. Lage 10 Stock naja der Aufzug war von 1964 sehr betagt, wenn der ausfällt gibt's noch einen zweiten ist aber auf der anderen Seite de Gebäudes. Ausstattung soweit alles da aber.....1te Eindruck ok ist aber... Negative: Die Sauberkeit war unter allem Nivau habe schon saubere 2-3* Hotels gesehen, das ist aber kein Hotel! Dreckigen stinkenden Geschirr von den Vorgängern im nicht funktionierenden Geschirrspüler ~3/4 des vorhandenen. Die Schrankablagen hatten Staub und Dreck der schon länger dort war. Ebenso am Dreck und Staub unter dem Bett auch fremde Haare. Ebenso Fensterbretter Staub der schon länger dort war, teilweise abgewischt, dort wo ich was hinstellt. Hammer es klebte noch Scheiße an der Klobürste von Vorgängern festgetrocknet, Pfui Teufel, haben wir alles womit wir in Kontakt kammen nochmals mit Hygienetücher abgewischt, nur die Scheiße ließ natürlich kleben. Ceranfeldfeld hatte größere Beschädigungen, funktionierte machte aber Sicherheitsgründen eher maues Gefühl. Backofen/Mikrowelle war auch nicht sauber zwar nicht extrem aber man konnten erkennen, daß einer der Vorgänger Pizza gemacht hat. Die Couch war so ohlala, nicht wirklich bequem, der Stoff etwas flauschig, daher auch ist der richtig sauber ?! Abhilfe Bettlaken drauf. Sollte Schlafcouch für 3te Person sein, meine Meinung nicht wirklich. Eher brauch man danach einen Orthopäden. Wenig Hinweise wie mit den Parkplatz (~150m entfernt) zuverfahren ist, als wir ankamen konnte ich über den Bürgersteig fahren, zum Parkplatz, am nächsten Tag wurde da aber die Absperrung erneuert. Erst am 2.ten Tag bemerkten wir eine schwarze Fernbedienung die nichts in der Wohnung anschaltete, War der Öffner der Schranke, naja. . Nun zum Preis der war auf Hotelnivau, damit für eindeutig zu hoch, einzig der indirekte Parkplatz war von Vorteil beim, trotzdem zuteuer für das gesamt Paket. Die Strasse vor der Wohnung ist gut befahren, der Lärm war trotz dem 10 Stock gut zuhören trotz geschlossener Fenster gut hörbar, mit offenen Fenster wäre schlafen unmöglich. Da wir in Polen schon öfters Übernachtungen über Booking gebucht haben, war bis jetzt dir Preis und die Leistungen meist korreliert. Hier aber zum erstmal leider nicht.

  29. Zadowolony. Pobyt bardzo udany, choć były drobne niedociągnięcia.

    Positive: Stosunek ceny do jakości jak najbardziej zadowalający. Lokalizacja też ok. Spacer na starówkę to ok 20 minut piechotą. Dużym atutem była klimatyzacja. Przy temperaturze ok 30 stopni, na ostatnim piętrze trudno byłoby bez niej wytrzymać. W okolicy Biedronka, Żabka i inne sklepy, w których można było się zaopatrzyć. Negative: Mieszkanie było stosunkowo czyste, choć toaleta nie była dokładnie wyczyszczona. Niestety brak jakiegokolwiek garnka uniemożliwił przygotowanie sobie śniadania w postaci parówek czy gotowanych jajek. Właściciel mógłby uzupełnić ten brak. Bez nich większość przyrządów kuchennych stała się bezużyteczna. Jeżeli ktoś chciałby wieczorem obejrzeć telewizję, to oferta programowa jest bardzo skromna i dodatkowo w bardzo złej jakości. Ogólnie jednak byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Większość czasu i tak spędzona na mieście.

    Nous sommes restés 4 jours à Varsovie dans ce superbe Airbnb, très bien situé, très propre et climatisé pour notre plus grand bonheur ! On s’y sent comme chez soi ! Un véritable cocon avec une vue sympathique offerte grâce à la terrasse, des commerces à proximité et des transports. On recommande !

    Geweldig appartement zoals beschreven en als op de foto’s. Ruime woonkamer, fijne badkamer en een goed bed. Locatie was goed, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Keuken ruim, er was maar 1 klein pannetje om te koken, wel voldoende servies en bestek. Wat tegenviel was dat we de airconditioning niet aankregen en we hierover contact zochten met verhuurde maar geen reactie kregen. Ook was er maar 1 wc rol voor 2 personen voor drie dagen. Hier ook contact voor gezocht, hierop ook geen reactie. Doordat we de airconditioning niet aankregen en het best warm was hadden we het raam open, maar appartement is aan een grote drukke straat. Hierdoor overdag en in de ochtend veel geluisd overlast.

  43. We liked the apartment in general, it was mostly clean and light and at a good location.

    Positive: Air conditioning, free parking, details and appliances (water bottles, coffee and tea, dishes, shampoo, soap, hair drier, clean sponge and rag, dishwasher, toaster and etc.), balcony with chairs and a table, power sockets by the bed Negative: We booked the apartment for 4 people but did not get the duvet cover for one of the beds and we did not get any pillowcases. We called the number available and they delivered the duvet but not the pillowcases :( The next day we came back at 21:00 so we did not call again. Also we did not get any responses to our messages, but at least the number we called responded. In addition, small things we did not like were that the doors were very hard to lock and we also wanted to suggest to maybe add a microwave or pots (they had pans but not pots). Another suggestion is adding clearer instructions for parking (like we did not know if we can park at any space or we had an assigned number) and maybe saying something about where we can throw out the trash.

    Place was dirty, we had to buy cleaning products and clean the apartment ourselves. We booked the apartment for 3 people and they left only 2 towels. Bad condition on the pillow, very bad smell on the pillows and on the kitchen sink. The host promised to deliver another towel on the next day in the morning and we only got 18h30 ( the excuse it was they were awaiting for the laundry). When I complained about the delay they said “ relax, relax”. The apartment had everything to be good but is not been taking care of properly.
