    Positive: No comment Negative: Si hay cualquier problema es difícil conseguir atención telefónica. Son muy ineficientes en la resolución de problemas habituales, no ayudan a los clientes y se desentienden de lo que ellos mismos prometen hacer para solucionarlo. Hotel fantasma, sin nadie a quien acudir realmente en caso de necesidad. La ubicación, el alojamiento en sí y la limpieza muy bien, pero tener un hotel o un hostal es más que eso.

    Amazing place to stay for a solo traveller! Cozy room with private bathroom. Pleasant interior with dedicated workspace, decent internet - enough for zoom call with a lot of people + working in cloud based software. Good noise isolation - I couldn’t hear people next door. Comfortable location - transportation (bus, metro) right near entrance, lots of restaurants/coffee shops and entertainment. 25 mins walk to Warsaw Old Town.

  25. Nowy Świat is possibly paradise, and this hostel is a cozy home right in the middle of it!

    Positive: Location and Access: The building was marked from the street, the main doors were easy to find, the interior is modern and bright and the elevator is fast and big. There is both an ATM (bankomat) and a convenience store right outside the main entrance. The room: Is easy to find in a nice well lit main hallway. The room is very spacious for a single traveler, the bed was extremely comfortable and i slept well. I was a little cold and i wished there was a second blanket in the room, but i figured out how to turn up the heater so it was alright. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Warsaw! Negative: Location and Access: The address when entered into google directed me to another location and i ended up getting an uber to the wrong place. I wish there had been more description of where the building is located along with just the address. The room: The bathroom was only one level below spotless, but it was definitely clean enough to use with comfort.

    Positive: Erinomainen hostelli viehättävällä kadulla kävelyetäisyyden päässä rautatieasemasta. Huone oli tilava ja siisti ja omalla upealla kylpyhuoneella ! Säilytystilaa oli uskomaton määrä oman jääkaapin kera. Ala-aulassa oli vartija jatkuvasti paikalla, olo oli turvallinen. Muutenkin rakennuksessa oli selvästi kokonaan uudistettu sisätila . Erittäin hyvä paikka lyhyehköön oleskeluun. Tulisin uudestaankin. Negative: Kattoikkuna oli ainoa pieni miinus. Ulos näki ainoastaan taivaalle ja äänet yöllä kantautuivat sisään. Pimennystä ei saanut kunnolla huoneeseen. Olen vastaavanlaisella ikkunalla varustetussa huoneessa majoittunut Berliinissä, joten tuttu juttu oli.

    Positive: Отличное расположение в шаговой доступности к достопримечательностям, рядом много кафе, магазинов, остановеа транспорта(метро, автобус). Для одного человека места достаточно. Чисто, уютно. Удобная кровать. Приемлемая цена. Negative: Неудобство доставило отсутствие полочки внутри душевой кабины и то, что уборка номера проводится только перед заселением, и мусор 5 дней из номера не выносился.

  111. доволі не погано , шкода що на дві особи нема одного такого номеру . але я була одна , то якщо у відряджені то супер.

    Positive: розташування супер , від вокзалу можна пішки прийти . все необхідне було у номері . чисто( лише маленька пляма на стіні була від чогось пролитого там де ліжко) ну це я Вам зголошувала. Щоб до мене не було потім питань ) бо судячи з Вашого доп контракту то там штрафи за все .;) Negative: помешка супер. запах зі смітника мабуть яки й тягнувся від самого партеру і далі по кімнатах . як провітрити кімнату то краще. але томаюуть через вихідні бо в будні наче так не було. сусіди намагались увійти в апартаменти по коду , то трохи насторожило . та і контракт - бо зі мною ніхто з персоналу не заходив щоб впевнитись , що це було до чи як. Тобто самої передачі орендатори не було ) от і цікаво як тожі доказувати , що це не ти ? не ясно .

  127. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony, ale mogło być lepiej.

    Positive: Bardzo przyjemna lokalizacja w centrum, Wejście do budynku bez przeszkód. Do lokalu na 3 piętrze jest winda. Pokój na wejściu czysty. Grube ściany więc nie słychać innych gości. Brak wstępu dla dzieci i zwierząt zapewnia ciszę. Dobre oświetlenie. Negative: Klimatyzator i lodówka w pokoju z łóżkiem chodzą bardzo głośno. W ciągu pięciodniowego pobytu nie widziałem nikogo z obsługi - brak wymiany ręczników i pościeli, brak choćby zamiecenia podłogi, nie są uzupełniane zapasy kawy/herbaty/mydła, nie są brane do umycia naczynia. Z dostarczonych naczyń są tylko 2 kubki z łyżeczkami do herbaty i 2 szklanki - nie ma nawet talerza czy sztućców by zjeść w spokoju coś na wynos.
