Positive: Apartament w ścisłym centrum. 13 piętro, cichutko, bezpiecznie, dozorca 24 h. Komfort odpoczynku w pakiecie. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, nowoczesny, wszystko jest, pachnie nowością, czysto i mega wygodne łóżko! Obok jest Biedronka. Kultura obsługi klienta na najwyższym poziomie. Zawsze w kontakcie. Pierwszej nocy w awaryjnej sytuacji za drobną dopłatą nocowała z nami córka. Bardzo dziękujemy za błyskawiczną pomoc i wspaniały pobyt. Polecamy z całego serca. Negative: -

I spent 4 days in August with summer Warsaw temperature. In these days there are never less than 30 degrees in the apartment. Simply impossible to live inside. At night if I open the window all the traffic noise. DO NOT RENT IN SUMMERTIME. the worst 4 days of my life and no sleep . To my request of airconditioner,the owner simply refused. No excuse or compensatory alternative proposed . Owner considers renters like cash machines. DO NOT RENT.

It was a little bit hard to understand to open the door at the lobby. The security guy was there but he couldn’t understand English… I finally could figure out how to get inside and go upstairs. I found the key box and could get the room key. But there was so many keys… There was a door before the room door. To open the lock of the door, I had to turn twice to unlock. There is no explanation about it so it was hard to open the door for me. And I went to the room door. There were two locks on the door. I tied to open the door but it was hard to unlock the both locks because the locks were also twice turn system and it was hard to figure out the combination. The room was clean and it was exactly same as the picture shown but I felt a little bit small space. I found the plates and other dishes on the second day because it was on the side cabinet which can access from the living room. There was no bath towels so I asked the owner. They brought the towels on the second day. I wanted take

the apt was great for one person (and would be for two, too)--having a kitchenette was really convenient, and breakfast was fine (maybe check if guest is vegetarian to save the meat?). There was some demolition going on, and that was noisy, but that was just my luck. I would only say that I wasn't clear where the keys were (perhaps my fault), but they were on the same floor at the apt, which made sense in the end. The restaurants and cafe below were great. Pretty easy walk to central station (if not perfectly pleasant--it's what it is, a busy, broad boulevard). Overall, excellent value

Incroyable ! Appartement conforme aux photos, très bien placé, avec une vue sur les buildings (la nuit c'est magnifique). Rue relativement calme en gardant en tête que l'on se trouve au centre de la capitale. Le petit déjeuner était très bien ! Je recommande à 100%.

Miałem kilka problemów z komunikacją z właścicielem, od zameldowania do wymeldowania, poprosiłem o wcześniejsze zameldowanie i otrzymałem instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania, kiedy to zrobiłem, powiedziano mi, że nie było uprzedniej autoryzacji, mieszkanie było całkowicie brudne i poinformowano mnie, że sprzątanie będzie następnego dnia, po powrocie wyszedłem na spacer zdziwiłem się, że sprzątaczka poszła posprzątać mieszkanie bez mojej zgody, a nawet zamknęła drzwi, przebywałem poza mieszkaniem przez około 2 godzin bez dostępu do niego. iw ramach rekompensaty dali mi butelkę napoju, ale ja nawet nie piję! ! ! w każdym razie dla mnie to nie było warte kłopotów….

I loved the apartment! It has everything one needs for a stay even though it’s not big. I was alone so it was very comfortable. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, has great light system and window view. A self check in and check out was great and I got all necessary codes in advance. The location is amazing, right in the city center so there are lots of restaurants, markets and shops nearby as well as central rail station and some tourist attractions. Definitely recommend!

First of all the apartment is located in the centre of the city and literary in the middle of the business centre. Just 2 minates away of Metro station as well as bus and trams stops going in variety directions. At the same time it is prety quiet. Good speed of internet and TV with local and international channels. the apartment is small but cosy, very convenient and really clean. It has everything you need, including kitchen and bath facilities. It has obvious signs of use such as stains on the sofa but they are nicely covered by a throw and not visible. It is worth to mention that the self check-in was very smooth. The information received from the host vas clear and easy to follow. Really reasonable and affordable price. I will go there back when in Warsaw.

Perfect place to stay in Warsaw. Location is amazing — apartment is located in the very center of Warsaw. Check-in was smooth, a bit late, i’d like to check-in earlier (at 2 or 3 pm), but it’s fine. Owner is very friendly, answered to all of my questions. Apartment is pretty clean, but there were a lot of spots on the couch and some on bedsheets. Apartment has everything you need to work and live. Great wi-fi, desk, towels, microwave, plates, even shampoos :) Thank you :)

Mieszkanie jest w świetnej lokalizacji, jest to największy plus tego mieszkania. Czyste, zadbane, jak na tak mały metraż dobrze rozplanowane. Brakowało mi tak jak ktoś wyżej napisał jakiegoś ręcznika papierowego lub zwykłego w kuchni, mydła do rąk w łazience, jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na okres od pon do pt to troszkę mało. Największym minusem jest hałas z zewnątrz, dla mnie była to masakra, bez stoperów nie ma spania przy otwartych oknach, a przez upaly nie dało się inaczej, będąc przy temacie upałów warto byłoby wstawić do mieszkania chociaż mały wiatrak, bo przy ostatnich temperaturach było ciężko wytrzymać. Ogólnie bezproblemowo i ok.
