  9. Most unpleasant stay I ever had,only the location was good.

    Positive: Only the location Negative: Staff didn’t help us! Wifi was not working even though in the facility it says it’s working.We contacted the staff immediately and they were only stalling us and didn’t help at all.We also had to work,and we couldn’t because of their poor costumer service. The main bad was so squeaky it sometimes woke you up from the sleep from just moving The basic hygiene products were only enough for the first day. We had to put the bed sheets by ourselves,only the main bad had them on.

    Positive: Great location, close to old town. Apartment was clean, a lot of space. Negative: It says free WiFi and TV is provided and it doesn't work. Wasted my time on trying to communicate with the staff. Eventually we were told that everything is fixed and Internet is going to start working in 15 mins - which didn't happen until check out day. Unprofessional staff and misleading advertising.

    I would have given a 4 star review but: the washing machine dididn't work - we got caught in the rain really badly the first day and we need the washing machine; there is a construction in front of the building and we could get a heads up info about it; we wanted to make some tea and the teapot was rusty; and there was no internet even though I restarted twice the router and told the administrator to call the ISP to make sure it is paid, and nothing happened.

    The flat is very nice and cozy. There is a lot of space and you have everything that you need. It was super clean and had 2 rooms and a kitchen. We were two people and therefore it was a lot of space. It has a nice cute balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom has even a washing machine and hairdryer. It was super easy to check in. One thing I was missing in the shower is shower gel. As others already wrote, there is a construction in front of the house. Didn’t bother us as we were working and leaving home at 8, but I can imagine that it can be annoying if you want to relax as it is bearable of course. They are still building the shell of the house so for sure the construction will be for at least half a year there, for those who wonder. But if you are not all the time at home you should not bother. The location is indeed unbeatable. We would come back here!

    Great location - an easy walk to various points of interest, plus great restaurants. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work and we were not able to get the air conditioner to work. While the host was proactive in communicating before arrival, it would have been nice if they had checked to ensure the WiFi and the AC worked. Would’ve also been nice to have pillow cases for the sofa bed.

    Очень красивая квартира, отличное расположение - вокруг красиво, все чисто, есть посуда и полный комплект полотенец, но сейчас прямо рядом с апартаментами с 2 сторон идет стройка, в будние начинается в 7 утра, в выходные в 9, спать просто невозможно, так как очень громко, это стоило бы отмечать в описании. Также выселение в 11, я попросила задержаться на час из-за рабочего звонка, мне ответили что так сделать нельзя, отвечали просто заготовленными ответами менеджеры.

However there is a huge ongoing construction right in front of bedroom window, which made my stay completely uncomfortable.     Positive: the only good thing about this place is the location. Negative: where do I start… property manager forgot to mention before I came that there is full renovation going on in main staircase. the noise started at 8am and ended at 4pm EVERY DAY. dust everywhere. there was no internet available despite numerous requests. the electrical breakers keep tripping when I tried to boil water or do the laundry. overall I would stay away from this place and this management company. bunch of amateurs and ignorants.

  55. Remonty, budowa. Okolica męcząca. Samo mieszkanie ok

    Positive: Lokalizacja mieszkania to duża zaleta Negative: W okolicy mieszkania znajduje się spora inwestycja budowlana. Od wczesnych godzin porannych pojazdy budowlane mocno hałasują. Ponadto w bloku prowadzony jest remont, który jest bardzo uciążliwy. Po drugie brak WiFi, niesprawna telewizja. Konieczność sprzątania mieszkania przed wejściem do lokalu. Poza tym w kilku miejscach mieszkania widoczne były pozostałości po poprzednich najemcach. Konsultant na infolinii obiecał interwencję, lecz nic z tym się nie udało zrobić. Szkoda, bo mieszkanie ma potencjał, ale jest trochę zaniedbane. Po czwarte dobrze by było, gdyby na drzwiach znajdowała się informacja dotycząca numeru mieszkania. Szkoda, bo miejsce ma duży potencjał ze względu na lokalizację.

    Positive side: great location, cozy apartment with well equipped kitchen and welcome bottle of prosecco). Breakfasts are good enough, there are two types of them, so every second day you have the same. We stayed for a week almost. Negative: at 16 00 check-in time the place was not ready. As I understood they manage a few places, so, probably, cleaning service didn't catch up to clean. We went for a walk until they finish. we booked apartment for 4 people, but, for some reason, we had towels and sheets/blankets only for two, just soap for 4 :-). I kindly asked if they can bring us the things we need, received next day an answer that the driver would do it, probably, in the evening. But noone has ever come, noone has ever asked if we got everything we need. Finally we bought everything. Noone also wrote any 'sorry for inconvenience'. TV does not have any channels. Not critical if you are in such a beautiful city, but when it's rainy and you have a kid - nice to have. I asked about TV, but haven't got an answer. Communication could be a bit better. Even though I could recommend this place, it's clean, nice and quiet. If we were just two, probably, would not come across any issues :-)

    Positive: Квартира дуже затишна, світла і чиста, 100 % як на фото. Місце розташування - просто НЕЙМОВІРНЕ!!!. До центру міста - 10 хв пішки, до старого міста - ще ближче, зовсім поруч - величезний парк з красивим озером і фонтанами. Поруч продуктові магазини, кафе, дуже сподобались магазинчики із смаколиками від пекарні. Поїздка вдалась на відмінно! Дякую, Варшава! До речі, була тут вперше. Місто дуже приємно вразило. Обов'язково ще приїдемо. Negative: Малесенька ложка дьогтю. Пробачте, але я пишу це лише задля того, щоб надалі все було так, як написано в оголошенні про оренду. Мова йде про включений у вартість сніданок. По факту його немає. Ніхто нам не телефонував, не писав на пошту з приводу того, чи потрібен нам сніданок, а якщо так, то як і коли його доставити. Вважаю, що так не слід чинити. Просто приберіть цю фразу з оголошення.

  73. super Lage mit einigen Mängeln

    Positive: die Lage des Apartment ist super gut, in der Nähe eines Parks und fußläufig zur Altstadt. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen recht groß, verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einem Balkon mit Sicht auf ein Gebäude. Morgens wird das Frühstück (Croissant mit Butter und Marmelade und Joghurt mit Müsli, Saft) vor die Tür gestellt. l Negative: was man derzeit wissen sollte, ist das gegenüber des Wohngebäudes derzeit das Gebäude entkernt wird, morgens ab 6 h fangen die Bauarbeiten an und es wird laut. Im Badezimmer konnte die Duschtür nicht geschlossen werden ( sie fiel sonst aus der Laufleiste) und es gab leider nur eine Wassertemperatur in der Dusche, die zudem recht warm war. Wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob es so sein sollte oder der Temperaturregler kaputt war. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist recht durchgelegen, man kullert in die Mitte.

  79. Great apartments in the perfect location

    Positive: The self-check-in was quick and easy. The apartments were really nice. They were clean, cozy, nicely furnished, fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed for a two-person stay in (all the main tools, cutlery and etc). There is a street parking right next to the building, so this was also really beneficial. Lastly, the location is amazing, everything can be accessed on foot. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Negative: I would have expected some more daily stuff to be present (some extra trash bags, laundry tablets, paper hand towels and etc.) but it wasn't a big concern for us. Just that there were no extra ones for changing after the use. We also found out that some little details have been "half-broken" (such as blinds in the bedroom, they work, but need additional hands). And lastly, the walls in the apartment are quite thin. In the mornings we always were woken up by the neighbors upstairs. At moments we thought it was quite loud, but overall it didn't impact the quality of our rest, because they weren't late stayers or very early birds.
