    Positive: К сожалению, прямо накануне заселения, в апартаментах случился форс-мажор и нам предложили другие равноценные апартаменты на выбор без доплаты. Мы выбрали подходящие. В новых апартаментах было чисто, комфортно. Было все необходимое. Персонал учел все наши пожелания при подборе новых апартаментов. Negative: Местоположение новых апартаментах было дальше от цели нашего визита, но так как мы были на машине, это не стало для нас проблемой.

    Не хотів писати негативний відгук, тому що сама квартира дуже приємна і комфортна для перебування. Підземний паркінг також плюс. Квартира виглядає старішою, ніж на фото, але це не принципово. Чому негативний відгук - при заїзді квартира була в жахливому стані, не прибрана, багато пилу і шкарпетки під ліжком, брудна кухня, туалетний папір під подушками дивану, на вході вирвана розетка. Про бруд одразу зафіксували орендодавцю на що він вибачився. Пізніше побачили, що крісло в залі стоїть під стіною бо зламана ніжка. Не фіксували бо не критично, в кожній квартирі є щось зламане. Через кілька днів після виїзду прийшов запит на відшкодування коштів. Додаткове прибирання 220$ і ніжка крісла 350$. При тому що ми фіксували що квартира в поганому стані, а ніжку ми не ламали. Вперше з таким зіткнулись. Для нас це виглядає як шахрайство. Тому якщо живете у цього орендодавця, вивчайте все житло і все фотографуйте, бо потім всі проблеми покладуть на вас. Бізнес.

    In general everything was good. Clear instruction how to get to the apartment. Nice complex. There was a bad smell in the lift but it has nothing to do with apartment itself. There are product shops close to the apartment in working distance. Easy access to the center. Nice view from the windows. Clear beds and bathrooms.

    The flat is quite comfortable, well positioned and with a pleasant terrace. The kitchen should be more furnished and the check in and out way obliged you to come back to the house to leave keys of garage and house. A bit too expansive but recommended for family

    Positive: Второй раз остановились в этой квартире. Очень удобно расположена, хороший вид. Стало больше посуды, починили смеситель. Negative: К сожалению было не убрано на балконе. Оттуда хороший вид ,но не хотелось выходить на грязный пол. Скрипучая кровать в спальной.

    The apartment was really nice and roomy with great views. I was unable to take advantage of outdoor balcony because of the rain, but on a nice warm day this would be a great place to hang out. As another person mentioned, there was only one role of toilet paper. I ended up booking for 5 nights so I needed to go and purchase toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dish soap. I feel like these are pretty small things, but when you are there for multiple days it becomes a bit of an inconvenience to have go out and buy supplies. Other than the lack of supplies, our stay at the apartment was great.

    Good for short term stays, looks great, great patio, and very clean and just as shown in photos, but for longer stays the visitors will need to buy alot of basic supplies (including soap to wash hands in bathroom). For cooking, there were no basic supplies (spices, cooking basics) that most Airbnbs have, only salt and pepper shaker (that were empty). There was only two rolls of toilet paper and no restock, so frequent trips to grocery store were needed, and the only one in reasonable walking distance had over inflated prices. No detergent is provided for washing mashine, so pick some up if planning to use this, as well as fabric softener since the water is VERY hard and leaves clothing very stiff. Otherwise, the place was fine for the 4 days we were there. If you have dog smell allergies, I don't recommend staying here, only because there is only 1 elevator and it consistently smelled heavily of dog due to always having puddles of dog pee.

    Positive: parking na zamkniętym osiedlu Negative: Mieszkanie nie zostało odpowiednio przygotowane na przyjazd gości. Kuchnia nieposprzątana łącznie z naczyniami, blatem, stołem i krzesłami. Znaleźliśmy nawet brudny talerz i filiżanki po poprzednich gościach apartamentu. Naczynia kuchenne niedomyte i jakość zero. Do wymiany. Taras zanieczyszczony odchodami gołębi co najmniej od 1-2 miesięcy. Okna nie umyte. Sprzęt sprzątający jak na przykład odkurzacz nie nadawał się do użytku, nie zbierał zanieczyszczeń, brudny, stary. To samo mop - jakby miał 10 lat, strasznie zużyty. Meble z plamami, niedoczyszczone. W łazience brak podstawowych środków czystości: typu domestos, czy kostka odświeżająca do toalety. 2 rolki papieru dla 4 osób na 5 dób pobytu… Ręczniki zużyte, z plamami. Do wymiany koniecznie! Jesteśmy bardzo zawiedzeni i nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z tak nieprzygotowanym, niewysprzątanym mieszkaniem, a korzystamy często również z hoteli. Apartament zdecydowanie lepiej wyglada na zdjęciach niż w rzeczywistości, nie ma nic wspólnego ze słowem „premium”. Problem nieczystości był zgłaszany, firma chciała zwrócić 159 zł w ramach przeprosin, ale co do takich zastanych warunków kwota zupełnie nieadekwatna. Nie chcieliśmy również, aby osoby sprzątające przychodziły podczas naszego pobytu, mieliśmy swoje plany, a poza tym porządne posprzątanie całego mieszkania zajęłoby conajmniej dwa dni. Zameldowaliśmy się dwie godziny wcześniej czyli o godz: 14, ale tak jak wspomniane było firma sprzątająca podobno przygotowała mieszkanie dwa dni przed naszym przyjazdem. Nie polecamy
