    Жилье соответствует своему описанию. Хорошое расположение: на окраине центра города, удобная развязка, рядом торговый центр, в комплексе есть кофейня. Из минусов: жилье было плохо убрано, везде пыль, волосы, в тумбочках и шкафах - как будто вообще никогда не убирали. Я сообщил это во время заселения владельцу - никакой реакции не было в ответ. Так же спрашивал по поводу уборки - мне ничего не ответили. В случае если у вас будут проблемы - будете ждать ответа долго, либо будете просто проигнорированы

    Positive: I travel a lot across Europe and care about comfort hence was happy finding this place with all its convenience and great reviews. We arrived in the evening only to discover it is not cleaned after previous guests which I understand may happen but contacting the host was a nightmare, finally when they picked up, we asked for exchange of accommodation as it was too late in the evening to wait for cleaning. At 8:48pm we got a list of other available apartments in driving distance sadly without garage (that was the main reason we booked this one initially) but beggars can’t be choosers. After few minutes at 8:56pm I responded in a chat asking how we can book in and enter the new one, got an auto answer with working hours until 9pm and no other contact or response. What a disappointment and bad service! We spent an hour contacting the host, tired after driving all day and left alone, couldn’t obviously stay as the place was really a mess. Finally ended up in a hotel, paying more than twice as much as everything was fully booked… 4 days later (sic!) I received the text saying the refund is on the way which finally got 14 days later. I understand things may happen but leaving guests without any support and solutions in this situation is far from ideal. Negative: No comment

  35. Nice stay for a work trip with washer/dryer makes it easier to pack compact

    Positive: Very clean, good location for my needs, easy access, big in size and washing machine had a dryer in it. All you need is 5 min walk away, tram connection to city centre. Ther is a 24h open McDonalds 10 min walk. TV has netflix/youtube/etc apps in it, but you need to log in with your account. Negative: some lights are not working and ventilation in bathroom is also not functionable, so it stays humid and wet for long.

    Positive: Очень хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Отличное расположение относительно центра города. Рядом большой торговый центр со множеством магазинов, фуд кортом. В апартаментах было все, что необходимо. Само помещение чистое, светлое. Интернет правда хороший. Приятно было каждый день получать завтрак. Владелец был вежлив и очень быстро отвечал на вопросы, когда они появлялись. Negative: Не могу выделить каких-то серьезных недочетов. Если очень придираться, то единственное, что могу упомянуть, при заезде выдается шампунь и мыло только на первый день пребывания. Но для меня это не существенно.

Нужно было самим одевать постельное белье, для тех, кто спал на диване. подушки и одеяла были грязными, лучше этого не видеть, тогда спалось бы крепче. Не правильно изначально указан адрес на сайте, указан дом номер 16, а на самом деле 16В. У нас заняло минут 40 поисков и квестов, что бы попасть в квартиру.

    Positive: Na plus bardzo dużo miejsca, po takim czasie poczułam się jak u siebie. Bardzo przytulnie i nowocześnie. Negative: Zarezerwowałam obiekt ze śniadaniem, ale nie wiedziałam, że będą tylko 2 rodzaje (1. to jogurt naturalny z muesli i fruzelina oraz croissant 2. To kanapki z warzywami i jakaś wędliną). Będąc tam tydzień czasu zdażyło mi się przejeść. Do każdego śniadania był mały sok, wiec super.

    Positive: Apartament dobrze wyposażony, czysty, zdjęcia odzwierciedlają stan faktyczny. Dwa przestronne balkony też na plus. Żabka na dole też na plus. Obsługa bardzo szybko odpowiada na pytania. Śniadanie wystarczające. Polecam zdecydowanie. Negative: Brak jednego śniadania w pierwszy dzień. Mała sugestia,aby zamiast dwóch dużych kołder, były 4 standardowe.

  61. Beautiful, clean, and convenient apartment.

    Positive: Gorgeous apartment across the street from the galleria and within walking distance of many of the historical sites. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the stay. 2 balconies provided a nice air flow throughout the apartment. Breakfast was left in a bag outside the door every morning. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. Negative: The only thing I can think of to suggest is a fan in the apartment for hot nights. We kept both doors open at night and were lucky to be there on windy days.

    Positive: Квартира очень понравилась! Все продумано и организовано для комфортного проживания, все необходимое имеется от утюга до посудомойки и тостера! Большие шкафы, есть куда сложить и вещи и чемоданы два шикарных балкона, где можно насладиться чашечкой кофе утром и осматривать окресности Диван в зале раскладывается - спальноое место получается большое Сразу возле подьезда магазин жабка Моим детям больше всего понравилось - каждое утро сразу как проснулись - бежать посмотреть, а что там за дверью!! И о чудо!! за дверью пакет с завтраками! Это так мило:)) Они каждый раз удивлялись и радовались, снимали на видео распаковки завтраков:))) Очень удобное расположение - до большого торгового центра и остановки транспорта 3 -5 мин пешком Рекомендую! И благодарю хозяев за гостеприимство и заботу! Negative: Квартира понравилась очень, дальше напишу просто - технический совет хозяину квартиры Душевая кабина сделана красиво, сантехника работает прекрасно Только при ремонте сделали маленький наклон пола к водосливу. Поэтому в душевой кабинке нужно бы на полу приклеить ограничивающуюся планочку для воды, чтобы вода не вытекала к двери ванной. Если этого не сделать, то дверь и откосы скоро можно будет выкинуть. Если душ принимает один человек, то воду успевает стекать, а если подряд два, три то вода может вытечь и в коридор.
