    Positive: Świetna lokalizacja. W wyposażeniu toster. W mieszkaniu było cicho pomimo, że jest usytuowane w ścisłym centrum. Negative: W mieszkaniu było bardzo zimno, nie działał grzejnik. Pomimo wielu prób kontaktu z właścicielem problem nie został rozwiązany.

  35. Jesteśmy zadowoleni i chętnie wrócimy;-) Polecamy;-)

    Positive: Funkcjonalnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony apartament ( dużo powierzchni do przechowywania w pokoju, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka na pranie, odkurzacz, duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem itp.). Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Doskonale działające wi-fi, dużo kanałów telewizyjnych do wyboru. Winda w budynku. Na klatce schodowej cisza i spokój. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie budynku znajduje się popularny dyskont spożywczy;-). Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. W zasięgu spaceru znajduje się wiele atrakcji Warszawy (Fabryka Norblina, Muzeum Powstania,Muzeum Narodowe itp), ponadto obiekt jest położony w pobliżu przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych, dworca PKP oraz stacji WKD. Negative: Na dosyć długi, zaplanowany na 11 noclegów pobyt udostępniono nam 1,5 rolki papieru toaletowego oraz jeden worek na śmiecie. W łazience i toalecie niestety nie było mydła do rąk. W kuchni nie było ręczników papierowych. Czajnik i wentylator były bardzo wyeksploatowane. Naczynia były niedomyte, czystość podłogi w pokoju pozostawiała nieco do życzenia. Brak oświetlenia w okolicach łóżka. Nasz pobyt wypadł w okresie upałów, a mieszkanie bardzo się nagrzewa. Ze względu na bliskość ruchliwej ulicy okolica jest dosyć głośna również w godzinach nocnych.

    Positive: Отличная студия. Находится не далеко от центрального вокзала. В целом в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Вся посуда, утюг, гель для душа. Negative: Нечаянно посмотрел под кровать, и нашел там приличный ковер из пыли.

    Flat is really well equipped, I was surprised with the amount of appliances it had. But also there was a downside - a pot with lots of mold inside of it. If The Last of us fungal outbreak happens in reality - it mostly likely would start here. Also I didn’t like that there was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands, only shower gel. My rating based on the pot incidence as I was afraid to touch anything on the kitchen afterwards. But if you don’t care about such things this flat can be a good deal for you.

  53. Impersonal e insalubre...

    Positive: Salvo utensilios de cocina, el apartamento parecia estar limpio, era cómodo y la ubicación estaba bien. Negative: No te recibe nadie, dejan la llave en una caja con código, el cual enviaron ese día, pero luego cambiaron a media tarde, lo cual, sabiendo que podríamos no tener internet o cobertura (como era el caso) y al no pedir confirmación ni informar por ninguna otra vía, supuso una dificultad para acceder. Una vez en el apartamento, la limpieza de la cocina y los utensilios era muy deficiente. En un armario encontramos una cazuela con moho y una sarten con queso fundido, en otro una cazuela con manchas amarillas en el fondo (quizá aceite), el colador tenía restos blancos... Decían que había cafetera y no la había, había un hervidor de agua y un infusor (que estaba roto, con cristales dentro). El producto de limpieza (jabón líquido) de la cocina estaba rebajado con agua y tuvimos que comprar uno. No había pastilla de jabón, ni gel ni champú en el baño. Pedimos retrasar un par de horas el check-out, pensando que con todos los inconvenientes nos ayudarían, pero no nos dieron opción y nos pidieron dejar el piso a las 11 a.m.

    Positive: Apartmán byl větší než jsem očekával, bylo v něm všechno, co člověk potřebuje. Vysoce cením to, že v noci bylo ticho i přes to, že se ubytování nachází v centru města. Apartament był większy niż oczekiwałem, było w nim wszystko, czego człowiek potrzebuje. Bardzo doceniam to, że w nocy była cisza wbrew temu, że nocleg znajduje się w centrum miasta. The apartment was bigger than I expected, there was everything one needs. I highly appreciate the fact that it was quiet at night despite being located in the city centre. Negative: No comment

    When coming late at night for the first time, it is impossible to access the perimeter where the accommodation is, as you have no card to open the exterior gates. The flat is clean and nice, however there is a certain smell from the sewers (the block of flats is quite old). The host provides very good indications and it is like a fine quest to enter the apartment.

    I'm giving the place 5 starts despite a few flaws I'll mention. This is a nice studio apartment. The room is not very big but also not too small. The bed has a comfortable mattress. However, the bathroom is tiny and you have very little space to stand in front of the mirror after going out of the shower. The location is good, very close to the central station. I personally prefer to be just a bit more central in Warsaw, around the Science tower, which is about 1KM away. But that is still a walking distance (10-15 minutes from the very center). Check-In time was a problem, as it was quite late: 16:00. There was no possibility for early check-in. Most Airbnb's let you in at 14:00 at the latest. So you better take that into account if you arrive in Warsaw early in the morning as I did. Communication and service were good. It was even surprising, as the staff leaves a bag with breakfast near the door every day. Never experienced something like that on an Airbnb. Very nice gesture. So all in all this apartment is recommended, at least as long as the size is not a major issue for you.

    Great apartment, modern, clean, full furnished, great position, quiet zone, with precision in breakfast. Wifi- internet not very powerful, short power in the home, and i would have prefered a person at the check-in instead of the self check-in. I can really suggest this apartment, it is really really good in my opinion.
