    Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Leider waren die Nachbarn jede Nacht sehr laut sodass es fast unmöglich war in dem Zimmer zu schlafen. Aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr schön gewesen.

    Positive: Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze zlokalizowane. Okolica spokojna, dużo knajpek dookoła i sklep w pobliżu. Negative: Mimo opłaconych śniadań, nie otrzymaliśmy ich. Po kilku długich próbach, w końcu udało nam się skontaktować z infolinią operatora lokalu (na maila do tej pory nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi), pan obiecał w niedługim czasie oddzwonić z informacją, z jakiego powodu nie dostarczono nam śniadania (pobyt mieliśmy od piątku do niedzieli, także w sobotę rano powinniśmy otrzymać catering na sobotnie i niedzielne śniadanie). Po kilku godzinach bez odpowiedzi, ponowiliśmy telefon do obsługi klienta (w międzyczasie oczywiście musieliśmy zorganizować sobie śniadanie) i pani nas poinformowała, że śniadania to my mamy w gratisie i booking nie miał obowiązku nam go dostarczyć. Większej bzdury nie słyszeliśmy, ponieważ specjalnie dobraliśmy nocleg ze względu na oferowane śniadanie. Nigdzie nie było napisane, że śniadanie może będzie, a może nie. Cena zawierała śniadania, a usługa nie została zrealizowana. O zwrocie części kosztów oczywiście nie ma mowy. Druga kwestia, to słabe wytłumienie mieszkania. Sąsiedzi przez całą noc słuchali muzyki i nie jakoś specjalnie głośno, a w sypialni sąsiadującej z ich mieszkaniem, słychać było niemalże każde słowo. Niestety bardzo utrudniało to spanie.

  17. Pobyt bardzo udany.

    Positive: Polecam ten obiekt na krótszy lub dłuższy pobyt. Śniadanie kateringowe, dobre na słodko i na słono, codziennie o 7 rano czekało przed drzwiami. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie nawet na dłuższy pobyt, (pralka, żelazko itd.). Bardzo czysto. Lokalizacja najlepsza z najlepszych w samym centrum Warszawy, na ulicy gdzie można było znaleźć wszystko, aptekę całodobową, butiki projektantów, sklep spożywczy oraz restaurację. Wszędzie blisko na nogach w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Negative: Przydałoby się piąte krzesło do stołu, oraz kanapa żeby wygodnie usiąść przed telewizorem. My byliśmy tylko na dwie noce więc praktycznie w mieszkaniu tylko spędzaliśmy noce i poranki.

Da vi løfta opp do lokket så var det bæsj på kanten av do lokket. Første gang vi fikk frokost så kom det bare mat til 4 personer når vi var 5 personer. Sendte melding om det og de skulle sjekke hva som har skjedd men fikk ikke noe mer svar enn det. Vi booka rom til 5 personer og da burde det være 5 stoler også på kjøkkenet. Det var kun 4 stoler og en av oss måtte stå å spise alle dager. Nabo leiligheten hadde så høy musikk hele natta alle dager. Jeg gikk til nabo og spurte om de kan skru av musikk etter kl 2200 for barna fikk ikke sove. Han sa ja men det skjedde ikke.

    Квартира чистая и уютная, все как в описании. Отличное месторасположение, все что необходимо есть в пешей доступности и можно легко пешком прогуляться в центр города. Рядом также есть кафе и рестораны где можно поесть и продуктовые магазины, чтобы купить все необходимое. Управляющая компания - отзывчивая и по всем вопросам шли на встречу;) Единственное, на что стоит обратить внимание - в некоторые дни очень шумели соседи, скорей всего у них были какие то вечеринки, которые продолжались всю ночь. На просьбы сделать музыку тише, они не реагировали.

    That was a smooth and nice stay for two couples. The location is 5 minutes on foot from the US Embassy and 15 minutes from Park Agrykola. The old city is just a 15 minutes Uber drive. There’s a very nice restaurant downstairs and a good grocery store in a next building. The unit is clean and functional. I wish there was a microwave oven and wish the water heater could keep up with 4 adults taking shower in a row, but that wasn’t an issue. The morning breakfast bag was very nice and useful, we appreciated that very much. We enjoyed the stay and recommend the place to everyone who has a family business in that neighborhood.

    The good: Very spacious place with 2 big bedrooms and a kitchen/dining room/living room combo. I was surprised at how big the bedrooms were considering the apartment was inside a very old building. Cleanliness was up to my higher than normal expectations. The not so good: the mattresses & pillows on the beds could use an upgrade. The pillows are you run of the mill cotton filled with 0 sleep support. The thin spring mattresses didn't provide mu The bad: there was some loose ambiance lighting hung around the bedroom curtains which should just be tossed as the only on/off mechanism is plugging in a cable. The morning after I checked in I sent out question via the AirBnB app & e-mail provided in communication, asking whether some sort of welcome gift was missing from the fridge since the welcome sign said something was waiting in the fridge. For the duration of my 6 day stay, I never received a response.

    Positive: Very good location and quiet at any time of the day/night, clean, easy to check in/check out, breakfast arrived early every morning, plenty of restaurants walking distance, grocery store around the corner. Negative: Needs kitchen towel, microwave, sharp knife. Bed frame makes loud noise at smallest move.

    This was a perfect stay for our first time in Poland. The apartment itself was spacious and extremely clean. Check in instructions were sent ahead of time and breakfast was even included! The location was perfectly located close to the trams and walkable to many restaurants and bars, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend the stay!

    We had a great time at this place. Warsaw is a fabulous city! The apartment is so cozy with spacious rooms, huge kitchen and absolutely the best location. Everything you need is literally around the corner. The host was responsive: provided all details, replied on time. A nice bonus was included breakfast. It saved us so much time on cooking and deciding what to get for the mornings. I'd highly recommend this place for your stay. You won't regret it!

    This is the best place I have ever stayed. Very cosy rooms. It is noticeable that the owner has decorated the interior with love. There are paintings with hand-painted watercolors on the walls. Breakfast was delivered to us every morning, which also made us very happy. We were very pleased to live in this wonderful place for 5 days!

    This apt. is well appointed and it’s in a good location. It’s a relatively good deal. There is a history of bad check-in experiences with this place as you can see in the reviews. Ours was related to the fact that there are two doors for Makotowska 29. The correct door doesn’t have 29 above it. Once you know that, the rest of the check-in procedure is fine. The adjacent apt., next to the larger bedroom, has a tenant that plays music loudly and at night. Just be aware this is a possibility. Mattresses feel a bit soft and cheap. (Everybody has their own mattress taste though..) Make sure to communicate with Booking Host before 8pm because they are not available after that.

    Positive: Понравилось, что заселились раньше времени, просторная, светлая квартира. Negative: Грязно, валялся мусор на полу, покрывала уже занощены, посуда недомытая, была прилипшая еда, в духовке грязные противни, не было электрочайника, обычный чайник очень грязный изнутри, невозможно было пить воду из него, только 2 комплекта банных полотенец, хотя отмечено было 3 человека, завтра на любителя и 1 день привезли 2 завтрака вместо 3х. Персонал отзывчивый, но вопрос с завтраком был не решён. Нет полотенец на кухне, 1 мусорный пакет, без запаса. Не было сушилки, не было мыла.

    Positive: Location was great. Easy access to metro, central train station, shops, restaurants. Good internet. Negative: 1. Induction cook top but pans were aluminum, so you can not cook except in one steel saucepan. 2. I had to clean the saucepan when I arrived, was not cleaned. 3. No cold water in the kitchen. When hand washing dishes you will eventually get scalded. Looks like the cold water was diverted to the dishwasher instead of spliced. 4. The clothes washer worked great, but no dryer, no drying rack (as was mentioned in the posting) 5. Pickup of keys is in different part of city. This was not mentioned until the "you are ready to check in" message. If you have luggage, you need to ride metro 4 stops with a change an then a 10 minute walk to get lets. 6. Very flimsy furniture. It looks like this place was rapidly placed on booking to capitalize on the refugee crisis. We needed a place near embassies, but it was impossible to stay here since we needed to wash clothes and cook. If you eat out and don't plan to do much wash (and just use the radiators to dry them) it is OK.
