Positive: Everything. This was literally a perfect stay. I booked another place and it was very dirty so I had to last minute book another. This place popped up and was so nice and comfortable. It was extremely clean, large, beautiful and convenient. Everything was very thought out. for example, the wall plug travel adaptors, the very large washing machine with lots of drying racks, the water bottle, etc. would definitely stay here again! Positive: It was nicely decorated and comfortable bed nice kitchen great location central to everything. Negative: The continuous smell of sewage in the bathroom which we were unable to get rid of by running the water as suggested. I became ill possibly from the gases of this. Only eventual solution was to keep the bathroom fan running all the time. The apartment was clean but stinking of sewage and smoke which was very unpleasant. I could not stay there again.

Great location- old town warsaw at your footsteps with many restaurants, shops and entertainment in the square (during summer). The place was good and had a working air conditioning unit (window unit) that kept the apartment decently cooler than outside, but don’t expect anything cooler than mid 70s. The place had basic necessities but not enough to last our entire stay. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels to cover us for our stay. Bed was comfortable, place was clean but the bathroom smelled absolutely awful! Very musty and old… you have to keep the door entirely shut to prevent sewer smell from entering the rest of the apartment. My father grew up in old town Warsaw just across the street and mentioned that many of the apartments have old pipes and many remodeled apartments incorrectly set up their water lines which causes the sewer smell. So I understand why it’s like this but the smell truly brings the place from 4.5 stars to 3.5.

Positive: Muy céntrico, entre la plaza del mercado y la plaza del Castillo. Con tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Muy tranquilo. El dormitorio daba a un gran patio comunitario por lo que no había ruido por la noche. Tenía casi todo lo imprescindible para un apartamento. Negative: El cuarto de baño olía regular, por las tuberías. Había un cartel aconsejando echar agua por el sumidero de la ducha si olía, pero el cartel lo vimos por casualidad, porque estaba dentro de un mueble, encima del inodoro. Otro aspecto negativo del baño es que se salía el agua de la ducha por el lateral, no estaba bien sellado, y tuvimos que utilizar toallas para que no se quedara el agua estancada debajo del inodoro, porque no había fregona para poder secarlo.

Lovely apartment but needs improved directions to find it
Positive: Very clean and modern, in the middle of old town with a view onto one of the main paths and the castle but the noise is very well isolated you don't feel like you're in the middle of a busy city. The bed is very comfortable. I recommend the place. Negative: It was a bit difficult to find the apartment at first. The instructions sent aren't clear which is a common issue people are having from what I saw in the reviews. I had to follow a very helpful review left by one of the visitors telling you step by step how to get to the apartment, if not that review not sure if we'd find the place. The directions sent dont tell you that you have to enter the building from the main walkway to then walk into the backward which has access to multiple flats (also this apartment).

Good location, very spacious but no aircon in bedroom
Positive: The location was really nice, very convenient in the old town. Very nice spacious apartment, lot of room for 2 people. Negative: Aircon was a stand alone in the living room, not sufficient for the whole apartment and especially not for cooling the bedroom during warm summer nights. My advice is not to book this when you want a good working aircon in your bedroom. The drain of the shower in the bathroom really smells a lot. There isn't Netflix as mentioned as an extra on the website, they clarify it as Netflix ready, meaning you need an own account so you can login, it's not a big issue because we didn't came to watch Netflix but on the rainy evening we had during our stay it would have been nice to have Netflix to pass that time. It's just something that I want to tell others so they know before they book.

Positive: Stylowy wystrój apartamentu. Przestrzenny i wygodny Negative: 1.Brak informacji o niemożliwości dojazdu pod obiekt. Dla podróżującym z dużym bagażem powinna być klarowna notatka, ze bagaże trzeba nieść przez stare miasto! Pytałam o dojazd z dużym bagażem a jedyną informacje jaka dostałam to ze nic nie organizują i żeby dojechać taksówką. Niestety taksówka nie ma możliwości wjazdu… 2. Drobnym udogodnieniem byłoby gdyby w apartamencie było mleko, ręczniczki w kuchni, drobne ale dla gości przyjeżdżających późno jaka ulga i jak luksus to taki gest byłby miły .

Some really strange cost savings like only 1 toilet paper roll for 2+ weeks etc. When breakfast gets delivered, the door bell will buzz. This happened multiple times at ~5 AM and almost always woke me up. The AC is only a tiny machine and only in the living room.

Wenn ich könnte , würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. super aufgeteilt, sehr sauber, sehr gehobene Ausstattung und direkt in der Warschauer Altstadt in der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Kann ich tatsächlich nur jedem empfehlen . Macht euch aber vorher über Parkplätze Gedanken, da man dort nirgends parken kann und der Verkehr eine Katastrophe ist . 7 min zu Fuß ist ein Parkhaus ( relativ teuer) , aber wenn ihr morgens gegen 8 kommt oder dort das Auto aus dem Parkhaus holt, dann könnt ihr direkt vor der Altstadt parken und habt nur noch 3 min zu Fuß zum Appartement und 0 bis ins Geschehen des alten Stattkerns. ich hoffe, dass die Bewertung hilfreich ist. Lokal umiejscowiony jest w miejscu, które nie jest najłatwiejsze do znalezienia ale gospodarz przed przyjazdem wysłał bardzo przejrzyste instrukcje jak się tam dostać. Sypialnia znajduje się od strony cichego podwórka, więc nie słychać żadnych odgłosów z miasta i można spokojnie się wyspać. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacja też fantastyczna, zwłaszcza jeśli ma się w planie zwiedzanie. Zdecydowanie polecam

Positive: Прекрасное месторасположение, окна спальни выходят в тихий двор. Современная обстановка, при этом ничего лишнего и очень уютно. Чисто, аккуратно, есть все необходимое для краткосрочного пребывания. Negative: Отсутствие паркинга, но это не такая проблема, машину можно припарковать недалеко вдоль улицы на платной парковке. В душевой кабине висит два наполненных дозатора, но так и непонятно где шампунь, где гель. И если бы были одноразовые зубные щётки и лопатка для обуви, придраться было бы не к чему.

At the heart of Warsawa
Positive: Everything. Location couldn’t be more perfect, was spaciuos, nice, clean apartment. It feels that it’s not just IKEA build apartment, everything looks with quality. Stuff was nice, communication was easy and to find an apartment with so much instructions was really easy. Negative: Missing toilet paper and not all electricity (lights, sockets) were working, but this wasn’t very unconfortable.

Entrar a la propiedad es complicado, hay que atravesar varias puertas. No contesto mis dudas al respecto y fui ayudada por los vecinos.

Impersonal apartment lacking staff, well-located
Positive: The apartment is in a great location right in the center and very modern. Living room was huge and overlooks one of the main old town streets. Overall, aesthetically nice. WiFi was decent. Negative: I arrived after 5pm on a Friday night and the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet after the previous guest. the host is an apartment management company and was not easy to reach. I spent about 2 hours on the whole process and couldn’t settle in or shower until after the cleaners had left - basically 7:30pm on a Friday night. they refused to compensate me anything besides the cleaning fee and told me that was nice of them. Also, the night before check out, I started getting spammed with the same text about check out literally every minute for several hours - some glitch in their system. overall, a frustrating experience that’s not what you’d expect for what you pay. The apartment itself is fine but missing normal functionality items like hooks for shower towels and kitchen towels for dishes. I would personally not book thru this agency again.

Il y a une machine à café Nespresso mais pas de capsules Nespresso dans la cuisine. Comme on n'en trouve pas dans les commerces de la vieille ville, il faut en apporter avec soi ou les acheter dans un grand supermarché en dehors de la vieille ville. Dans le premier sms reçu par l'hôte, les instructions étaient de venir chercher les clefs à 3km, mais après un échange de courriels il a été possible de récupérer les clés devant l'appartement. Negative: C'était presque parfait, mais une forte odeur d'égouts s'échappait parfois de la douche et diffusait dans tout l'appartement. Dommage également qu'il n'y ait pas la possibilité de manger dans le salon.

Positive: No comment Negative: We had advised hosts (Booking.com) prior to travelling, that we would be arriving very late. We were assured there was no problem gaining access to property, as keys would be left easy to find. Instructions ommitted a very vital piece of information, and we were left with no option but to walk around old Town Warsaw at 2.30am, looking for a bed for the night, as we couldn't gain access to our apartment. This resulted in us getting to bed at 4.30am, on the first day of our holidays, and then spending half of the next day locating keys for property and transferring our belongings. We were only staying for 4 nights, one of which was totally ruined. no apology was given when we explained our dilemna to Booking .com. We were just advised that "We " had gone up the wrong stairwell.

Really bad smell and terrible service
Positive: The location is great and the apartment is spacious. It is right in the heart of Warsaw. The styling is classy and modern at the same time. Although it is located in the center of the city, you won't get disturbed in your sleep. The bedroom is on the side of the court yard, which means it is quiet. The living room is really fancy. Negative: First of all, the apartment is managed by a booking company which in itself souldn't be a problem. The initial contact with them was quite positive. That all changed after the payment was done and issues arroused that required immidiate action. The first major problem was the lack of clear instructions to find the apartment. What they omitted to state was the fact that in order to get to the apartment you need to enter the building from the main street, then proceed straight on in the hall way to end up in courtyard. From here, you need to the door on your left hand. Enter the code to get in the building and move one floor up. The door on the right is the one you need. I needed to find this out on my own. Thank you booking agency. But there is more. Unfortunately, there is no number on the door. This is something I don't get. How hard can it be to put the number of the apartment on the door? The neighbors do have their doors numbered. They could have put some pictures of what you will encouter on your way to the apartment. And once again they didn't. It would make things a lot of easier. The pictures are meant to inform the customer. Strike number 2. The employee of the booking agency gave me the wrong code for the key locker. I was trying to reach somebody from the agency for at least one hour. I need to remind you that this all occured on a cold February night. Out of desperation I wanted to book something else. Finally (after waiting one hour on the stairs), they responded to my cry for help. After exchaning a few messages they acknowledged that the code was wrong. What did they offer me as a compensation? I was allowed to check out one hour later. This meant nothing, as my flight left in the morning. It was just sorry, and that's it. Is that how you treat a customer? What about the apartment? When I opened the bathroom, the smell was unbearable. It was like a dead body was buried under the tiles. Horrible.
