  7. Awful smell and issues with hosting agency

    Positive: Disappointed with Drainage Issues and Unresolved Payment Negative: During our recent stay at Jezuicka property through BookingHost Sp zoo (Please note its the polish company and not booking.com), we encountered significant drainage issues that affected the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. Despite bringing this to the attention of the agent, the problem was not adequately addressed, leading to inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Additionally, I am disappointed to report that our payment for any purchased products to help with the issue, which was supposed to be refunded, has not been processed by the agent as promised. This lack of financial integrity further soured our experience with this agent. I had conversations with the agent about issues and they promised to pay us back, but despite sending numerous messages, they've gone quiet and not responding to me or Booking.com at all. Seriously, if you can avoid that property please do. The smell was so bad that our child refused to use the bathroom altogether. Luckily we had 2 apartments as we had another family staying over very closely so we dealt with it using the other flat. We travel a lot. And people do leave reviews. It's beyond me how so called agency in Poland can ignore all the communication thinking it will go away unnoticed. The booking was made via booking.com but all issues relate to host agency in Poland.

    Локация идеальна, но в доме идут ремонтные работы, и никогда не знаешь, когда включат перфоратор. Кроме того, чистота в квартире оставляет желать лучшего. Полы были помыты, но в салоне находится грязный ковер, который не был почищен. На нем было много разных волос, и мой ползающий ребенок, к сожалению, нашел их. Уборка номера стоила 50$, хотя не понятно за что. Лично мне кажется, если вы не в состоянии его почистить, то лучше его выкинуть. Кроме того, запах в ванной все еще есть, и освежитель воздуха проблемы не решает.

    Stayed here from a Friday to a Monday. The apartment was very easy to find, maps brings you direct to the door. Great location in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spotless clean with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Lockbox for check in/ check out making it a very easy process. Slight smell coming from the drain in the bathroom but it wouldn’t put me off staying again, would highly recommend!

    Positive: La posizione e la pulizia erano perfette, le attrezzature presenti più che soddisfacenti e abbiamo potuto godere anche di NETFLIX. Negative: Bisognerebbe essere più chiari sulla posizione della porta e della cassaforte per le chiavi, infatti l'alloggio non si trova esattamente al 2° piano ma c'è un mezzanino e la porta non è identificabile dalle altre con un numero o targhetta (questo è facilmente migliorabile) comunque la porta è la prima a sx oltre la cancellata ;)

    Positive: Very good location in the historical district of Warsaw, cozy and nice apartments. Also satisfied host service - easy to reach, always reply without delays. This is quite interesting option for the moderate price. Negative: Was a bit challenged to find the apartment even with provided instructions by the host, asked for help local residents. Also not dislike but important to know - don't expect quietness on holidays because Old Town district is always crowded. Just be informed.

L'emplacement était parfait, proche de toutes les attractions principales de la ville. Le personnel était extrêmement serviable et sympathique, toujours prêt à répondre à mes questions et à me donner des conseils sur les meilleurs endroits à visiter.     l’appartamento è molto carino, come in foto, ed è in una posizione ottimale: in pieno centro storico. sono gentili a lasciare acqua e una bottiglia di spumante in frigo e le istruzioni per il check-in sono anche molto chiare. Le pecche sono: il cattivo odore del bagno che ti rende impossibile anche tenere la porta aperta e l’appartamento era un po’ impolverato. noi eravamo in 4 a soggiornare e abbiamo trovato il divano letto chiuso, e abbiamo dovuto prepararlo per la notte. Ho riscontrato anche un problema con i riscaldamenti e a causa della TOTALE ASSENZA dell’host per quasi 24h abbiamo dormito con le felpe per la prima notte (la temperatura era di -4 *C a Varsavia). Ma tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

    Sindsygt hyggeligt sted, som ligger 5 m væk fra Old towns centrum. Der var gå afstand til alt og mega smukke omgivelser. Selve lejligheden var i god stand og modernede, dejligt med en lille gave fra værten i køleskabet:) Det eneste som ikke var så godt, var badeværelset, da den lugtede lidt grumt, men det kan man sagtens leve med. Det gør ikke badeværelset ubrugeligt. God oplevede helt overordnet:)

Appartamento in un Palazzo Storico ma di recente ristrutturazione..Con Ampi Spazi e Tutto molto Pulito, Ordinato e Accogliente! L’Appartamento è da Voto 10 in Tutto! Unica e sola pecca.. Cattivo odore che Fuorisce dallo scarico della Doccia..probabilmente per un problema di Impianti più che di cattiva Pulizia o Igiene..come già Segnalato da altri utenti in precedenti Recenzioni. Appartamento Rimane comunque da Voto10.. Senza questa piccola pecca Sarebbe Stato da 10 e Lode! Consigliatissimo sia per Coppie che Famiglie! Ci Torneremo Sikuramente!

    A beautiful location, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and walkable to many attractions in the heart of the Warsaw castle. Unfortunately, the unit itself did not match the beautiful surroundings. The inside was rather dingy and dated. The photos do not reflect the placement of the furniture in the unit. The strong odor of sewage in the bathroom was a huge turnoff (Note: keep the shower door closed in order to minimize this...wish I learned this sooner), and despite this being a smoke free building, the entire hallway and inside of my unit stunk of cigarettes as someone in the vicinity clearly smokes like a chimney. The place was not cleaned thoroughly and had many spider webs along the ceiling and chandeliers. Contacted the host regarding leaving early and getting a refund but communication was rather delayed. Got offered a cleaning service on the third and last day but decided to forgo it as it was pointless by then. I was reimbursed cleaning fee. Overpriced for what it is.

    Excellent location in the heart of old town. The apartment is well cleaned and furnished, the only drawback is poor maintenance. Some door handles were broken, and the bathroom smell was very nasty, I had to clean the drains myself. Still, despite that, the location beats it all!

  73. The room was wonderful but the service was poor.

    Positive: The apartment is just next to the main square of the Old Town of Warsaw and was super well situated to go anywhere. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a short or mid-term stay. Negative: Although the room was nice, the TV didn't work at all for 6 days. We called the concierge to have the TV fixed on the second day, but the operator kept asking us questions like whether we looked for a remote controller, whether we read and followed the instruction and blabla, which we already did and nothing worked. The operator agreed to send a technician to fix the TV but eventually no one came. A light also got broken and we didn't even try to call the operator because we knew that no solution would be provided. Also, no air conditioner or fan (maybe this is the common case for apartments in the Old Town) so it was a bit hard to stay in the middle of summer.

    Positive: Perfekte Lage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um zu Fuß, mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad die Stadtteile zu erkunden. Geräumige Wohnung. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe und -Rückgabe unkompliziert. Ebenfalls kontaktloser Frühstückservice, sehr einfaches Frühstück. Negative: Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad. Äußerst bestimmte Nachbarin, die offenbar über die wechselnden Gäste der Wohnung nicht glücklich ist. Bett zu weich.

    Positive: The location is wonderful, just between the Old market place and Royal palace. The view from the window goes to the river. There is everything what you need, even the dish washing machine. The flat is big, warm. The warm water comes at once you don't have to wait till it warms up. Negative: As the apartment is in the old town the taxi cannot come near, so you have to carry the suitcase on the up-and-down district through the cobblestone road, approximately 500 meters. There is no lift, the apartment is on the 3,5 floor. There was a smell of cigarettes and urine in the entrance hall. The flat and the flats of the neighbors are behind the door, which you have to open and close every time by the key. First time by accident I closed the door load and the neighbor came out and began to shout very rude. The flat is not very clean, there was dust on the bed cabinets. And I had an impression the bed sheet wasn't changed. No liquid soap, only one small soap and one toilet paper for 4 days.

  119. All in all, we were happy with our stay.

    Positive: The location was perfect for the places we wanted to go. Very close to transportation, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast delivery was a bonus. Negative: Would have liked extra towels. Ran out of toilet paper. Shower drain had a smell.
