Cozy stay in Warsaw in a beautiful apartment
Positive: Very nice and clean apartment. Location is perfect being right in the city centre with easy access to pretty much whole Warsaw. The building is modern with lean finishes, good atmosphere and overall great experience. I will definitely be using it in the coming future. Negative: Perhaps, the apartment should have Coffee machine with capsules, so that people who stay for 7-10 days could just buy coffee capsules and use them. Other than that, all was very good.

Positive: Location, view from windows, apartment comfort - good! Worn of the apartment renovation - ok. Negative: I didn't find stuff for cleaning room such as a broom, a mop. Because at some moment it was a little dirty. So it would be great to clean the apartment by my own.

Positive: Ładny nowoczesny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo fajny prysznic z dobrym ciśnieniem wody. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i wykwaterowanie. Negative: Śniadania w formie cateringu. Niestety bardzo minimalistyczne i na słodko co totalnie nie trafiło w nasz gust. Żenująca oszczędność na papierze toaletowym 1 rolka za dla 2 osób na 4 dni. Przy cenie za wynajem porównywalnej do hoteli 3-4*. Oszczędność 3 zł a niesmak pozostał.

A very stylish apartment, superbly presented.
Positive: Spacious, airy, clean and contemporary. It felt safe. Fabulous shower!!!! Negative: On arrival the lack of clear direction as to how to enter the block of apartments was unnerving. The actual block is accessible through a gate. This detail was never shared, it appeared the gate was broken? But we were concerned that if was locked we had no direction as to how to unlock and enter the pathway to the block to the actual apartment. Better detail is required as there is no signage anywhere that you have arrived at Warsaw Spire Stylish Apartments! The breakfast was adequate only. Delivered in a bag to the door each morning. Over the three mornings we received a sealed tray of a minimal amount of museli, warm yoghurt and some stewed fruit. A stale chocolate croissant like pastry and a bottle of fruit juice each on two mornings. The other morning we received each a tray with salami, sliced ham, small green salad and a few cherry tomatoes. Jam and butter and some slices of stale bread along with the juice. Very disappointing.

Location: Good! One tram ride can take you from the central station to this apartment. It is located in a quiet residential area and there are several grocery stores/convenience store within walking distance. Check-in: Quite smooth! There are 2 buildings actually and would appreciate to state clearly which one should get in in the check-in procedure. But anyway you can definitely find the correct building by checking the corresponding flat number on the ground floor. Apartment: Overall it is clean and same as the photos shown! Maybe the floor is a little bit dusty which is acceptable for me. The shower will splash water on the bathroom floor outside the glass shield area. Otherwise, everything will be perfect! Will consider coming back to this apartment for my future visit in Warsaw!

Check in to the apartment was awful. Instructions how to open doors to the building were not clear. It was 10 pm, host didn’t respond to my messages, and their phone was turned off, so I stood under the building for 30 minutes unless some neighbors from the building let me go inside. Host company responded only next day. The apartment itself was ok, however the floor was dusty. The bed is small for two people, but comfortable. The great points were water and coffee left, and breaks.

Positive: The apartment is very stylish, modern and has everything one may need for a comfortable stay. The host was kind enough to let us bring our luggage ahead of the check-in time, so we could explore the city. Right next to Warsaw's business district. Negative: The bed is a bit too narrow for 2 for my taste. Great for 1 person, though. The location is not ideal if you're looking to explore the "touristy" parts of Warsaw by foot, which can nonetheless be easily and quickly reached by public transport, so not a dealbreaker.

Positive: дуже стильні апартаменти, в чудовому будинку, гарний вид з вікна, поруч багато закладів та магазинів, зручне розташування. сніданки сподобались, приємний бонус. квартира може бути чудовий варіантом, якщо б більш дбайливо до неї відносились Negative: - пізній чекін, в 16:00 (попросила заїхати раніше, бо була захворівша і з важкими валізами. стандартним повідомленням з сайту відповіли, що можу тільки залишити валізи в квартирі, але до 16:00 буде прибирання. коли прийшли в 12:00, залишити багаж, вже було наче прибрано, подумала, що можливо ще доприбирають, бо було купа недоліків. після 16:00 квартира, на жаль, була в такому ж стані) - чистота: на полиці були залишині брудні труси від минулих мешканців; плита була в плямах; брудна духовка; чайник в жахливому стані з купою накипу, було дуже неприємно їм користуватися; посуд погано помитий після минулих мешканців; постіль була з діркою; емаль крану зіпсована і має дуже недбалий вигляд - на тиждень залишили лише одну капсулу для посудомийки; - є пралка, але немає капсул до неї. пралка потребує ремонту, бо дуже сильно гримить - не було додаткових пакетів для сміття

Positive: The location was really good. Lot's of public transport options to move around, plenty of restaurants, cafes to go out for a quick lunch. Negative: Breakfast at the doorstep every morning is very convenient and an excellent touch for an appartment rental. Food quality could be improved though. There was no possibiltity to request vegan or vegetarian options, so some food was going to waste.

Cu putina atentie la detalii ar fi super bun .. momenta as zice un sejur bun .
Positive: Amplasarea apartamentului ft buna, un apartament comod foarte bine dotat( dotarile desi existente aveau mici probleme) in care m-am putut odihni fara probleme. Negative: S-a incalzit greu apartamentul , caloriferul din living desi il pui la maxim nu prea se incalzeste .Daca stai langa geamurile termopane simti un curent de aer rece foarte puternic .Dupa doua-trei zile am putut cat de cat sa ma simt confortabil, Lista programelor tv foarte mica si nici un post tv in alta limba decat poloneza. Am gasit vesela murdara, masina de spalat face un zgomot foarte mare la stoarcere si se plimba in spatiul in care este amplasata, talpa fierului de calcat murdara, cana fierbator cu mult calcar inauntru,ulei de gatit deloc ,zahar ( cateva pliculete)cafea ( cateva pliculete ) ,piper sare -cateva pliculete foarte mici , saci de gunoi -decat 2 pt 6 zile ,mic dejun primit la timp dar nu foarte inspirat : iaurt cu cereale ,gem si suc de mere ..o combinatie nu foarte inspirata ,varianta a doua mai buna : 2 felii de cascaval,2 de salam ,2 parizer ,unt ,gem,2 rosii cherry. Pe scurt a trebuit sa cumpar eu : saci de gunoi ,prosop hartie,detergent masina de spalat haine ,vegeta pentru gatit,zahar , mai multa cafea,, lichid de curatat suprafete. Consider ca un pic mai multa atentie la detaliile de mai sus ar aduce un mare plus la calitatea serviciilor.

Idealny do zwiedzania miasta. Wszędzie blisko
Positive: Bardzo dobra miejscówka do zwiedzania Warszawy. Jeden przystanek tramwajem do stacji metra Rondo Daszyńskiego, a stamtąd praktycznie do centrum blisko. Bardzo spokojna okolica. Z okna widać Muzueum Powstania Warszawskiego Negative: Czystość pokoju mogłaby być lepsza np.stolik na balkonie czy też pościel bez żadnych śladów po poprzednikach. Po przyjeździe sprawdzcie łóżko, unikniecie potrzeby wzywania serwisu do naprawy.
