Po zgłoszeniu problemu brakujące rzeczy dowieziono w przedostatni dzień pobytu wieczorem. nikogo nie obchodziło jak mamy funkcjonować podczas pobytu bez niezbędnych rzeczy. Tylko skasowali pieniądze. Złożona ponownie do nich informacja o zadośćuczynieniu oczywiście pozostała z ich strony bez żadnej odpowiedzi.

    Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie wygodne i ciepłe. Negative: Niestety zastaliśmy nie posprzątane mieszkanie, dość brudne, pajęczyny, okropnie brudny dywan. Spędziliśmy w apartamencie 5 nocy, natomiast podstawowych środków czystości żenująco mała ilość (żadnych worków na wymianę,jedna tabletka do zmywarki). Ponadto, obsługa nie odpowiada na pytania zadawane pisemnie przez booking, trzeba zadzwonić. Aaa no i nie było prosecco, w opiniach poprzednich gorąco czytałam, że w lodówce czeka niespodzianka. Na nas niestety nie czekała.

    Positive: Large and bright appartment. Comfortable bed. Full equipment in the kitchen. Even an ironing and washing maschine. 15 min walking distance to university/tram station. Delivered breakfast was suprisingly good and even had some variety each day. Negative: Free WiFi was not working (no connection to the internet). This maybe could have been fixed, but my stay was too short to care about it. Kitchen could have been more clean (especially the fridge).

    Positive: Very nice apartment in a good location. There are restaurants downstairs and the bus stop is very close. We got breakfast each morning and it was basic but very good. I totally recommend this apartment for a short or medium stay. Negative: We were 4 and we only got 2 big towels.

    Positive: Відмінне місцерозташування, близько транспорт, тихий район, тихі сусіди, є ліфт, в апартаментах є абсолютно все навіть для тривалого перебування. До посудомийної машини додається 1 капсула для миття посуду, а от до пральної машини не має прального порошку. Сніданки приносить кур‘єр, залишає під дверима. Сніданки одноманітні (2 види: 1- йогурт, мюслі, варення, круасан, сік і 2-зелень, намазка сирна, шинка, ковбаса, сир твердий і хліб), але якщо вам недостатньо, то можна урізноманітнити меню самостійно, тому що в самому будинку є Carrefour express, через двір - Żabka, плюс бургерна та ресторан). В апартаментах є пилосос, так що можна і самостійно підтримувати чистоту (ми приїжджали на 10 днів і для нас це було важливо) Negative: За 10 днів збирається суттєва кількість сміття, а винести його не має куди. Ми писали в підтримку і нам показали куди можна викинути, але там замок і жодень ключ не підходив до нього…

  97. Horrible experience and disastrous staff

    Positive: Good location and the express carrefour store right below the apartment where we could toilet paper that the staff failed to supply. Negative: 1) we booked for 3 people and paid accordingly. Yet we received confirmation only for 2 people. Hence, we only got 2 towels and breakfast for 2 people even though we paid for 3. 2) even though the facilities mentioned on booking. Com included toiletries and toilet paper for the duration of the stay, they supplied only one toilet paper for 3 people for 4 nights, no additional garbage bags, no cleaning services, no basic cleaning equipment/material. When we contacted the staff they initially agreed to provide the missing towel and later then they sent a message saying they will charge an additional 50 PLN. They also said they usually provide one toilet roll per person on the first day only but now they can do nothing about the fact they provided only one roll for the 3 of us. 3) the apartment was dusty causing tremendous allergies. 4) the neighbours above were very noisy till way after midnight and were busy stomping the floor. Overall it's not worth the money for the facilities and "service" provided.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the apartement. Yet, there were a few backdrops: When we had difficulties with checking in upon arrival (we picked the wrong entrance with the same address No. 1 - definitely our fault, but easily happens when you‘re a tourist from another country) it was stressful that there was no way of reaching Booking Host outside office hours (no emergency telephone or messenger). Also the mode of breakfast delivery is not ideal - at a three night stay we only got breakfast delivery once (it’s stated in the description, but still not very convenient). Also, the apartement is a bit noisy, the ventilation is quite loud at night and the walls apparently very thin. Moreover, rooms are smaller than they appear in the add as stated in other reviews, but still totally sufficient for us as a family of three. The smell was a bit stale quickly when windows were left shut. These are reasons we found our stay „okay“ instead of perfect. Nonetheless, it is a overall well equipped, clean apartement in perfect surroundings. Very easily to be reached from the airport Chopin by bus 188, beautiful Lazienki parc right around the corner, city center quickly accessible. Also, nice cafés and shops around.

  117. Great offer in Warsaw

    Positive: Good location - close to many parks, quiet area. The apartment was equipped with almost everything need for a comfortable stay. We were about 20 mins walk to city centre. Negative: Lack of aircon - during summer it becomes very hot inside despite the existing fan. Otherwise, a good option for a family stay.
