The apartment was perfect. The location was great. There were a lot of supermarkets near us. All of the attractions were close or by catching one bus. The apartment had everything we needed. Even though it was near a Bulevard the windows hid the sound of the cars. The bed was pretty comfortable. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Lokalizacja doskonała dla miłośników spacerów i zwiedzania - dużo atrakcji turystycznych w bliskiej odległości. Mieszkanie schludne i przytulne. Warto wspomnieć, że jeśli ktoś jest wrażliwy na dźwięki podczas snu, to bliskość ulicy Armii Ludowej może mu przeszkadzać. Mimo to polecam wszystkim szukającym wygodnego i dobrze zlokalizowanego zakwaterowania.

Great place to stay! It’s located in the city center. But you should be ready, the building is old and you will hear street noise even if the window is closed. But for me it’s fine. Kitchen is small but it’s equipped with everything you need. The flat is super comfortable and lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment close to city center and rental bikes, close to 2 parks. The room was equipped with all needed for the stay. Internet connection was excelent. Easy to find the location- the host provided a short video on how to find it.
Negative:
Handsoap was too liquid, and when pressing the pump the soap would be splashed all over; it would be nice if the shower gel was put in a friendly refillable container.

We had a great stay. The apartment looked exactly as described. The place was quiet, sparkling clean and was equipped with everything one could ever think of using, including cutlery, toaster, pans, mugs, cups, cleaning supplies, and even an umbrella for possible rainy days. The owner has thought of everything. Bed was super comfortable and the decor was a charm. Neighborhood was friendly and safe.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to pick up the keys from office what is not around a corner. You have to take a taxi. The person on the phone didn’t speak English but later they connected me to English speaking person. Took some time but eventually everything was fine

Mieszkanie bardzo nam się podobało, co dla mnie ważne - miało osobną sypialnię, o wiele bardziej lubię taki układ pomieszczeń niż popularne obecnie studio :) Lokalizacja była idealna, bardzo blisko do centrum, pod domem przystanek tramwajowy, kilka kroków dalej metro i przystanki autobusowe; sklepy spożywcze, drogeria i apteka w budynku naprzeciwko; wokół pełno restauracji i kawiarni (zaraz po wyjściu z budynku jest świetne miejsce z kawą specialty). Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, natomiast nie wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu były dostępne (np. brak suszarki do włosów), część sprzętów nie działała poprawnie (np. telewizor i drzwi od lodówki) lub była w inny sposób uszkodzona. Zgłosiłam wszystkie usterki gospodarzowi, jeśli zostaną naprawione to bardzo chętnie zatrzymamy się tam ponownie!

Apartament nie został przygotowany do końca na nasz przyjazd, brak pościeli, ręczników, środków czystości. Po kilku upomnieniach zostały dowiezione brakujące rzeczy. Brak możliwości regulowania temperatury wody pod prysznicem, można sie poparzyć. Brak suszarki do włosów.
Dziękujemy za Twoją opinię. Przykro nam, że nie spełniliśmy Twoich oczekiwań podczas pobytu. Szczególnie przepraszamy za braki, które zauważyłeś. The location is really nice, it is close to everything you need in Warsaw. Place is nice and cozy. The biggest problem for us however was the shower. It is located higher than the rest of the bathroom (on a step) so once water gets out, it has no way to drain, so we had to use a towel to remove it from the bathroom floor. Also heat regulation was broken, luckily the water was still okay (properly warm).The place has everything you need (fridge, stove, utensils, washing machine, iron) and looks nice inside. Be aware that it is in the city next to a road so for some might be noisy, but for us it was okay. Generally would visit again for that price.

Positive:
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es sind etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hauptbahnhof. In der Nähe gibt es ganz viele Cafés und Restaurants,verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 2 große Parks. Das Zentrum kann man zu Fuß (30 min) oder schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichen.
Das Bett war ziemlich komfortabel. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, aber ich habe dort nicht gekocht. Man kann dort einen Tee machen. Es gibt auch einen Toaster und einen kleinen Kühlschrank.
2 kleine Flaschen Mineralwasser als Kompliment haben mich gefreut.
Den Schlüssel habe ich in einer Box vor dem Haus abgeholt. Das war sehr einfach.

In der Küche gab es kaum Besteck und es gab keine Papiertücher bzw. ein Küchenhandtuch.
Man kann die Fenster in der Wohnung nicht offen lassen, da die Fenster auf eine sehr laute Straße zeigen.
In der Dusche kann man die Wassertemperatur nicht ändern. Es ist auf 38 Grad eingestellt.
Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre nett gewesen. Es stand eine ganz oben auf dem Küchenschrank, die man nicht erreichen konnte.
Die Wandbeleuchtung im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht.

Malgré une très bonne isolation, le bruit des voitures de la voie rapide au pied de l immeuble est permanent.
Néanmoins, c est un logement à recommander au vu de sa localisation, de la propreté et de sa proximité des commerces et des endroits à visiter.

Świetna lokalizacja, skrzyżowanie Marszałkowskiej i Armii Ludowej, wkoło dużo sklepów i restauracji. Apartament nieduży na pierwszym piętrze z windą. Ponieważ to centrum jest bardzo głośno od ulic, nie da się spać przy otwartym oknie - taka "cena" dobrej lokalizacji. Proste zameldowanie, klucz był skrytce z kodem.

- wlan ssid and passwort were not the same as in the welcome mail
- water temperature regulator in the shower is defect and the shower cabin is not good sealed (bathroom floor is quite wet after using the shower)

Lokáció, ill. volt egy kis bekészítés (üdítők, rágcsálnivaló), ez kedves gesztus. A ház aránylag csendes.

Mivel egy másfél éves babával érkeztünk, lett volna pár praktikus kérdésünk előzetesen, amelyeket időben el is küldtünk a szállásadónak (cca. két hónappal érkezés előtt). Többszöri e-mailes megkeresésre egyetlen reflex sem érkezett, mi több, a booking.com közvetítőjét sem méltatták válaszra. Telefon dettó. Azt gondolom ez a szintű arrogancia nem megengedhető, főként egy - elvileg - üzletvitelszerűen és cégszerűen szállásadással foglalkozó piaci szereplőtől (szándékosan nem magánszemély bérbeadókat kerestünk, ezért is fizettünk látványosan többet a szállásért).
Mindehhez képest az már csak mellékes, hogy a szállás koszos volt (wc elhanyagolt, ágyak piszkosak, hűtő igénytelen állapotban etc., gyakorlatilag egy alapos takarítással kellett kezdeni), a lámpák fele nem működött, a hűtőt nem lehetett normálisan bezárni, hajszárító nincs. Ennyi pénzért senkinek sem ajánlanám, inkább még 20% ráfizetés és egy normális hotel, kevésbé frekventált környéken.

Apartament nie został przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Zastaliśmy niezaścielone łóżko, lepiej było nie widzieć stanu materacy i czystości poscieli. Brak poszewek i ręczników oraz niedziałająca spłuczka w toalecie, brzydki zapach w całym mieszkaniu. Czekaliśmy 3 godziny na osobę, która naprawi spłuczkę, nie można było skorzystać z toalety pp długiej podróży. Pościeli została dowieziona i rzucona w torbie przez kierowcę. Mimo rezerwacji dla 3 osób nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedniej ilości pościeli. Tłumaczono się tym,że są dwa łóżka, więc dwa komplety. Nie spotkaliśmy się z takim podejście wcześniej. Nie zawsze goście są rodziną, by korzystać z jednej pościeli. Lodówka się nie domykała, gdyż nie jest poprawnie zamontowana w zabudowie kuchennej. Ogólnie czystość też pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Nie pozwolono nam zrezygnować z rezerwacji, obecano za to rekompensatę. Nie otrzymałam propozycji rekompensaty przez prawie miesiąc. Po przypomnieniu się mailowo, zostałam zlekceważona.
