Spędziliśmy w apartamencie tylko jedną noc, ale ogólnie doświadczenie było zadowalające. Pokój był czysty. Zauważyliśmy jednak kilka drobnych niedociągnięć, które wpłynęły nieco na nasze wrażenia. Po pierwsze, zauważyliśmy małe niedociągnięcia w wyposażeniu pokoju. Na przykład tylko po jednej stronie łóżka była lampka nocna. Dodatkowo, zauważyliśmy kilka plam na pościeli, co nieco zepsuło wrażenia świeżości. Mimo że byliśmy tylko na jedną noc i nie zgłosiliśmy tego personelowi, uważam, że taka szczegółowa czystość jest kluczowa, zwłaszcza dla krótkich pobytów. Jak również były plamy na ścianie nad łóżkiem, dość mocno rzucające się w oczy. Mimo tych drobnych niedociągnięć, ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt był przyjemny. Mam nadzieję, że moje uwagi zostaną wzięte pod uwagę, aby poprawić jakość usług.

Надеемся, что не привезли их с собой в чемоданах домой. Претензий к отелю бы не было, если бы не искусанное тело, лечение и вероятность, что теперь клопы дома.

Positive: Гарне розташування, ввічливий персонал. Вражає хол при вході в комплекс (дуже гарне оформлення). Тихі апартаменти, незважаючи на близькість досить завантаженої вулиці. Якісна кліматична система. Підземний паркінг. Negative: Не сподобалося світло в санвузлі, занадто яскраве. Дуже некомфортний спектр (з синім відтінком). Тільки одна група світла на стелі та відсутність приглушених підсвіток. Відсутність освітлення біля дзеркала.

Terrible. Avoid at all cost.
Positive: Nothing. Terrible costumer service, door lock didn't work. I booked for 1 week they left me 1 toilet paper roll. Avoid this place. Negative: Terrible experience. Worst ever actually. The place is like an hotel room but the check in is via an electronic lock and they give you the code. My problem was that the electronic lock malfunctioned on my last night when I was coming home at 10pm-11pm. Their support telephone number only works until 8pm. I was left on the street because the lock didn't work! Winter -5 degrees, all my stuff inside including phone charger. No emergency number, no emergency keys. The building is an office building and has a reception desk (independent from the host), no details are provided by the host about this. Luckily I was able to communicate with reception and call the host. They said "nothing we can do until 10am tomorrow". Only after I got frustrated on the phone they offered for a replacement room in a different location! They were not proactive about it, I had to get offensive. Terrible costumer service, malfunctioning door lock, terrible experience. Would not book it again even for free! Avoid at all cost.

Mój pobyt ocenił bym na 0/10 ale niestety nie ma takiej oceny.
Positive: Sam budynek jest w super lokalizacji. Spałem już tam kilkakrotnie jednak u innego operatora. Negative: Pobyt u tego operatora zagraża życiu i mieniu ! Elektroniczne klamki przestają działać i zostajecie odcięci od swoich wszystkich rzeczy. Infolinia czynna jest od 10 do 20 a po tej godzinie nie ma możliwości żadnego kontaktu. Ochrona w budynku nie posiada kluczy awaryjnych do apartamentów. W skrócie - zameldowałem się w obiekcie i wyszedłem wieczorem pobiegać, niestety po powrocie już się nie dostałem do pokoju,. Cały mokry, w stroju do biegania od 21 do 23 wisiałem na infolinii z booking.com ale nic to nie pomogło. I żeby nie było że to zdarzyło się tylko mnie - człowiek z sąsiedniego pokoju wyszedł zrobić pranie w klapkach i już się nie dostał do pokoju(Australijczyk). On spał na korytarzu, ja wykupiłem inny pokój hotelowy u operatora który ma recepcje 24/7. A co jeśli w pokoju było by małe dziecko które nie było by w stanie otworzyć drzwi ? Albo gotujące się jedzenie ??? Omijajcie Varsovie Comfort szerokim łukiem! TRAGEDIA i TRAUMA !!! Straciłem kilka ważnych spotkań które miałem umówione rano - Pan technik do otwarcia drzwi pojawił się dopiero o 12. Bardzo złe doświadczenie ! NIE POLECAM !!

The apartments are ok, but there is a problem with key, and if it happen at night no one will help.

Especially if it happens at night, you won't be able to go inside or contact the hotel because they don't open from 8pm to 10am. Worst my experience ever. And they did not even apologize and did not try to compensate for a taxi to the office to get the keys.

Godd value for money Negative: A bit strange system with parking as free underground parking was included. I was provided with room passcode but when arriving the parking entrance was covered and you need to enter code or card. The passcode for the room not fits,so we contacted the support and they suggested to go to reception. Reception is for other hotel so they just opened the parking fence. we stayed there couple days, so each time you go in/out you need to press the call button near the parking fence and wait while somebody will open it :))))) So sometimes you make a row for other residents

Also new and comfortable bed. 👍 location: not at the heaet of warsaw but by public transport or über you can access to center in 10min only 👍 cleaning: room was clean enough but they didnt ask me to change towels even after 3 days🙄 Negative: 👎 customer service: disaster! When i arrived to my room i couldnt open my door with password they gave me. I callled them and they told me that they are very busy and they can send somebody there not sooner than 2 hours! I told them i had an early flight and i am super tired. But nothing changed. After 2 hours waiting around, at7 pm technician guy came and entered another password and door was open! So they sent me wrong password and they didnt even ask me to check. And of course no excuse about this mistake and my missing 2-3 hours. Even worse thing is, i wanted to stay at same place later due to location and free parking. this time i asked for 2 hours early checkin, if possible. And the answer is: yes, if i would like to pay 50pln extra! That means room is available but they are asking for 50pln extra to make early checkin (1pm is not much early to checkin indeed but they let check in at 3pm). This approach shows that they only focus on earning more money, not the customer satisfaction! 👎 tv channels: they only have polish tv channels. It would be nice to have channels in english and some other languages as well.

I've waited more than an hour outside the hotel to be able to go in the underground parking as I couldn't block a parking place. You really need to improve your customer service because your rooms are perfect for stays. It is so disapointing to have such a poor customer relation service.
