Делать уборку чуть получше перед заселением постояльцев
Positive: Жили там неделю. Удобное расположение, в соседнем здании минимаркет Jabka, где можно купить симкарту. Наличие стиральной машинки. Удобная планировка - отдельно спальня, раскладной просторный диван в кухне-гостиной. Функциональная кухня, как минимум простой завтрак приготовить подойдет. Есть лифт, хоть и пугающий, но работает. В шаговой доступности американское посольство (цель нашего визита). Так же рядом остановки автобуса и метро. С жд вокзала можно дойти пешком 30мин. Negative: Неосновательная уборка после предыдущих жильцов, под диван и кровать лучше не заглядывать. Запах сигарет в кухне-гостиной.

Great place in a great location. Finding the place and checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. No complaints - only thing we would have appreciated was some more toilet paper and tissues, we almost ran out by the end of our stay.

Przez 2 dni obsługa próbowała mnie pouczać zdalnie o zasadach użycia pilota, jak od razu wskazywałem, że jest problem z podłączeniem dekodera do tv i brak kabli.

Positive: Все было, как на фото. Аппартаменты удобные, стильные, постель - мягкая, кухня - уютная. Бутылочка игристого ждала в холодильнике. Рядом супермаркеты и кофейни, район спокойный. Можно дойти до всех основных достопримечательностей. Поблизости парк, автобусные остановки, посольство США (если получаете визу, то удобно остановиться). Вид апартаментов, деревянная мебель, симпатичные интерьер - это мне очень понравилось. Ночью было тихо и спокойно. Negative: Немного шумно, стены тонкие, слышен телевизор и разговоры соседей, и когда где-то курили чувствовался запах табака в спальне. В ванной был неприятный запах периодически из раковины. В целом, не критично.

Несмотря на небольшие минусы, квартиру точно можно рекомендовать.
Positive: Необычная квартирка. Этакая смесь старины и современного стиля, но довольно комфортно, чисто, свежее бельё. Есть кондиционер. Самое приятное - это бутылочка отличного французского вина в холодильнике, нигде больше такого не встречали, отдельное спасибо хозяину за это. Хорошая локация - центр города, рядом ботанический сад и Королевские лазенки. В целом нам апартаменты очень понравились. Negative: Стрёмный лифт, не без острых ощущений, но это не к хозяевам. Два телевизора, но только с польскими каналами, нет ни ютуба, ни нетфликс. В электрическом чайнике был мёртвый жук. Ключи при выезде нужно оставлять строго в коробочке с кодом на дверях, что не очень удобно с чемоданами, нужно вспоминать код или искать его в переписке. В других квартирах где мы были (а их было очень и очень много), ключ можно было вкинуть в почтовый ящик. Странно что у хозяев квартиры нет доступа к своему же почтовому ящику((

Positive: Wonderful location. Bottle of Valdobiadene Prosecco as a gift, thank you! Amasing and very comfortable bed and linen. Beatiful antique furniture in the bedroom if you like old wooden posh bedrooms. Nice price for such an apartment. Negative: Please consider hat there is no number of apartment at the information notice, it is only the number of the house. I also received no entering code to the house, only the code of the key box from apartment. No one answer my calls because of check-in after 8 pm. So I needed to wait until someone goes from the front door and check every apartment of the building trying to find the one with the key box near the apartment. Nevertheless I received the message with the necessary information in an hour after arrival, despite the late check-in. Cleaning of the apartment leaves a bit more to be desired. Photoes do not reflect this. No information about WiFi incide the apartment. But taking into account the price of rent, everyhing was lovely. Thank you!

Positive: Отличное месторасположение. С одной стороны - парк, с другой - тусовочная площадь. «Жабка» под боком. Понравился оригинальный дизайн апартаментов. В апартаментах тихо, не смотря на оживленный район. Есть все, для удобного проживания. Хороший матрас, качественное белье. Negative: Есть некоторые недостатки в уборке (не критичные)
