Positive: Pierwszego dnia nie otrzymaliśmy śniadania, było to tego samego dnia zgłoszone, następnego dnia sytuacja się powtórzyła. Okno było nieszczelne ( zdjęcie) drzwi prysznica były nieszczelne ( zdjęcie) oraz regulacją w prysznicu była niesprawna, zamiast tego była wkręcona śruba. Positive: Pluskwy w apartamencie!!! Nasza opinia o tym fakcie nie jest pierwszą, niestety nie wczytaliśmy się we wcześniejsze komentarze. Wyraźnie gospodarz nic sobie z tego faktu nie robi. Ludzie nie wynajmujcie tego apartamentu, bo narobicie sobie problemów. Po zgłoszeniu info o pluskwach brak kontaktu z gospodarzem. Booking zapewnił apartament zastępczy, ale nie otrzymaliśmy w drugim dniu śniadania, które mieliśmy w cenie, a to z pierwszego dnia wylądowało w koszu- było nieświeże. Miły wyjazd przez tą sytuację okazał się koszmarem. Negative: Pluskwy!!!

Positive: No comment Negative: НЕ ОСТАНАВЛИВАЙТЕСЬ В ЭТИХ АППАРТАМЕНТАХ НИ ПРИ КАКИХ ОБСТОЯТЕЛЬСТВАХ!!!!!! Квартира-клоповник!!! В этих диванах и кроватях которые вы видите на фото, сотни клопов. Маленьких и больших!!! Из-за этой квартиры был испорчен викенд, пришлось потратить много денег на то чтобы переехать в отель, сдать все вещи в химчистку, а самое страшное что у одной девочки пошла страшная аллергическая реакция на укусы клопов и пришлось дополнительно потратиться на доктора и лечение!!! Настроение испорчено, много не запланированных затрат!!! Хозяева квартиры изначально сказали что возможно это мы запустили их когда открывали окно? Но это не так!!! Потому что их там нереальное количество и они живут там не первый день, не первую неделю и не первый месяц!!! Нам предложили мизерную компенсацию в 250 евро, и переехать в другую квартиру где скорее всего такая же ситуация с клопами, с учетом того что мы потратили деньги на эту квартиру, на такси чтобы переехать в другую квартиру, и потом переехать в отель. Потратились на отель, химчистку, доктора и медикаменты, эта компенсация в 250 евро просто слезы!!! Не повторяйте нашей ошибки!!! Не заселяйтесь в эту квартиру!!!

Positive: Die Lage war gut. Frühstück hat alle Tage zuverlässig vor der Tür gestanden. Eingangscode und Schlüsselbox direkt an der Wohnungstür mit Zugangsnummer waren gut zu bedienen Negative: Leider war das Bett für die 3. Person nicht bezogen, so dass wir erst noch Decke und Bettbezug zusammen suchen mussten ( im angrenzenden begehbaren Schrank) auch ein Handtuch fehlte komplett. Zum Abwaschen fehlt ein Stöpsel im Waschbecken, wenn man nicht die Spülmaschine verwenden möchte. Ausserdem ist derzeit eine Baustelle (Neubau Hotel) direkt gegenüber und somit vor den Schlafzimmern. Beginn der Arbeiten spätestens 6.30 Uhr.

10 minutes walk from the centre of Warsaw old city, a great stay and location.
Positive: Spacious and modern. Light and airy and very good facilities. Enjoyed the breakfast delivery to our door. Negative: A hotel is being built next to the apartment. Workers were starting on site from 6 or 7 am. Pretty noisy and looks like this will go on for sometime.

Wir hatten dir Wohnung 3 Stunden selber geputzt, da wir mit 2 Kleinkindern gereist sind) Keine Kunden- bzw. Serviceorientierung - als "Entschädigung" gab es 20 EUR, also unter 5% des Preises ... Sehr "einfaches" Frühstück

Positive: Na pewno mieszkanie położone jest w świetnym miejscu, w centrum Warszawy, wszędzie jest blisko. Śniadania okej. Ładna łazienka, wygląda na nową. Łatwe zameldowanie/wymeldowanie. Negative: Zdjęcia z oferty nie oddają tego jak wygląda teraz mieszkanie. Myślę, że są zrobione gdy było nowe. Trochę brudno, widać że nikt specjalnie nie dba o mieszkanie. Pościel z plamami. Narzuty na łóżka/kanapy nieświeże.

Place is nice but owner/manager very rude .No appogies for the inconvienience to paying persons !!!
Positive: Location was no so far from centre but still about 700 metres far .Location is quite and nice . Negative: The numbers provided to call the property never worked 2-3 numbers .Did not like that we had to get the room at 1600 - .The room was not ready before 1640 .As the cleaner was still cleaning she complained that the flat was very dirty and she came late to clean flat as she had many to do .On calling the owner or manager after getting the number from the cleaner this person was all but friendly ,First he said he will call back which he did not .Then by messages he said that it was nothing we had to get the room 40 minutes late .Besides all dishes were in dishwasher till 1720 and we had to take out of machine!!!

Positive: The location was excellent, very close to the Old Town and still quiet. The check in & out was quick and easy. Negative: The place was dirty. We found a dirty underwear next to the bed and there was a dirty laundry inside of the washing machine. The bathroom sink was blocked and when we contacted the property we received no answer. Whoever cleaned the apartment did a terrible job.

Гарний варіант біля центру
Positive: Апартаменти розташовані у гарному місці. Історичний центр у 5 хвилинах, парк у 2х. Апартаменти просторі, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Чиста постільна білизна, різноманітний посуд на кухні. Інтер'єр світлий, мінімалістичний. Не дивлячись на мінуси як трапились, вважаю це гарним варіантом для розгляду. Negative: 1. Не було сніданку у неділю. За їх системою сніданки на вихідні доставляє кейтерінг у субботу. Ми заїжджали в субботу о 16:00, тож отримати щось вранці неділі фізично не могли. Очікували або заздалегідь залишену їжу в квартирі, або все ж таки доставку вранці. Коли нічого не отримали, то зв'язались із хостом і після дуже довгої і складої переписки отримали відмову у якійсь компенсації із аргументацією "сніданок безкоштовний і включений у вартість" (так безкоштовний чи включений?) Звучить так само як в нас не було б ліжка, яке обіцяли, і сказали б що воно безкоштовне та включене у вартість.... Після цього я контактувала букінг напряму і вирішила це питання через них, але неприємне враження від такого сервісу та комунікації саме з хостом лишилось. 2. Не дивлячись на загальну чистоту є місця із застарілим брудом, які викликали недоуміння (чорні решітки вентиляції, плафони в ванній та штучні квіти на столі в шару пилу). 3. У наданих письмово інструкціях був вказаний невірний вай-фай, тож підключення зайняло додаткового часу та комунікації із хостом. 4. В квартирі 2 спальні і загальна кімната. Спальні виходять вікнами на вулицю, де може бути шумно. Із зачиненими вікнами ок, але ми були в жару, а кондиціонера нема, тож це було не дуже комфотрно.

Positive: Místo pobytu. Velikost apartmánu Negative: Snídaně se nedá nazvat snídaní. Velmi špatná, na ubytování žádný čaj, káva na uvaření. Apartmánu byl prach a špína. Nebylo připravené ložní prádlo. Bohužel navíc se nešlo dovolat na dané telefonní číslo. A nefungovala WiFi z důvodu nezaplacení. Takže celkově velké zklamání. Nedoporučuji a už vůbec za tuto cenu.

Positive: Комфортно было всё! Недалеко от аэропорта, удобное получение ключей, они ожидали нас в сейфе у двери, уютная квартира с балконом, двумя спальнями, полностью оснащённой кухней. В ванной комнате к удобству гостей стиральная машина. Апартаменты находятся в тихом центре, откуда легко добраться в любом направлении. А главное - рядом в шаговой доступности достопримечательности и красивейший парк. Если нужны магазины, рестораны, кафе - всё рядом. Negative: Всё порадовало.

Positive: Dear Friends from Wielki Apartment, I would like to congratulate for the fresh design and wonderful placement - the bed mattress was indeed relaxing, having a smart tv allowed me to watch a premium movie, thank you! It was a great stay, felt like home! Negative: If you kindly allow me the following suggestions: (1) related to the internet - as you know, because I arrive late in the first night, I did not checked/noticed that the internet was down and TV was not functioning. Second day, I changed the batteries from the remote controller and you managed to solve the problem with UPC, it finally worked in the third day - but this is not an issue. Your technical guy should check the system from time to time; (2) related to the entrance, when arriving - I had to be a little bit ”Sherlock Holmes” to identify the mechanism of the little box next to the door. Also, at the main entrance I had luck with a neighbor who explained me how things work. Basically, you should try to rephrase/reformulate the instructions more specific. I am sure others will have difficulties when arriving, especially at night ...

The kitchen was missing some of the utilities such as dish soap and brush and the lights in the bathroom was not working at all. However, the apartment was clean and in a great location with both “old town” and all different forms of public transport within walking distance.
