Nuliūdino, kad neveikė TV, gaila, kad nebuvo šiukšlių maišų palikta bent keletos, tad kas vyksite būtinai pasiimkite savo, rankšluosčiai, patalynė ir visa kita buvo švaru, buvo duota ir patogu. Miegamojo lova buvo labai labai minkšta, mums su draugu, tai buvo minusas, nes nesame pratę miegoti minkštoje lovoje. O visa kita buvo labai smagu ir faina, visas vietas pasiekėme kilomentro spinduliu:) vieta taip pat labai gerai.

    Positive: Great locations, perfect size for a couple, I lived that we had breakfasts delivered - it doesn't cost much, but it was a nice touch! The location is amazing. I usually stayed in the other parts of Warsaw, but this was much better. So many food, drinks options around. The Norblin Factory 🏭(Fabryka Norblina) is just 5 mins away on foot. We lived it. Negative: There was a small issue with enyering the code downstairs - it was oversensitive and was getting double digits, so a few times we spent a good few minutes trying to get in. But luckily we always manged to get in.

    Before booking, an important condition was early check-in, so I inquired about the possibility. After confirmation, I couldn't get into the apartment because the landlord changed his decision. I agreed to at least leave my luggage. Upon arrival at the apartment, I couldn't do that because the previous tenants hadn't left. I waited for over 2 hours, after which the landlord suggested moving to cheaper apartments (which didn't work for me as I needed to stay in this location specifically). When I returned to the apartment, I found dirt everywhere, stains on the couch, and torn curtains, as if after a riot. The apartment was cleaned again upon my request. Then I received a message that they would bring breakfast (which I didn't expect), but it was not delivered the next morning. However, on the second day, breakfast was indeed provided

  23. Mieszkanie bardzo dobre na krótki pobyt w Warszawie, ale nie warto brać śniadania.

    Positive: Lokalizacja idealna na zwiedzanie. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Ładny wystrój mieszkania. Negative: Fatalne śniadanie - catering doniesiony rano pod drzwi ze starym chlebem i nieświeżymi pomidorkami. Nie polecam brać opcji ze śniadaniem.

  27. Schönes Apartment, aber bitte ohne Frühstück!

    Positive: Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Negative: Die Frühstücksbuchung war eine Katastrophe. Ungefragt bekamen wir süßes Frühstück bestehend aus Joghurt, Marmelade,  Müsli und Saft. Das liest sich korrigieren, und wir bekamen herzhaftes. Bereits am darauf folgenden gab es aber wieder Süßes, was wir nicht essen.  am Sonntag gab es gleich gar kein Frühstück.  auf unsere Hinweise reagierte des Personal gar nicht oder 6 Stunden später. Kaffee oder Tee oder Schokolade gab es gleich gar nicht zum Frühstück. Seifen und Duschgelspender waren leer. Geschirr Handtuch, Fehlanzeige. Am letzten Tag Auscheck, Zeit 11:00 Uhr, wurde bereits um zehn der Strom abgestellt  Alles nur Kleinigkeiten, aber in Summe ärgerlich.

    Positive: Владелец всегда находится на связи, быстро отвечал на вопросы. Апартаменты чистые новые аккуратные и очень красивые. Полотенца, фен, посуда, немного геля для душа. Кровать супер мягкая и приятное постельное. Расположение в центре города. Рядом есть все необходимое. Однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻 Negative: Вентиляция в туалете отключалась только если выключить электричество в половине апартаментов.

Clear instructions from this proactive host made it very easy to find the place and move in. Excellent location too within a walkable distance from restaurants and shopping.

    Positive: location and we stayed in the building many times before. But will think twice next time Negative: the apartment from these particular owners is neglected. The kitchen table was broken, the light was flickering. The bathroom flooded. there are half curtains in each room loose. I won’t stay in this residence again unfortunately due to this owner

    Positive: Gute Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof Centralna. Modernes Apartment, schönes Bad, schöne Küche, Großer Balkon, Smart TV mit YouTube, Prime Video etc. Stabiles und schnelles Internet. Unkomplizierter Check In. Negative: zu wenig Ausstattung zum normalen Wohnen (wenig Geschirr, nur 3 Löffel, aber nur ein einziger Spülmaschinen-Tab, kein Spülmittel für Handwäsche, kein Geschirrhandtuch, nur ein einziger Müllbeutel). TV Receiver reagiert nicht (Fernseher nur über Internet benutzbar). Tischplatte ist locker, keine Balkonmöbel zum Sitzen.

  77. Spacious apartment located in a quiet residential area convenient to nearest metro station.

    Positive: Location was excellent because it was only a 5-7 minute walk from Rondo Onz Metro Station. Using exit 9 from the station enabled me to walk down Prosta Street then turn right into Zelazna Street and the apartment building is a 3 minute walk down this street. The building is very quiet and is in a residential area. There is a Carrefour Express on opposite of road to where the apartment is located. The building has a reception desk and the apartment itself is very quiet. Wifi excellent and with a good kitchenette. Negative: Nothing

  87. apartment is fine, but needs some fixing

    Positive: Apartment is quit nice, light and well designed. Negative: Dishwasher was not working and, of course no one warned me. On the 5th day of my stay!!! came a worker (from the host) to check it while I was out, didn`t fix it but left quit a mess which I had to clean by myself! Some of the electric supplies need to be fixed or replaced too (a toaster should be at least cleaned, and a is not closing properly), some light switches are falling out of the walls.

  89. Jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Warszawy polecam.

    Positive: Obiekt zlokalizowany blisko fabryki Norblina. Bliskość punktów gastronomicznych rekompensowała słabe wyposażenie obiektu. Negative: Zbyt mało wieszaków na ubrania, podczas pobytu było bardzo ciepło brakowało klimatyzacji i wentylator był zepsuty. Brak płynu do mycia naczyń i kostki do zmywarki. Słabe wyposażenie np. 3 łyżeczki do herbaty. Słaby sygnał Internetu.

Negative: Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, mało naczyń a wielka zmywarka, a to co było na wyposażeniu w niektórych przypadkach należałoby wyrzucić i zakupić nowe np. patelnia, której powierzchnia została zeskrobana do metalu, prawie na całości pęknięcia czarnej powłoki, strach z niej było skorzystać. Instalacja elektryczna to koszmar, dziwne połączenia wyłączników świateł, nie szło tego ogarnąć, jedne powiązane z drugimi, ponadto jeden wyłącznik jakby się zdawało światła wyłączał prąd w całym apartamencie, wiec przez przypadek można by coś odmrozić w lodówce, trzeba uważać 😒 ciężko z parkowaniem. Na balkonie brak jakichkowiek mebli, a krzesła w apartamencie zdezelowane. Ściana porysana, apartament wymaga odświerzenia i doposażenia.

    It is a nice flat to stay for a few days, but I would not stay there for more than 4-5 days. The flat itself is okey for 1-3 people, but would not recommend for couples. The building is new type, luxury, but being inside a flat you clearly hear people inside a corridor. That was disturbing to me. The cleanliness of the flat is bad. There was hair inside drawers and a shower... I already told this to the host. In addition there weren't any dish cleaning soap, so I had to put tablewear and dishes into a dishwashing machine. It would have been nice to have blanket as shown on the photos on a sofa. Overall the apartment is okey, but it did not had a nice, homey touch to it.

    The company renting this property is a complete mess, dishonesty, and incompetence. I called them every single day with an issue; Each day they promised to deal with it and call me back. They never did. After a week of calling them every day, I contacted AirBnB directly. Only then the host sent me a text message to ask for my phone number (not very smart, are they?). They promised to call me on the next day but never did. Stay away from them!

    Great apartment, located in a very central location to all things-Warsaw. Apartment was small but very clean and had everything I needed. I might be spoiled - but there was no A/C, so it was almost as hot inside as it was outside (hot, humid weather at the time of my stay). Regardless - great value, in a new and luxurious looking building.
