Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einen Teppich voller Haare vor. Im Badezimmer gab es weder Seife noch Duschgel oder Handtücher. Auch Toilettenpapier war nicht vorhanden! Im Schlafzimmer ging es dann weiter: es war keine Bettwäsche vorhanden! Wir haben sowas noch nie erlebt! Der Gastgeber war weder telefonisch noch via Nachricht zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat nach Stunden reagiert und uns versichert die fehlenden Artikel zukommen zu lassen. Das ist allerdings nicht passiert. Unsere kleine Tochter musste also auf einem Pullover, zugedeckt mit unserem Schal, schlafen. Erst nach vielem hin und her mit Airbnb hat der Gastgeber reagiert und uns am nächsten Tag am Abend die notwendigen Artikel geliefert. Abgesehen davon ist die Umgebung sehr schön gewesen. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar und auch die Metro und Busse sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Positive: Месторасположение хорошее. Апартаменты удобные, есть все что необходимо. Первоначальная идея очень хорошая, но за белым интерьером необходимо следить и обновлять. Negative: На 4-х человек было одно полотенце, настоятельно попросили предоставить полный комплект для всех гостей, принесли в течении часа. Спасибо. Но самая огромная проблема это, то что было грязно. Фото прикреплю. Так как с дороги и были уставшие, сначала не обратили внимания, уж очень хотелось принять душ и отдыхать (к санузлу вопросов нет). В спальне на стене висело нечто (фото прикреплю), пол был грязный, волосы на покрывале…

Schönes Appartment aber sparsame Ausstattung
Positive: Ziemlich zentral, UBahn und Straßenbahn in der Nähe, auch die Altstadt fussläufig erreichbar Negative: Der Schlüssel war 5 Km von der Unterkunft enfernt und nur persönlich abzuholen. Hätte ich das früher gewusst, hätte ich das Appartment nicht gebucht. Außerdem war zu wenig von allem: Klopapier, Müllsäcke, Waschmittel, Kaffee und Duschgel musste ich selber kaufen.

Positive: Ubicación Negative: Tener que recoger llaves a gran distancia, incluso con coche perdimos más de una hora. Además nos entregaron las llaves equivocadas lo que supuso otras dos horas perdidas. A parte la comunicación con los responsables era lenta y dificultosa.

Positive: Apartament ładny i czysty. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Negative: Problem z komunikacją, zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd co do godziny odbioru kluczy, za których dowóz finalnie musieliśmy pokryć połowę kosztów, niestety nikt nas o tym nie poinformował. Ze zmywarki nie zostały wypakowane naczynia, brak podstawowych produktów takich jak papier toaletowy, o których nikt przy podróży nie myśli, że trzeba samemu kupować. Pościel była przygotowana tylko na jedno łóżko, a na drugie sami musieliśmy sobie ubrać. Sofa w salonie była rozklekotana, rozsuwała się przy siedzeniu, a po rozłożeniu baliśmy się, że nam się zarwie.

Positive: The location and the amenities Negative: I think the owners should provide a sufficient amount of necessary supplies, so the tourist would not need to buy items such as toilet paper, paper towel etc. Another aspect is a lack of attention to detail. My husband and I stayed in the same apartment in November 2021, and now, 1.5 later, we got the same set of keys with the tag indicating a wrong apartment number and no indication of the floor.

Positive: Понравилось местоположение, уютная обстановка в номере. Порадовали соль, перец, сахар, чай и капсулы для кофемашины) Но было здорово, если было и растительное масло в бутылке и сливки к кофе, так как при краткосрочном проживании не хотелось покупать 1л масла или 1л молока, чтобы делать утренние завтрак и кофе. Посуды было предостаточно. Negative: 1. При бронировании цена за проживание была 977 злотых, при оплате с карты списались 1.134 злотых. С какого перепугу содрали больше, чем сумма налогов? 2. Парковка. Все вокруг платно, 4,5 злотых за 1 час. При этом внутренняя придомовая парковка была заполнена на половину. За такую плату можно было и ключ от шлагбаума предоставить. 3. Нет микроволновки. Нет вытяжки в санузле, после душа очень влажно и жарко. 4. Шум от трамваев. Рано начинается и поздно заканчивается их движение.

Positive: The apartment itself is really nice, clean and comfortable and also the location is really close to the old town. Everything you will need is provided including towels, hair dryer, washing mashine and so on.. Negative: It is horrible to get access to the key.. We first had to drive to the industrial park with public transport and all our luggage. There it was nearly impossible to find the booking host office between all the huge office buildings.. Even with Google maps and description. After nearly an hour we could finally find this tiny key-box we nearly overlooked. Afterwards we again had to take the public transport to drive to the apartment for like 20 minutes. Sorry but this system was ridiculous for me and even if the apartment is super nice would be reason enough to not book it again.

Would highly recommend the apart but be prepare to spent 1hr to collect the keys

Cena zdecydowanie nieadekwatna do oferowanych usług i nie zamierzam skorzystać ponownie
Positive: Lokalizacja, łazienka Negative: Wygoda jednego z łóżek (kanapy), monotonność śniadania (cały czas to samo), raz śniadanie było wybrakowane (względem drugiego otrzymanego pakietu), kontakt z właścicielem/zarządzającym w zasadzie zerowy, brak pościeli na jedno z łóżek chociaż informacja w ile osób przyjeżdżamy była podana prawidłowo. Wskazany w ofercie ekspres do kawy mógłby chociaż zawierać dwie porcje kawy na powitanie bo nikt ze sobą nie zabiera takich rzeczy.

Positive: Lokalizacja apartamentu blisko starego miasta. Super Śniadania w formie dostawy pod drzwi od 6 rano. Bardzo smacznie i porcja ilościowa spoko. Wyposażenie pokoju kuchni bardzo dobre. Negative: Czajnik i ekspres do kawy są. Niestety trzeba sobie samemu zabrać. W moim przypadku brakowało na wyposazeniu adekwatnie do ilości dni pobytu. Porządek wymaga więcej uwagi - w szczególności odkurzanie dywanów. Po interwencji zabrano go całkowicie, co w znaczny sposób poprawiło czystość.

Highly recommend this place - excellent location, comfy and clean!
Positive: Above all the location of the property is exceptional - it is basically situated in the middle of the cluster of sights in Warsaw, in a quiet neighbourhood. You can practically walk to a series of sights using the apartment as your starting point. Around the block of flats there is a chemist, supermarket working until 22pm and series of bus stops that can take you anywhere around the city. To enter the block of flats and apartment you need to enter a code which is texted to you by the landlords which means you can check in at any time which was great for myself and my girlfriend as we arrived around 22pm. The apartment itself was very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal - utensils, chopping board, kettle, pod coffee maker, hobs, oven, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer. The bathroom is clean as well with complimentary small tubes of shower gels, shampoos and soaps. It also has a hair dryer, towels and washing machine. There is a big mirrored wardrobe as you enter the house with many clothe hangers. There is a small dining table in the kitchen. The living room has a sofa and a big screen TV that you can stream on with your Android phone (to me that was a bonus). The WiFi is very strong and reliable. There is a balcony as well but we didn't go out on it as it was cold outside but you can hang clothes there because there is a dryer stand. The bedroom has a comfy bed and a small room/closet with shelves you can store your clothes, there is also a mirror and vacuum cleaner. The entire apartment is very well heated and very quiet - very cosy. Negative: As we arrived in the night we got a bit confused with the exact location of the block of flats because there are 2 tall blocks on the same address. Remember the block number is 31, as you come from the main road (where the stop for trams 4, 18, 35 is) it's not the first tall block but the second one. When we arrived the sofa in the living room was opened into a bed so we had to close it to open up the space in the living room. Despite that everything was very clean in the apartment the carpet underneath the sofa bed in the living room was not vacuumed at all (we could see lint, dust, even finger nail clippings on it) so we vacuumed it ourselves right away. For the 5 nights we spent there we never got a change of towels or toilet paper restocked so we had to buy ourselves. The bin bags were never replaced although that wasn't big of an issue because we could do it ourselves. The kitchen had just about enough dish detergent for our stay and not enough salt and sugar (apart from small packets which were not sufficient).

Fortunately, there was the self check-in which was quite useful for us as we arrived quite late at Warsaw. Finally, Adrian offered us to leave our luggage in his office because our flight was in the evening and we would like to spend few more hours in town without our bags.

It's terrible. So we arrived the key was not in the key box. We had to wait an hour at 22 o'clock. On the second day the apartment was broken into and we were robbed. A damage of over 3000 euros. Bookinghost has not taken care of it until now and the costs would not be reimbursed until now. A beautiful apartment with a good location. However badly organized and the pin of the key box would not be renewed apparently for a long time, whereby someone could steal the key before or has imitated.

The house was really good and curated in all the details. I would say the best part is the bathroom with a really big shower in it. Also the services provided were better than the expected (Big smart TV, professional hair dryer, kitchen with everything, comfortable bed) The location is good, you can reach the historical centre in 5 mins by foot. The host is a company (bookingHost) and they'll ask you to fill in some details of your arrival and departure on a site called wishbox.co (Airbnb partner) for knowing in an easier way how to manage their time with the check-in/out procedures. For all the rest of communication I kept using Airbnb and everything went smoothly :) The only little con (if there is any) is that the house looks directly towards some offices placed in front of it, and you should keep the curtains closed to have some privacy. But it's not a big deal :) Will suggest this house to everyone will ask me and won't hesitate to come back here for a future trip to Warsaw! Alessio

Topped any hotel we tried in Poland! That is a deal breaker with us, after a day of walking in the cold. Not to mention how clean everything was! Fluffy towels alert here! This place is a rare gem. It looks just like in the pictures and is very well placed: just a little outside the big tourist area but still within the very nice parts of Warsaw. There are a few authentic restaurants close by that aren't as focused on tourist as the places in the center. I definitively recommend eating there! It is clean, beautiful with a lot of attention to details. Very responsive host. I totally recommend end and would definitively come back to this place.

Appartamento bello, veramente molto bello ,comodo, caldo con molte cose ricercate e servizi perfetti. Lo consiglio a tutti e personalmente mi auguro di ritrovarlo quando andrò nuovamente a Varsavia.
