Apartment needs renovation or at least you could fix small broken stuff like: toilet handle (we fixed it for you- no problem..), also it is not possible to lock toilet, broken curtains handle (you sleep and pray it will not end up on your head, balkony doors knob not opening properly, smell of cigarettes from neighbors (seems that they smoke in the room). Overall, apartment was not cleaned properly dusty and stains. Saddest part - we booked for 3 ppl and everything was prepared only for 2 ppl. Towels and bed sheets. It is ok for 1-2 nights. Location is really good, metro is near and only couple of stops to the central.

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Das Haus steht dennoch an einem ruhigen Ort. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Manche Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert, die Vorhangstange ist auch ohne Manipulation eines Nachts heruntergefallen. Wir haben zwar für drei Leute gebucht aber nur Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 2 Leute erhalten. Das wäre noch von Vorteil gewesen . Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würde auch wieder gekommen. Grundsätzlich kann man die Unterkunft für eine kurz Trip nach Warschau sehr empfehlen:)

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and has lot of options of public transport nearby. The hosts were always available, answered very quickly and solved our problems efficiently. We were happy and satisfied with our stay!

The apartment is walking distance from the center (1.5km aprox) and has all public transportation a few blocks away. Super near by, It is 2 blocks from the Poilin museum. It has everything in line with its description, few things require a bit of maintenance (a dancing chair, the knob from the bathroom) , but it general good for a few days. They reacted fast to respond and send some missing towels from day one, which was good, but never resolved the issue with the non-working coffee machine. It became a bit bureaucratic. I wrote explaining that it did not work and there were several back and forth messages explaining potencial explanations about how to solve it, requesting a video for their technical people, and the end, spent 7 days there without the chance to drink a good coffee in the morning. Never fixed it. Aside from this, everything else ok.

It is a nice, cosy and bright apartment in the good neighborhood. I recommend it.
Positive: Perfect location, close to the greatest attractions of Warsaw, the Old Town, Polin and the Palace of Culture and Science. The distance to the nearest subway station is like 4 minutes. Very nice park (Krasinski Garden) nearby. Nice and clean apartment. Negative: I could not find polish TV channels in the beginning, but it turned out it was there, in the app Play Now. There is no sink in the bathroom, it is easy to deal with though.

Positive: No comment Negative: The apartment was horrible, there was an awful smell in the room and dampness, it was absolutely not possible to stay there. I also tried to contact the property but they didn't respond. I'm really disappointed and don't understand for what I paid for. I do not recommend this place to stay!
