Positive: Studio w świetnej lokalizacji, w nowym apartamentowcu. Idealne dla dwóch osób. W bliskiej odległości od przystanku tramwajowego oraz autobusowego, dzięki czemu łatwy dojazd komunikacją miejską do centrum Warszawy (do Starówki tylko 5 km). Nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu, pod blokiem ogólnodostępne bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe. Na na parterze w tym samym budynku sklep Żabka. Apartament nowy, słoneczny i przytulny, ładnie urządzony w estetyczny i komfortowy sposób. Jest nawet klimatyzacja. Spory zadaszony balkon ze stoliczkiem i krzesełkami. Duża szafa a nawet wygodne biureczko. W kuchni pełne wyposażenie. W łazience pralka, kosmetyki i suszarka do włosów. Świetny stosunek jakości do zapłaconych pieniędzy. Negative: Nie mam zastrzeżeń

Definately not value for money.
Positive: Apartment is just right next to the Kozminski. Negative: Apartment was smelly, bed was not prepared(it was left it as Sofa).
