Nice room, city view, new building, big comfortable table for work and nice balcony (great sunrises and night city view). Also everything else- well equipped, comfortable, nice location, good communication with host, i received all info for check-in in advance. It was also ok price at the time of booking

Reasonable but could be better
Positive: Great location, close to city centre, easy to get to, lots of convenience shops and restaurants around Negative: Bad communication with the host, I asked 2 question one left without an answer and the answer to the second one was a 3 second video not really answering my question. To get to the parking you need to find a parking spot somewhere in the city, walk to the apartment to pick up the remote control that allows you access to the underground parking lot, then walk back to your car and after that you can park in your allocated parking slot. Inaccurate location directions, it says entrance is from Kasprzaka street which it's clearly not. The given address is not complete as it lacks information, it's Tower C but I needed to find that out on my own. Apartment wasn't clean, tone of long hair left everywhere, some gone off ice-cream in the fridge, The building is still unfinished, it's a building site at places, noice from drilling etc. through out the day, Very thin walls you can clearly hear conversations from the apartment next door,. It's not a good location for Lite sleeper people. There is noice all around, windows going out on to train tracks and very busy road. Understandable in the city but don't expect a great night sleep. The balcony door is not fitted /adjusted properly very difficult to close. The building seams to be moving/ setting as there are cracks in the plasterboard. Even though good materials have been used for the outfit of the apartment, the design of the kitchen must have been done by a 5 year old.

The apartment is small but has everything for a long term stay so it is perfect for a single guest. It has spacious balcony with beautiful view over the city centre. But it gets a bit noisy at night due to busy road and railway. It was a challenge to find building entrance so here is my tip to future tenants: From the intersection of Kasprzaka and Rondo Tybetu streets you could see a staircase (to the left of Zabka). Go up and turn left, you will see an entrance with apartment numbers sign.

Отличная квартира цена/качество. Чисто, все необходимое есть. Единственное, добавила бы пару капсул для стирки. Месторасположение очень удачное, транспорт рядом. На первом этаже вся инфраструктура с магазинами, пекарнями, салонами красоты, кафе.

Genialny widok na centrum jak i wygodne mieszkanko
Positive: Mieszkanie z genialnym widokiem na Centrum. Wieczorem jest znakomity klimat . Nie brakuje w nim dosłownie niczego . Od tostera po kuchenkę ,lodówkę etc. Mieszkanie jest małe ale przytulne ,łóżko bardzo wygodne . I do tego jeszcze dochodzi balkon gdzie możemy rano napić się kawy z swoją drugą połówkà jak i wieczorem coś zleksza innego . Negative: Jedynie czego mógłbym się przyczepić to około 2 w nocy coś dziwnie chodziło w mieszkaniu jakby wiertarka włączona . Mieszkanie znajduje się blisko drogi którą dla nas przynajmniej nie jest uciążliwa .

Positive: Budynek piękny, nowoczesny. Apartamenty nowiutkie wraz z całym wyposażeniem. Mieszkaliśmy tam przez 2 noce i był to najlepszy nocleg w jakim miałem okazję być.
