Pros: Quiet surroundings, Good public transportation Nice furniture Good price Good communication Cons: Bad mattress Slow internet Loud upstairs neighbor No elevator Smelly floors in the building, cuz it's old. But inside the apartment is nice. There were hairs all over the bathroom walls and toilet seat. Above the fridge and under the bad was so dusty. Result of long neglect and not cleaning Bottom line, it was ok for the price. Next time if we can't find anything else we would probably stay here again. 😇

Ребятам из агенства которые сдают квартиру, порекомендовал бы поставить автоматический освежитель воздуха
Positive: Дизайн и в целом квартира была прекрасна. Старый дом, квартира с большими потолками, относительно светлая. Для долго проживания, все что надо присутствует. Negative: Не понравилось, как в принципе и проблема всех старых домов это постоянный запах канализации. Еще не понравилось что за такую цену за которую сдают апартаменты, не умудрились помыть полы, они были только подметены, пришлось самому после заселения мыть. На фото может сложиться ощущение что квартира солнечная и очень светлая, но это не так в реальности. Солнце лишь ранним утром будет в вашем окне.

The initial booking was unfortunately not available anymore at the last minute but BookingHost team and Aleksandra provided me with prompt support and help to find another location within few hours The replacement location, price difference being on their account, was bigger, well equipped and perfectly situated in the city center Very satisfied by the stay, despite some issues with the shower than have been reported in order to get them fixed for the next visitors
