    Overall, all was good, very nice location, were perfect for our needs. It was enough space for two in the room. But very big minus was the mattress, it was very hard to fall asleep and every time when you move it makes annoying noice. For 2-3 days is possible to endure, but for longer I’m not sure that it would be a good option. Everything else was fine.

    Un buen apartamento un poco alejado del centro, pero por 4,5 euros el taxi vale realmente la pena. La zona es muy tranquila y sin mucho ruido. El anfitrión es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Una excelente estancia.

    Lo único bueno de este alojamiento es que esta a pocas calles del centro, por lo demás… las instrucciones a la llegada fueron poco claras, hay dos entradas (hay que acceder por la que tiene aparcamiento) nosotros accedimos por la otra y no encontramos la llave, no nos respondían por airbnb ni la llamada. Logramos entrar después de 50 minutos. El colchón MUY incómodo se sienten los resortes menos mal que solo fuimos 3 noches. Había te, cafe, agua pero no había por ejemplo aceite, servilletas, cosas que facilitan a los viajeros de paso. Una tarde volvimos y habían cerrado la llave de arriba y no teníamos copia de la misma con lo cual tuvimos que esperar a que nos vuelvan a responder y justamente venía alguien de bookinghost por las escaleras si no, no se cuanto hubiéramos esperado. No es un apartamento accesible ya que hay que subir a una cuarta planta pero son más escaleras de la cuenta. Hemos tenido siempre buenas experiencias con Airbnb pero este me ha decepcionado.

    Nos dejaron durmiendo en el portal con un bebé porque nos dieron mal las llaves y no hay ningún tipo de ayuda por la noche. La cama es horrible de dormir y pone que hay secadora y no es verdad. Las ventanas lloran, si te fijas debajo de la balda de la ventana lo arreglan habitualmente porque se pudre.

    Positive: The location is very close to the old town. Negative: The service was awful. The listing clearly states the apartment has heating available. But when I arrived to a cold, 4-10 degree weather Warsaw in the autumn, I discovered the heating is not working. I wrote to the staff - and they replied the heating is not on because "it is not heating season" and that "administration decides when heating season begins" - so the heating was not turned on - and I had to stay in a cold apartment!!! In addition, upon arrival the lock was jammed and there was NO reply from the property. It took me 20 minutes to get the door to open! One of the beds were broken as well. Furthermore, it is not mentioned anywhere - there is no elevator available and the apartment is found on the FIFTH floor. So carrying luggage up and down was hell. There is also no luggage storage option. The hosts did not care at all, other then for the money that went into their pockets. I would not recommend this place AT ALL, they did not even offer any compensation for anything.

    Positive: Lokalizacja idealna, przyjechałam w konkretnych sprawach i do obu celów miałam dosłownie kilka minut drogi pieszo. Lepiej być nie mogło. Wychodzenie na czwarte piętro było bardzo przydatną gimnastyką po spędzeniu kilku godzin w pozycji siedzącej na wykładach. Negative: Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience, który jednak po zamknięciu drzwi nie przenikał do pokoju, więc było to uciążliwe tylko w czasie korzystania z łazienki.

    I was going two nights, arrived at 10pm tired and was very confusing to get into the aribnb, once in the WIFI never connected and the host said would solve it which never did. Next day was for a Beyoncé concert, couldn't arrive to the airbnb and let my family I was okay because there was no WIFI, couldn't check in early and much more because of the WIFI problem that was never solved, nice place, but not enough
