    Много грязи и пыли под мебелью и внутри кухонной мебели. Подоконники грязные. Второй комплект постельного белья был уже использован предидущими жителями. Изоляция шнура настольной лампы повреждена. Даже если вы захотите сами прибрать, то не получится, потому что мешок пылесоса полный.

    Apartament był świetny na weekendowy pobyt dla czterech osób. Wszystko wyglądało jak na zdjęciach, a lokalizacja jest idealna do zwiedzania centrum Warszawy. Jednak niestety zostałam oskarżona o zniszczenie szczotki od odkurzacza, którego nawet nie widziałam podczas mojego krótkiego pobytu. Dodatkowo kwota odszkodowania była zdecydowanie nieproporcjonalna do rzekomego zniszczenia, więc polecam robić zdjęcia po przybyciu i przed wyjazdem z mieszkania.

  19. Nice apartment but bad organization and bad communication with property management

    Positive: The apartment was nice and cosy, there was everything needed for a few days. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Negative: We’ve checked in at 5pm and discovered that the apartment still wasn’t cleaned after the previous visitors, when I contacted the management - they asked to send the photos and then called and asked to let the cleaning manager in. Everything was cleaned and prepared in 30min but I don’t understand why I was not informed in advance about the cleaning delay and after this happened - management of the property even didn’t tell “we’re very sorry” - very bad communication

    The apartment was not cleaned after previous guests - trash bins were full, not vacuumed, beds not made, dishes not washed, and on top of that cockroaches in the apartment. Location was great, the apartment looked like in the photos, but was just dirty. The host responded to my complaint the next day.

    I stayed here with my baby and it felt like home. Very clean, simple, quite and warm in this winter. We only missed some kitchen amenities such as salt, pepper, dish washer detergent (there was only 1 tablet), washing machine detergent…but this is a minor thing and we were overall very happy with the place.

    Dzień dobry, Jest mi bardzo przykro, że nasz apartament nie spełnił w stu procentach Pani oczekiwań - nie są to standardy, które sobie wyznaczyliśmy. Zależy nam przede wszystkim na komforcie naszych gości. Bierzemy do serca wszystkie uwagi naszych gości, dlatego po Pani zgłoszeniu zleciliśmy dokładne sprawdzenie i sprzątanie mieszkania. Nie jesteśmy również obojętni na informację o braku w zaopatrzeniu, którymi od razu się zajęliśmy. Najmocniej przepraszamy i mamy nadzieję, że pomimo tej wpadki, postanowi nas jeszcze Pani odwiedzić.     Very good place to stay if you are traveling in Warsaw. We were staying with 2 of my friends and we had a good time in this apartment. It is calm and well equipped. A little warm if you rent it in the summer but good if you let the window open during the night. Not that far from the center of Warsaw, you can reach the train station of centralna 10min in scooter. We strongly recommend it for your next trip in Warsaw.
