Positive: Квартира полностью соответствует фото. Чистая, уютная, светлая, хорошее расположение, рядом рынок и магазины. Очень удобная кровать. В квартире есть кондиционер, телевизор, микроволновая печь, тостер, чайник, небольшой холодильник, утюг, все необходимые кухонные принадлежности, фен и шампунь/гель для душа на первое время. Полотенца и постельное белье чистое. За сутки приходит смс с информацией: где и как забрать ключи от квартиры, всё доступно написано, нашли быстро не смотря на поздний приезд. Все очень понравилось и остались довольны. Negative: Дверь в туалет/душ сильно скрипит при открытии/закрытии.

Quelques problèmes de communication pour trouver les clefs et des draps manquants à l’arrivée pour la troisième personne, mais tout a été très bien et très vite réglé au téléphone. L’emplacement est top, l’appartement est très bien desservi. La douche est un peu petite mais ça va. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine à part peut-être des torchons pour la vaisselle. Comme marqué sur l’annonce, il n’y a pas de lave-linge, mais il y a une laverie pas loin. Par contre je n’ai pas trouvé le sèche linge de l’annonce et l’étendoir est très petit. L’appartement est au 15e étage mais on étend quand même beaucoup l’extérieur, alors si vous avez un sommeil léger, prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles, ainsi qu’un masque pour le soleil qui traverse un peu les stores le matin. Aussi, la moquette au sol retient facilement les odeurs. Sinon, pour le prix et la localisation, l’appartement est vraiment bien !!

Both location and apartment were great. It can fit up to 4 people, but it's quite small. The only negative is the time of response, if you miss sometning it will take a lot of hours to get it, even the next day. For example we were cold the remote of the AC was missing and they responded the next day. Other than that it was clean and comfy!

I had one simple question for the hostl. " Do you have a washing machine" The host replied yes...
I had one simple question for the hostl. " Do you have a washing machine" The host replied yes, there was no washing machine....! I had to change flat and get a refund just because they are some liars here thinking they will get away with it. Also the instructions to check in are terrible , so took me 20 minutes to get in only to find out I was being deceived, it was just that time of the week I had to do washing .. Never stay there !

Attention: windows are located right in front of construction site with workers using heavy machinery 7am in the morning. They demolish old building and will build a new one (its for long). If you’re looking for peaceful morning and day - i do not recommend. Despite all was relatively okay i have to mention: - the flat doesn’t have a dishwasher as described - air conditioner broke on the second day and was fixed in 3 days - shower is old and taps need replacement. Hot water is not stable - you need to adjust the tap it all time.
