    Positive: Fajne nowoczesne budynki Negative: Syfon przy prysznicy był zapchany. Brak reakcji ze strony personelu. Słaby, zbyt powolny i nieskuteczny kontakt z obsługą.

    Positive: Lokalizacja całkiem Ok. Można jednym autobusem dojechać na stare miasto. Obiekt był całkiem dobrze posprzątany. Wyposażenie kuchni również było w porządku. Prosta instrukcja co do wejścia do obiektu. Negative: Zmieniona była jedynie pościel i prześcieradło, natomiast nakładka na materac wyglądała na używaną. Znajdowały się na niej włosy i okutych. Sam materac był dobrej jakości i wyglądał na wygodny, niestety pokrowiec był w okropnym stanie! Poplamiony krwią i innymi płynami. Cały tygodniowy pobyt musiałam spędzić na kanapie, ponieważ spanie na tym materacu byłoby obrzydliwe. Obsługa zaproponowała pranie pokrowca, ale trwałoby to zbyt długo. Ostatecznie obiecano zwrot 30% kosztów sprzątania, tj. Około 70 zł.

    This apartment and location has a lot of potential and worked well for our needs. However, due to the host company, we chose to give it the rating. I saw an earlier review regarding the shower drain not working well. At the time of our visit, it also was not working and flooded outside the closed area. We messaged 2x and I called directly. Each time they said they would send someone from the cleaning service to look at it but never did. The other was the ok cleaning. All looked fine but I did catch what looked like crumbs on the couch when settling in. I liked the apartment and everything was modern and good condition. My rating is directly pointed at the quality of the host and its lack of resolution to an ongoing issue.

  9. Pobyt przyjemny, apartament z potencjałem, ale coś poszło nie tak.

    Positive: Lokalizacja bardzo na plus, podobnie miejsce parkingowe - chociaż odnoszenie pilota garażowego do mieszkania po wyjechaniu z parkingu - bardzo kłopotliwe. Apartament przyjemny, telewizor w sypialni - super, duży prysznic. Negative: Na 4 dni pobytu dla czteroosobowej rodziny otrzymaliśmy 1 tabletkę do zmywarki - szkoda, musieliśmy zostawić po sobie brudne naczynia. Gdyby tabletek było więcej - włączylibyśmy zmywarkę przed opuszczeniem mieszkania. Krzesła najtańsze, niewygodne i za niskie do wysokości stołu. Przygotowano pościel tylko w sypialni. Tej dla dzieci musiałam sama szukać po szafkach i sama ubrać.

    Apartment was not clean well. There was a dust on a lot surfaces everywhere. especially on those that are not used often. For example under the TV. Only top shelf was dust-free. On the floor there was a visible trace of a mop that did not go under the curtain and window. And the bad smell of sewage.

    great and cozy apartment to stay. Founded all the equipment we need for our comfortable stay. place is clean, nice and in modern style, like it a lot. location is good, you can always walk to reach center or use Bolt, so no big issue with that. around lots of small stores and bakery's, as well big shopping mall at 1km. had some issues with parking space, but host reacted quite fast and everything was solved. great place to stay.

    We have just spent two weeks in your beautiful apartment which is ideally placed in green Zoliborz. The apartment was immaculately clean, well furnished and with modern appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the storage throughout the apartment was more than ample and well thought out. The bathroom was very modern with a super shower. There are numerous shops and good restaurants in the immediate area and Zoliborz itself is very well placed for visits to the city and surrounding countryside. We were very comfortable in your apartment and will definitely book with you again in the future.
