    Positive: Umiejscowienie apartamentu zarówno jako dzielnica oraz położenie na 7. pietrze. Bliskość wszelkich przystanków komunikacyjnych: bus, tramwaj, metro. W pobliżu: sklepy, piekarnie, apteka, restauracje, bistro. Negative: Pozostałości po poprzednikach. Ekipa sprzątająca musi zaglądać do każdej szuflady. Skarby z szuflady dość odpychające.

  15. Грязь, обман с паркингом !!!

    Positive: No comment Negative: Немер грязный, пыль, в туалете остатки высохшей мочи, унитаз грязный, посуда на кухне грязная, телевизор не подключен . Парковка не была предоставлена !!!!! На указанном парковочное месте ведутся ремонтные работы, о которых точно знали, но обманывали нас говоря что ищут ключи от паркинга, прислось парковаться платно за очень большие деньги !!!!!!!!

    Просторная и комфортная квартира в которой приятно находиться. Удобно добираться в центр города в том числе на общественном транспорте. Все новое, есть все необходимое, оборудована хорошей бытовой техникой. В связи с тем, что она находится в новом доме, иногда был слышен шум от ремонта из соседних апартаментов.

    The apartment is very beautiful, it looks exactly like on the photos. It’s very big, you have definitely a lot of space and the bed is also very comfortable. The interior is very lovely and the view is amazing. Sadly I had a very bad experience with the host, he tried to kick me out of my apartment without any given reason for several times. Thankfully airbnb managed everything for me, because I didn’t do anything wrong. To sum up: the apartment is a 10/10 for me, the experience with the host was 1/10, so all in all I could not recommend to book a stay with this host, he was absolutely dishonest, pushy and inconsiderate.

  21. В целом - неплохо, но могло быть и лучьше)))

    Positive: Отличное место. Достаточно удобное расположение, но далековато от центра. Апартаменты светлые. Есть адекватно работающий кондиционер. Можно комфортно жить долгое время.Очень чистыми не назову, в носках не походишь( 5 минут- носки черные)Персонал старался решить возникшие вопросы в короткий срок. Лучше звонить, будет быстрее. Negative: Не очень чисто, через некоторое время обнаружила жуков-кожеедов( очень маленьких паразитов), их было достаточно много и в ванной, и в спальне, в местах, где много пыли. Вопрос переселения решался дня 4. Хотелось бы быстрее.

  23. Lokalizacja bez zarzutów, apartament nowoczesny, jednak parking mnie pokonał....

    Positive: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, super połączenia komunikacyjne z wieloma punktami stolicy. W pobliżu wiele sklepików, restauracje, kawiarnie, drogeria itp. Apartament nowy, nowocześnie urządzony, mały ale przytulny. Jasna instrukcja dotycząca skrytki z kluczem. Łatwy kontakt telefoniczny z gospodarzem. Spalone żelazko wymienione w 24h. Negative: Niestety mimo zgłoszenia 3 gości, apartament był gotowy dla 2 osób. Musieliśmy samodzielnie rozłożyć sofę i nawlekać pościel dla trzeciej osoby (dobrze że chociaż komplet pościeli i ręczniki były dostępne w szafie dla tej 3 osoby). Mimo pojemników nie było płynu do naczyń ani mydła w płynie. Minusem były bardzo brudne szyby na zewnątrz apartamentowca, więc widoki były kiepskie. Ale największym problemem okazał się parking. Po pierwsze sugeruję dodać krótką informację w wiadomości instruktażowej, że parking jest zamykany bramą, do której jest pilot znajdujący się w apartamencie. I proszę zmusić właściciela budynku do lepszego oznakowania parkingu - z tablicami wskazującymi jaka jest numeracja miejsc, (np. tablica że w lewo numery a-b, w prawo numery c-d), z tabliczkami wystającymi/widocznymi z daleka przy drzwiach do klatek (klatka A, Klatka B itd). Najpierw jeździłam kilka minut po całym parkingu szukając właściwego numeru miejsca, potem z bagażami maszerowałam od drzwi do drzwi szukając odpowiedniej klatki (po czym się okazało, że nie ma klatki C a do 29C -747 - należy się dostać klatką F - nawet ochroniarz tego nie wiedział), wyjeżdżając z parkingu podążałam za tabliczkami "wyjazd" - brama wyjazdowa się nie otworzyła bo się okazało że mam pilot do innej bramy wyjazdowej! Skąd o tym wiedzieć? Odnalezienie się na parkingu było katastrofą!

  25. IF you can fall asleep with lights on or in sunshine would, then this is a good choice

    Positive: Nice modern flat, nicely decorated and appointed in principle. Even though not downtown, location served by great and cheap public transport. Local area has plenty of supermarkets, some great restaurants and other stores. Negative: Much to our dismay, neither the living room nor bedroom had anything more than white, see-through net curtains. Did not sleep well for 3 nights due to ambient light, light on the building frontage and morning sun. At the very least there should be good blinds. Letting agent was dismissive and unhelpful when we raised this issue. The lack of what is essentially something so basic ruined it for us.

    Miszkanie bardzo czyste,wszystko zgodne z opisem,swietna lokalizacja- wszedzie blisko,szybki dojazd z lotniska,mieszkanie dostosowane nawet na długie pobyty,instrukcja zameldowania jasna.Minutka żeby wyskoczyć na szybkie zakupy.Zdecydowanie POLECAM tego gospodarza i zapisuje ten adres na stałe na kolejne wyjazdy służbowe . Pozdrawiam.

    Cute apartment :) During my stay there was construction in other apartments so it was also noisy from time to time, once there was also a fire alarm in the morning but Im sure this will change in the future. As the windows face the street, it is noisy with the windows open and maybe not the best air. Busstops, some restaurants and Żabka are nearby.

    The apartment is clean, modern and cozy. It has household equipment for any case, like teapot, wash machine (you have to buy detergents in order to use it), iron, dishwasher. I was lucky to be the most 1st guest :) for location I would rate 5/5. By car to the city and almost to any touristic spot, it takes only from 10 to 15 min. The view from the balcony is amazing 😍 About disadvantages. Was a bit complicated to find a house, because neighbouring houses had same numbers. Be attentive and just type in the full address maps. Other thing: check in (16:00) and check out (11:00) were uncomfortable. It is stressful if you have an early flight for example, and then you are walking half of the day with a suitcase around the city (happened to me). The rest - was great! Thank you for stay
