  9. Un peu déçu

    Positive: L’appartement était spacieux et sécurisé. Negative: Le parking non adapté pour les voitures type 4x4 , non signalé , le résultat nous étions obligés de se garer dans la rue assez loin de l’appartement. Dans la cuisine il était impossible de se servir de la lave vaisselle , la porte ne ferme pas et pas de notice .

    Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wirklich sehr schön. Von Vorteil war bei dem Sommerwetter die Klimaanlage, ohne diese war es sonst vor allem nachts zu warm. Eine gute Küchengrundausstattung ist vorhanden. Es fehlten höchstens ein Trocken- und Händehandtuch. Von Nachteil war sicher die Lage an der doch recht befahrenen Straße. Dadurch konnte man nur selten die Fenster öffnen, wenn man dabei Ruhe haben wollte. Wir können insgesamt die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Warschau aber sehr gerne empfehlen.

    Positive: nic Negative: brudny i to bardzo . wszędzie kurz i klejąca podłoga . nie był przygotowany na 4 osoby tak jak zarezerwowaliśmy tylko na 2 . cały apartament mocno przestarzały wystrój odstraszający rolety w sypialni nie zasnialaja okien i od 4 rano jest słońce . parking za mały na dłuższe samochody

Dołożymy wszystkich starań aby bardziej zadbać o lepszą czystość mieszkania. Przepraszamy za błąd serwisu w branej pod uwagę liczbie gości przy przygotowywaniu mieszkania. Błędy się niestety zdarzają. Bardzo przepraszamy, że nasza usługa nie spełniła Pani oczekiwań. Wyznaczyliśmy sobie wysokie standardy i jest nam naprawdę przykro słyszeć, że te standardy nie zostały spełnione podczas interakcji z naszą firmą.
