    Asunto oli siisti ja kuvien mukainen. Aluksi asunnossa oli kylmä ja lämmintä vettä ei tullut mutta löysimme ohjeet vesivaraajan käyttöön. Olisin kuitenkin toivonut että siitä olisi ilmoitettu erikseen viestillä että siitä tarvitsee itse huolehtia. Suosittelen ottamaan kuvat saapuessanne kaikesta valmiiksi vaurioituneista tavaroista ja lähettämään ne hänelle koska muuten hän veloittaa niistä teiltä..

    Very nice apartment and location. It's right next to a tram stop, so you can easily get around with public transport and it's also close enough to the city center, so an Uber only takes like 10 minutes. The place is also clearly newly renovated and clean. The only two negatives were the lack of a shower curtain so you have to shower sitting down (or awkwardly make sure you don't flood the bathroom) and the insufficient window blinds, so it can get fairly bright in the morning. None of these are dealbreakers though and we had a great time.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Az apartman átadáskor nem volt kitakarítva, azt 2 órával később tudtuk átvenni. Nincs mikrohullámú sütő, kávéfőző és 3 db villa volt összesen. Nem hagytak plusz szemeteszsákot, papírtörlőt, és 5 személyre volt megágyazva, pedig 6 főre foglaltunk. A szállásnak előre jeleztük az érkezés időpontját, de ragaszkodtak a 16.00 órakor történő átvételhez, amit nem tartottak. Így nem értem a folyamatos "érdeklődésüket", mert azt sem tudták teljesíteni, ami az előírás lett volna. Csalódás volt, ilyen kellemetlenségben még soha, sehol nem volt részem és a bocsánatkérés helyett, még ők kérték ki maguknak. Felháborító!

    В квартире очень мало света. При заселении не читали вопросы в личных сообщениях. Отвечали шаблонными фразами. Была обозначена уборка перед нашим вселением, однако пол был грязным, остались следы предыдущих жильцов на сантехнике. Менеджер не читала сообщения, при этом в разговоре по телефону словно не слышала меня. Я осталась не довольна именно сервисом и клиентоориентированностью. В дальнейшем не планирую взаимодействия с этим агентством.

    We had a great stay. There are no stairs so it was a little difficult for us to go up with many suitcases, but it’s a pretty nice place. We initially got only one roll of tissue for two toilets but the host gave us a few more rolls after we asked. Appreciate it.

    Positive: Apartament sam w sobie jest naprawdę fajny i komfortowy, nic nam w nim nie brakowało i czuliśmy się jak w domu. Pozatym ma świetną lokalizację. Negative: Jedyne do czego możemy się przyczepić, to obsługa booking, informowaliśmy, że będziemy na miejscu wcześniej, nie dostaliśmy informacji, że jest to niemożliwe....niestety apartament nie został posprzątany, zastaliśmy go w totalnym bałaganie! Nie mamy pretensji to Pani sprzątającej, bo była naprawdę przemiła i zrobiła kawał dobrej roboty w 2 godziny!! Przyszła po prostu na godz. kiedy jej zlecono. Gdybyśmy dostali info, że musimy być jednaj na 16.00, to bylibyśmy na 16.00, a jechaliśmy z południa Polski...Ogólnie Booking oceniam dobrze, bo wszystkie formalności przebiegły sprawnie, ale na przyszłość, jak ktoś wysyła prośbę o jakąkolwiek zmianę, to informujcie konkretnie, że NIE i tyle, bo byliśmy zwyczajnie rozczarowani. Mimo wszystko pobyt był w tym miejscu był wspaniały. Pozdrawiamy

    Positive: Schöner großzügiger Wohnbereich. Sehr hell und freundlich. Mit der Straßenbahn vor Ort kommt man in 10min ins Zentrum und von dort aus in weiteren 10-15min überall hin. Negative: Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Straßenverkehr sehr laut.

  63. Lack of information made the stay average

    Positive: The location was good and the apartment was of good size Negative: It said 2 bathrooms while booking but when we came there it was i bathrooms and 1 toilet which was so small that it was almost impossible to sit on toilet seat and close the door. In addition the washbasen was almost on toilet so impossible to stand and wash hands ot brushes your teaths. Also there was no hot water In the toilet that was attached to the bedroom downstairs Later when we tried using kitchen and bathrom we found out there was no hot water at all In the apartment and we had to shower In freezing cold water. When we complaint they told us that we had to switch on the gas to heat the apartment and hot water. There was no such information given to us and not specified anywhere in the apartment. So overall not a very good experience
