  3. Bardzo udany pobyt z rodziną.

    Positive: W apartamencie znajdowało się wszystko co potrzebne przy pobycie poza domem. Negative: Najbardziej rzucał się w oczy zakurzony balkon (szkło balustrady).

    Positive: Wygodne mieszkanie na ładnym osiedlu. Kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona. Negative: Płyn do mycia naczyń i mydło do rąk były rozwodnione. W łazience odpływ w wannie był zapchany włosami.

  29. This building is under construction, there were NO SIGNS, NO DIRECTIONS, the parking garage remot...

    This building is under construction, there were NO SIGNS, NO DIRECTIONS, the parking garage remote wouldn't open the first garage door, had to use another entrance. The security guard only spoke Polish (I speak 9+ languages, but not Polish) and ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS for garage, for the flat, for the building - YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHERE YOU ARE GOING! Even during checkout today, the construction workers installed A WALL separating my car in the parking lot from the parking lot entrance from the flat on the same level! I was running around with bags and suitcases, and could not find the car anywhere! Thought it was stolen. Reached out to BookingHost and they first said "It was not their problem!!" - WHAT??? Pure insanity - absolving themselves of responsibility? I forcefully told them to call the Management and to contact me. Of course that did not happen. The new guest and I searched ALL 4 LEVELS of the parking lot and finally a construction worker showed us a door in the wall to use!!

We did all we could to help you find the apartment during check-in and your car at check-out. The building is ready to live in (accepted by Polish authorities). There are some construction works in other apartments. I also asked the building administrator about your situation - it was one time issue with the garage door and now all is working. Once again I'm very sorry for all problems that you had.
