    If you decide to book this apartment, be prepared to get a claim for damages that you did not make. That happened for us and many people that booked apartments from this host(BookingHost). In general the apartment is okay, but the fridge worked so loudly, the sofa was dirty and the wall in the bathroom is almost ruined. I do not recommend this apartment and host in general, because they cheat people.

Так как сложно найти нужный дом в этот жилом комплексе до адресу с номер дома 7В. Но это не минус, а рекомендация владельцам.

    We arrived at the apartament around 10 o'clock in the evening. Inside we found a cleaner who had just started cleaning. Took out the trash and changed the bed linen. The apartment was dirty, dust everywhere. There were no clean dishes, we didn't even have anythink to drink from.We could come to the apartment from 4 p.m, and at 10 p.m. it was still dirty. What if we had arrived as instructed? Very unfair attitude towards costumer and cleanliness

    Очень хорошая квартира, сделанная как для себя, а не под сдачу.Новая ,чистая Матрасы очень удобные, что редко в Польше ,удобный паркинг, вышел с машины и сразу в лифт и с лифта сразу в квартиру Единственный минус для меня это то что все дома вокруг направлены внутрь двора и очень большое эхо, 4-5 детских площадок, если закрыть балкон то вроде бы нормально, но с открытым окном не возможно. И маленький нюанс все мыльницы были пустые.

    Lokalizacja/osiedle bardzo ładne, chociaż lokal znajduje się daleko za bramą zamkniętego osiedla. Więc przybycie autem + odnalezienie lokalu + wzięcie pilota do hali garażowej + powrót do auta + znalezienie miejsca parkingowego + zaparkowanie + powrót do lokalu zabiera nam minimum 30minut. Sam lokal ładny chociaż 3 turystyczne żele pod prysznic i 1,5 rolki papieru toaletowego oraz 1 kostka do zmywarki dla 4osób na 3 noclegi to raczej mało. Niektóre elementy mebli zniszczone, niektóre szafki się nie domykają. Klimatyzacja ma odpływ do miski, którą trzeba regularnie samemu opróżniać. Express do kawy na kapsułki, których w lokalu nie ma. Lodówka zmrożona i prosi się o czyszczenie. Pościele z jednej strony pachniały jakimiś (różnymi) zapachami - więc nie jestem pewien czy jest regularnie prana. Wentylator w łazience nie działa. Brak podstawowych sztućców (noży). Rozłączony dekoder, brudna kanapa. Kontakt z właścicielem polega na odbieraniu wiadomości od automatu z instrukcjami meldowania.

  59. I am disappointed by negligence and dishonesty.

    Positive: It’s a relatively new, modern apartment in a residential complex. It was equipped with a washing machine. Negative: Very difficult to find and access - a map with a detailed layout would be helpful as written directions are not clear. The building is difficult to find and there are three different access points that require different codes. We have had to ask for help several times. We were able to locate the correct entrance to the correct building only with the help from other residents. The cleaning lady, Pani Halinka, let us into the apartment - she has arrived at the same time as we did to get the place ready for us. Way later than check-in time. The “cleaning” was reduced to changing sheets and towels and a quick sweep/spray of surfaces. After she left no more than a half an hour later, the toilets remained stained, kitchen sink dirty, there was dirt on the floors and wet laundry of previous renters still in the washing machine. The upholstery in the living room couch and chairs could use a cleaning. Pani Halinka was very friendly - she even gave us her phone number - and we let her go without completing her job since we were tired. It was a costly mistake. The place was obviously not inspected after previous renters left and we ended up bearing the cost of this. One of the cheap, three-legged dining room chairs must have had a loosened screw/screws because the chair came apart when I sat down on it. I ended up falling and bruising my elbow. We put the chair aside and avoided using the other two, hoping that the maintenance would inspect it and put it back together so they are safe to use. Now the owners are charging us big money for “broken” chair. It’s possible that this was done intentionally or as a poor joke - please beware! We had a great difficulty leaving the apartment because we were not able to lock the key box upon our departure. We nearly missed our ride to the airport. I contacted the owner by a text but there was no reply. Luckily, we had Halinka’s phone number and she told us what to do.

  61. Nice and quite neighborhood, but WAY OVERPRICED!

    Positive: Good location, not too far from city center, nice apartament block. High quality furniture ant interior, two separate bathrooms. Quite neighborhood. Place has it's own private parking space. Negative: Place is very deteriorated. The is no info how to get into parking space. Place looked dirty, check in at 16:00, but cleaning lady came to clean the apartament after 16:00, she just cleaned bath, toilet and changed bed sheets, everything else was left as it was. Somebody's laundry was left in a washing machine. And the main disappointment is that it's a total rip off, place is not anywhere near worth the money we paid. If it would be cheaper, it would have been OK, but this time it was WAY OVERPRICED!

    A great place, although a tad less spacious than the pictures suggest, and I’ve been running into the walls and corners multiple times each and every hour. All the wardrobes around all the walls are mostly unnecessary. Guess Europeans would appreciate it, but both for me and my partner it feels excessively constraining with no value added at all. Overall recommend: good neighborhood, good location, quiet, family-friendly.

    Positive: Отличные апартаменты, как на фото. Большие удобные кровати, достаточно чистых полотенец. Кухня полностью оборудована для жизни. Наличие 2 санузла очень комфортно для семьи. Приятный интерьер большой плюс в арендной квартире. Есть хорошая детская площадка и бесплатное парковочные место. Хотелось бы на балконе возможно столик и стулья, чтобы вечером ужинать и любоваться красивым ухоженным двором. Спасибо, был отличный отдых! Negative: В посудомойке предыдущие жильцы оставили грязную посуду. Нам пришлось запускать несколько стирок подряд, чтобы хоть как-то решить проблему. Показался немного небезопасным балкон для выхода ребенка 3х лет самостоятельно в плане ширины прутьев ограждения: они достаточны, но мне как маме было волнительно.

    1. The communication was prompt and the host helpful 2. Apartment located out of the center, so be ready to use the public transport or car to get to the city. But by car the distance is quite short 3. The apartment was great! All you need for the great stay 4. Parking under the building was in price - easy to get from there to the apartment, using the closest doors, right in front of the parking lot 5. Checking in with a car is a bit of adventure - you have to walk to the apartment first, take the chip to open the garage and then park. Not so hard, but be ready for that :) 6. I definitely recommend this place for the stay in Warsaw. We were there with a wife and son, and enjoyed our stay!
