    We rented the apartment because the price was super high as it was the end of the year. I didn't mind paying the price! However, the apartment was dusty, the heater didn't work. TV doesn't work. Oh, it doesn't work. The apartment is very cold! I sent a message and it took them a while to respond! bed linen only had 1 piece. I literally thought it was absurd that I spent 1 week in the place without internet, so I literally don't recommend it to anyone. I have photos of the dust in the place. In the end, my end of the year in this apartment was really bad! I hope no one goes through this again!

    Positive: Widok z okna Ładne mieszkanie Negative: Brak ogrzewania, na zewnątrz było -4°, w mieszkaniu z + 15°. Brak kontaktu z personelem. Zepsuta pufa, po pobycie dostaliśmy wyzwanie do zapłaty za pufe 250 zł 🤦🏻‍♀️. Brak miejsc do parkowania.

    Nice apartment for a longer stay but missing a lot of basic supplies for the kitchen. Walls have marks on them and missing finishes like wires hanging out, skirting board in the living room missing etc. In the kitchen there is no oven tray, no oven mitts to take things out of the oven, no kitchen towels, no paper towels, no dish soap just a small dishwasher that some things didn’t fit into. Also missing basic kitchen things like oil, only four small salt and pepper packets etc. Bed not so comfortable but spacious rooms and nice views and good value for money. Definitely think would be better with more personal touches, a welcome book explaining what is in the area (nearest grocery stores, how to get into the city, things to do etc) it felt very much like a business and not someone’s home welcoming you.

  11. Nice apartment with a bad management,

    Positive: Great location, cozy apartment stunning view, close to parks and the river, grocery shops nearby. Negative: The apartment was not cleaned properly, dead insects on the windows, hairs on the bed, mould in the shower, no sharp knives, cutting board was cracked and stinky, burnt and greasy frying pan, no amenities like coffee, tea, sugar, salt or shower gel (provided for one night only, I stayed for 15) and a giant house spider which I called Eric :) The operator did not care to fix any of the listed issues.

    Nigdy nie daje negatywnych komentarzy bo nie jestem mega wymagająca… Ale Za ta cenę, która zapłaciłam spodziewałabym się czegoś lepszego. Brak tv bo nie działają programy, rolety z okna spadają (bo zawiasy rolet są już zużyte ) na całe szczęście nie spadło mi na głowę tylko na podłogę. Jakieś insekty latające , mieszkanie jakby w pewnych miejscach nie dokończone… duszno bo wentylatory nie spełniają swojego zadania. Ogólnie za ta kwotę absolutnie nie warte swojej ceny.

    Positive: Śniadanie dostarczone przez kuriera pod drzwi, mimo niedziałającej widny (mieszkanie na 10 piętrze), w 2 opcjach słodkiej i słonej. Lokalizacja idealna, jeśli ktoś wybiera się na wydarzenia na Torwarze, tylko 10 minut spacerem. Ładny widok na panoramę Warszawy. Negative: Mieszkanie wygląda jakby nie został dokończony remont, brak listw podłogowych, lamp, miejscami pomalowanej ściany, wystające ze ścian kable. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, było zwyczajnie brudno. Mimo wcześniejszego zapytania o działanie windy, brak informacji - 10 piętro z winda w remoncie. Łóżko tak twarde, praktycznie jakby spało sie na ziemi Niedziałające żaluzje, co uniemożliwiało schłodzenie mieszkania, plusem wiatraki sufitowe. Rzadka w sytuacja w obecnych czasach, tv bez kablówki a więc posiadający tylko kilka kanałów tvp.

    Dzień dobry, Dziękujemy za opinię i uwagi. Niestety podczas Pani pobytu doszło do awarii windy w budynku. Chcielibyśmy serdecznie przeprosić za wszelkie niedogodności, jakie to spowodowało. Niestety nie mamy kontroli nad działaniami administracji budynku. Dziękujemy za uwagi. Przekażemy je kierownikom odpowiednich działów, aby pracownicy dokonywali większej kontroli naszych apartamentów i zaistniała sytuacja więcej się nie powtórzyła. Także bardzo przepraszamy, że nasza usługa nie spełniła Pani oczekiwań. Wyznaczyliśmy sobie wysokie standardy i jest nam naprawdę przykro słyszeć, że te standardy nie zostały spełnione podczas interakcji z naszą firmą.     First of all, they didn’t delivered what they promised: breakfast which was included in the price. Secondly, the elevator didn’t worked and they didn’t offer support for it. Thirdly, they were so responsive, even if there is a possibility for parking, they didn’t include it. If you go for a concert it’s ok because it’s pretty close to the arena. I won’t recommend to stay there. Other things: the apartment is not finished, the bed is very uncomfortable, being in a old building there are smells in the apartment.

    The place is quite fine, the host was quite responsive and they even sent me the stuff I forgot at the apartment which was so nice! The huge cons is lack of an elevator, so if you have luggage - it will be hard to get to the 10th floor. Also, breakfast was not delivered at all even though it was included. Overall, fine for a short stay and if you’re ready to walk up 10 flights of stairs :)

    Positive: lokalizacja, śniadanie i jakość oferowanego noclegu naprawdę super, nigdy wcześniej nie korzystałem z tej formy nocowania Negative: coś na co właściciel obiektu nie miał wpływu, to brak windy z powodu wymiany urządzenia, więc piesza wycieczka na 10 piętro okazała się wyzwaniem, kilka razy ;)

    Positive: Ładny widok z okien, drzwi, i inne szczegóły. Winda dojeżdża do 9 piętra. Negative: Bardzo twardy materac. Nie działające żaluzje może to szczegół, ale w mieszkaniu jest dużo światła i szybko robi się gorąco.
