    Positive: Dobra lokalizacja duża przestrzeń obiektu. Negative: Bardzo słaby kontakt z obiektem. Infolinia ciągle zajęta. Bardzo mało kompetentne osoby, nie dostaliśmy śniadania w żadnym dniu. W ramach rekompensaty miał być obiad który nie dotarł, Pani proponuje śniadanie w niedzielę mimo iż w regulaminie piszę iż w niedzielę śniadania nie są dostarczane. Po złożeniu reklamacji, zwrot za śniadania które nie dotarły 40 zł gdzie były 2 dni śniadań i 2 osoby. Szczerze bardzo słabo i nie polecam Tego obiektu za tą cenę.

    Positive: Місцезнаходження, сніданок- дуже зручно та смачно. Negative: Відношення керуючої компанії. При заселенні не світила лампочка в торшері і світло в залі дуже слабенько. На прохання поміняти лампу- обіцяли два дні, поки самі не купили і не замінили. Два дня просили дати додаткову ковдру((( та ж історія- обіцяли і за тиждень проживання, так нічого і не зробили ((((

    Appartment is nice. Overall bookimghost had got nice appartment. However this appartment is very very noisy. From day one one neighbour was drilling. In morning and afternoon. I decided last two days to spend at a friends place. It was not doable. Also not that when you enter the first door the key doesn’t turn smoothly. My advice is. If you want to sleep Quietly don’t book this appartment.

  37. Miły pobyt w dobrej lokalizacji. Niektóre aspekty wymagają usprawnienia.

    Positive: Lokalizacja jest świetna, bardzo dobrze skomunikowane miejsce. Blisko nad Wisłę i stadion narodowy, do barów i restauracji. Negative: Czystość obiektu dyskusyjna. Na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko ok ale przyglądając się z bliska widać, że czystość jest powierzchowna. Słaby kontakt z osobą zarządzającą obiektem - brak odpowiedzi na pytanie zdane podczas pobytu czy zgłoszenia awarii w mieszkaniu.

    Positive: Modernes Bad, Waschmaschine - aber nichts zum Aufhängen. Negative: Zu lauter Straßenverkehr, im Somer zu stickig, wenn man die Fenster geschlossen lässt. Kein Ventilator.. Im Schlafzimmer keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunkeln. Die Schlösser an der Tür klemmten und man muss erst mal herausfinden, welcher Schlüssel in welches Schloss passt. Die Zahlencodes für Tor und Haustür wurden korrekt gegeben, aber wer mit sowas keine Erfahrung hat, ist aufgeschmissen - Escaperoom umgekehrt. 3 Lampen funktionierten nicht. Es gab keine Kisenbezüge für die Kopfkissen. Als ich danach fragte, kam die Antwort, ich solle mal im Schrank nachschauen Hatte ich schon, da war nichts, sonst hätte ich ja nicht gefragt. Frühstück kam jeden Morgen früh, wurde vor die Tür gestellt.

    Positive: Понравилось расположение, чистота и удобная просторная ванная) Negative: Нет штор на окнах - с 6 утра не возможно уже спать..отсутствие кондиционера. Номер квартиры нашли наугад, нет никаких обозначений на двери квартиры) чуть не выломали двери соседям 😂

    This was the most frustrating Airbnb experience I've ever had - while the place looked neat and the design was minimalistic/welcoming, the host was pretty bad. First and foremost, the host was aware that I had 2 guests in my booking, however when we arrived only 1 set of towels and bed linens was provided. It took the host 2 days to deliver the 2nd set of towels, and they never delivered the 2nd set of pillows/blanket (on day 3, they said they would charge us for the 2nd set of bed linens - what??? if you accepted a booking for two guests and listed two beds in your flat, then be so kind to cater to the needs of two guests!!!). The following issues came up during our stay: the key kept getting stuck in the entrance door lock; the bathroom door wouldn't close, the bathroom lock didn't work, the washing machine didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush on day 2-3, the shower leaked along the glass door, the TV wouldn't turn on, several lamps wouldn't turn on. Avoid this host by all means.

    Dear Antonia, thank you for your review. It helps us to improve our service. I know - not all was good by our site. There was a misteake on airbnb listing about beds number - now it's corrected. I'm very sorry for this situation. Any Guest before you didn't report any technical issues. Most of the damages that you reported are already fixed. I also spoke with my employees and I told them how to contact our dear Guests. I know - it shouldn't happen so I'm very sorry. We will do all we can to avoid such a situation for the future.     Gorgeous apartment in a really quiet, private area. You have a handful of restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores as well. The apartment is beautifully decorated and feels very homely. The washing machine did not work so we were unable to wash our clothes, and one of the lights blew so we had to switch it out with a light in a lamp. There’s one one fault with this apartment and that it’s the neighbours are NOISY. Right above the apartment they have a child who runs around at all hours and the noise travels through to your apartment meaning your easily woken up.
