    Positive: Помешкання реально класне! Ремонт хороший,меблі,санвузол все ок!класне розташування! Центр Варшави,поруч парк з дитячим майданчиком,станція метро,торговельні центри. В помешканні було чисто,постіль ідеально біла і випрасована,достатньо рушників,тежчистих,білих. Рекомендую! Negative: Оснащення кухні дуже слабеньке! Не було дощечки для різання,це прям мега незручно! Одна кастрюлька і 1 пательня (без кришки). Відсутність мікрохвильовки. Духовка є але в ній не можливо щось приготувати так як не було решітки на яку можна б було поставити страву запікатись. Не було пакетів для сміття,та миючогг для посуду.Це не критично та не зіпсувало нам відпочинок,але викликало незначні складнощі так як жили ми там тиждень з дітьми і готувати мусили повноцінно.

    Positive: Удобное расположение, близко от остановок общественного транспорта, в двух шагах улица Маршалковская Negative: Остались без завтрака, хотя брали аппартаменты с завтраком. Как оказалось, завтрак надо заранее заказывать на сайте, который нигде не указан, и при этом, при заказе аппартаментов в пятницу после 18-00, компания завтрак не предоставляет, о чем узнали утром в воскресенье. Если вы заселяетесь в пятницу на две ночи и вам посчастливилось сделать заказ, то завтрак вам привезут в субботу сразу на два дня. Заселились поздно вечером, продуктов не купили, утром стали писать в службу поддержки с вопросом о завтраке, прислали ссылку на кейтеринг, а уже на сайте узнали, что мы с завтраком "пролетели". Хозяева возместили 20 злотых, но это не та сумма, на которую можно позавтракать трем персонам.

    Positive: En general, todo muy positivo. Una opción excelente muy cerca del centro de Varsovia. Negative: El desayuno, no merece la pena contratarlo. Un par de cosas frías cada día, que llega antes de las 7:00 d ela mañana y lo dejan en la puerta donde todo el mundo puede verlo y tomarlo. No incluye café ni leche, aunque hay café en polvo en la casa. Yo tuve que comprar mi propia leche y café para las mañanas. Es mejor bajar y tomar café en cualquier cafetería cercana.

    Positive: Bardzo fajne mieszkanie. W centrum, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo czysto. Śniadania codziennie z rana dostarczane w postaci kateringu pudełkowego. Porcje nie były największe ale jak za tą cenę nowoczesnego mieszkania w centrum ze śniadaniami to nie ma na co narzekać. Zero problemu z sąsiadami. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Negative: Właściciel nie zostawił odpowiedniej ilości poszewek na pościel ale zostało to natychmiastowo rozwiązane.

    Positive: The position is great and the apartment is very cozy and clean. Also the host is very available, we were missing towels and toilet paper but they were delivered a short time after our call. Negative: The breakfast was delivered on the first day and there was just a salty and a sweet option to be divided into the two days.. it would be better if there was the possibility to choose and to have fresh food both mornings.

  53. À deux pas de tout, quartier animé et joyeux, un bel appartement.

    Positive: Petit-déjeuner copieux suffisamment pour nous faire en plus un petit sandwich pour le diner sur la route. Pièces très éclairées par de larges fenêtres. Une vue, de jour comme de nuit, tout à fait charmante. Negative: Il manquait des ciseaux pour ouvrir les sacs, du savon à vaisselle et des serviettes à vaisselle puisque nous n'étions que 2 personnes, nous n'utilisons pas le lave-vaisselle tous les jours. Un racloir pour nettoyer la vitre de la douche aurait été apprécié puisque nous sommes restés à l'appartement 9 jours.

    Positive: No comment Negative: All the information I got about this apartment from the managing company was the code of the key box by the apartment. I did not get any other information such as how to get into the apartment building or even the apartment number. I called the number provided in the confirmation for over two hours, but no one picked up the phone (it was around noon). The email I sent was not deliverable. I went to the bakery in the building but the ladies working there did not know anything about the apartment. Finally, a couple, residents, came and I asked them if I was in the right building. The gentleman was extremely incredibly nice, let us in the apartment building and went to search the whole building for the apartment that has a box with a key code for us. At first, he could not find one, so we thanked him and went to a travel agency nearby. But the young agent was not allowed? to book a hotel for us. My daughter found that Hilton was 5 min drive away, so we decided to go there. I called Uber and waited. Then, a car stopped in front of us, came out the gentleman who tried to help us some time ago. He said that he went to search for the apartment for the second time and found it!! He said that the apartment was located at the end of the hallway and kind of hidden by the column, so he was not able to see first time. But because the address was correct, he thought that the apartment must have been in the building. After he found it, he drove to look for us. Then he found us and took me to the apartment. I still believe that he must have been an angel. The location was very good, and the room was nice, but because of this experience, I would never come back here.

    Positive: The kitchen facilities. The living room and the balcony. I liked the location. Negative: There is nothing I did not like but I think you should consider guests safety especially in the bathroom. Put something on the bath tub floor something to prevent sliding. Another thing, there are no hangers in the bath room to hang the towels.

  83. Polecam mieszkanie, było bardzo wygodnie, skorzystałbym kolejny raz.

    Positive: Mieszkanie bardzo fajne, polecam każdemu, bardzo ładne, czyste, zadbane, wygodne, blisko metra i centrum Warszawy (okna nie od strony ulicy więc było cichutko), wszędzie blisko i szybko dzięki bliskości komunikacji. Negative: Jest kilka pierdółek, które bym zmienił - brak suszarki na umyte naczynia, 1 tabletka na 3 noce do zmywarki trochę mało, wstawiłbym rolety w salonie, ponieważ w dzień było mega gorąco, i nie było nic widać tak świeciło słońce, zmieniłbym telewizor na troszkę większy bo ten jest strasznie mały.

    Once you book the apartment, the host will send you a link to the on line document where they will request you to authorise them to charge your card for whatever violations like stolen towels or sheets, smoking, having people over after some time etc. I refused to sign the document but they still allowed me to stay with them. The apartment is fine overall, but it is not very well maintained. A lot of things in the apartment are not very well functioning like windows, doors, curtain holders, cutlery etc. Also we found some trash under the sofa. For the apartment with such strict policies and maintenance standards, the quality of the apartment could be better. Still, the location is great and the apartment is warm and quiet. The view from the window is great.

    We loved the place! It was in a perfect location, I managed to find a parking spot for my car that wasn’t paid, and what really surprised us — the view from the window was amazing! I would love to give it 5 stars, however, I have to mention a few things that could use some improvement: 1. The building itself was very noisy and the walls were paper-thin. I woke up at least 10 times during the entire stay to check if someone was in my apartament, since you could clearly hear the steps on the other floor. This is not the best place for light sleepers. 2. The hairdryer could be updated — it barely blows any air and gets very hot. 3. The lockbox was broken which is unsafe. :( 4. The bedroom door was loose, and so was the curtain rail next to the balcony door. 5. A contract with some new rules will be sent to you after placing your payment — mostly about smoking/partying being prohibited. You might want to consider that if you’re a smoker and want to use the balcony for that.

    Nice and cozy apartment in the center. So close to the old town and all monuments. We loved the restaurants around the apartment. On the ground floor you can find a good grocery store. This apartment is a bit small but stylish. The main bed is small for two adults, but still comfortable to sleep. Thanks for the apartment! I recommend it!
