    The communication was sufficient and the instructions were very clear, so entering the apartment was easy. The apartment was clean overall, with only two minor details to note: a broken support in one of the refrigerator shelves made the shelf wobbly, and there were dust bunnies under the bed. These details were so minor that I did not bother contacting BookingHost about these details, so this was not something they could address. All surfaces were clean, the kitchen had sufficient pots, pans, etc., and there were even some hygiene supplies provided in the bathroom. I found the overall experience to be very positive and a very good value for the stay. I would recommend using BookingHost properties in future.

    Het was een kort maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar bezoek aan Warschau. De locatie was goed bereikbaar met de auto maar ook goede openbaar vervoer voorzieningen in direct nabijheid. Erg blij met de mogelijkheid om de auto in de garage te kunnen parkeren.

    Positive: Pierogarnia "Pobite Gary" na przeciwko, bliskość stacji metra, wyposażenie mieszkania i ogólny klimat, wygodne miejsce parkingowe. Negative: Mieszkanie zastaliśmy nieposprzątane po poprzednich lokatorach. Noc spędziliśmy spiąć pod kocem przywiezionym ze sobą. Po interwencji mieszkanie zostało posprzątane na błysk.

  27. Jó minőségű kicsit nehézkes a bejutás távozás egy kis odafigyeléssel nagyon jó szállás lehetne.

    Positive: Tiszta, a központi helyek könnyen elérhetőek. Negative: A fürdőszoba a hálószoba hoz tartozik és az ajtó a fürdőszoba előtt van, így egy csoport esetén nem lehet nyugodtan pihenni mert a fürdőszobát használók a hálószobában levőket zavarják. Az ajtó áthelyezésével ez a probléma megoldható lenne! Nem a szállás problémája de ezzel a címmel egy másik szállást hoz az útvonaltervező, amely 1,8 km-re található. A reggeli egyhangú hétfőn nem is volt kétfajta, csak joghurt volt és azzal haza indulni nem igazán kellemes, a laktóz érzékenyekről nem is beszélve.

    Positive: Lokalizacja, "bezkontaktowe" zakwaterowanie, czystość, wygodne łóżka, wyposażenie apartamentu w pralkę i zmywarkę, miejsce na parkingu podziemnym. Negative: Bardzo słabo spływająca woda pod prysznicem, przydałaby się klimatyzacja, śniadania do poprawy (pierwszego dnia dostaliśmy stare croissanty i chleb).

  55. An inhabitable dwelling of decay and neglect infested by moths

    Positive: No comment Negative: The property does not match the description at all and the property management isn't at all interested in their customers. They have had complaints from customers for months and still haven't done anything about it. We had reserved the apartment for two nights but had to leave the first morning due to the serious problems they had. When we arrived we first noted the musty smell of dirt and tobacco in the apartment. We are travelling with kids and soon enough noticed the beds promised in the property description were not made - in fact they didn't even exist. The advertisement says the apartment has two bedrooms but in the "second bedroom" there was only a broken chair bed. There were not enough bed linen even for two beds and towels were missing too. To top it off, the apartment is infested by moths living in an old trunk with some musty old carpets - and apparently has been for quite a few months already as the reviews written by the previously deceived customers came to tell us. We called the property management but they said they were not going to do anything about the problems until maybe the next morning - which didn't happen either. In the next afternoon when we had already parted to find a more habitable accommodation, they contacted us via Booking messaging and asked if the broken bed should be fixed. Afterwards they refused a refund because "we didn't allow them time to fix the problems" and Booking stood on their side on the issue without any explanation as to why. There was a capsule coffee maker in the apartment but no coffee for it. Also a dishwasher but only a single detergent pod. The electrical sockets were hanging off the wall causing a health hazard and we're just hoping the moths didn't do anything to our clothes or lay eggs in our bags during the few hours of horror we had to spend in the apartment. I only wish I had read the other reviews and avoided this scam operation in the first place.

    Positive: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro. Łatwy dojazd samochodem. Negative: Przeraziłem się na widok dużej ilości moli które zalęgły się w drewnianej skrzyni z dywanami! Na szczęście nie musiałem korzystać z tego dodatkowego pomieszczenia i zamknąłem do niego drzwi. Mam nadzieję że mole nie wprowadziły się do moich ubrań jako pamiątka z wyjazdu. Śniadanie w wersji pudełkowej.

    Positive: Przestronne mieszkanie , w pełni wyposażone. Negative: Bez kluczy nie można dostać się z windy do korytarza w którym znajdują się mieszkania, oddzielają je zamknięte drzwi, każdorazowo trzeba było je brać że sobą nawet jeśli ktoś został w mieszkaniu.

    Positive: Świetna lokalizacja (koło stacji metra), winda, parking, balkon, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka. Negative: Łazienka mogłaby być czystsza i lepiej utzrymana, czajnik elektryczny BEZWZGLĘDNIE do wymiany - nie da się pić przegotowanej w nim wody (sam plastik), śniadania były tragiczne (na 3 dni dwa razy był jogurt z musli i sok - koniec). Opis wprowadza w błąd - nie ma 2 łazienek: jest łazienka z umywalką, pralką i prysznicem i osobno WC). Są to jednak tylko irytujące drobiazgi.

  73. Cena kompletnie nieproporcjonalna do jakości.

    Positive: Dobra lokalizacja, bliskość metra, przystanków autobusowego i tramwajowego. Negative: Było to najbrudniejsze mieszkanie, jakie dotąd wynajmowałam. Wielkie ilości kurzu, brudne garnki w kuchni, obrzydliwy smród z kanap, brak poszew na pościeli. Po kilku godzinach jazdy musiałam szukać w szafkach kołder i poduszek i sama zakładać na nie poszwy! Zapłaciłam za pobyt pięciu osób, a tylko jedna kołdra była przygotowana. Wnęka z jednym łóżkiem tak śmierdziała i była tak brudna, że zrezygnowaliśmy ze spania w niej. W efekcie spałam na łóżku z dwojgiem dzieci. Poza tym latające mole. Jedynie łazienki były jako tako posprzątane i czyta pościel z pralni.
