I wanna make it short pros: perfect accessibility Very spacious and safe Super clean Very comfortable bed Extra bed sheets and Towels and duvet Well equiped, except there is no washing machine. (for those who want to stay longer). cons: No washing machine I personally preferred to have dark curtains in the bedroom. Check in was easy but I can imagine it could be a bit tricky for some people.

    Positive: Great location. Nice facilities. Helpful staff Negative: It was difficult finding the entrance. It needs to be said that the entrance is around the corner on a different street. The instructional videos would benefit from being remade. They made me feel dizzy.

Nie było problemów z parkingiem Negative: Łóżko pozapadane nie było możliwości na nim spać , pełno pająków , łazienka poniżej pasa , stara i brudna . Pościel do ubrania brudna . Śmierdząco nie przyjemnie . W cenie miało być śniadanie dla 3osob plus dziecka . Nie otrzymaliśmy ani jednego ani drugiego dnia śniadania . Proszę o zwrot środków . Dostaliśmy relokację gdzie mogliśmy się wykompac.

    Positive: Super śniadanka, zawsze na czas. W budynku winda, mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, czyste i zadbane. Dobrze wyposażone, zapewnione podstawowe środki czystości. Negative: Fatalna sofa, niestety.. To zdecydowanie najsłabszy punkt tego miejsca, a mega szkoda! Bardzo słaba cyrkulacja powietrza w łazience, brak czynnego wywietrznika, przez co niesamowicie szybko robiło się duszno. Dla nas to akurat nie był wybitny problem, ale mieszkanie znajduje się przy turbo ruchliwej ulicy- otwarte okno w nocy powoduje stałe dźwięki przejeżdżających pojazdów, także tych na sygnałach dźwiękowych. Także jeśli ktoś oczekuje ciszy, to zdecydowanie nie ten rejon.

  33. Dobry apartament w dobrej cenie

    Positive: Na pewno na ogromny plus zasługuje lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko i świetne połączenia. Apartament bardzo ładny i przestronny, wyposażenie w kuchni wystarczające. Negative: Znalezienie skrzynki a raczej skrzyneczki trochę nam zajęło. Rada dla innych trzeba przejść obok bloku z nazwą ulicy Zakoroczymska 13 i skręcić w prawo, gdzie jest nazwa ulicy Wójtowska, kawałek dalej znów jest nad żelaznymi drzwiami nazwa Zakroczymska 13 i to na przeciwko tej nazwy trzeba szukać skrzynki, która znajduje się po drugiej stronie ulicy, na dole, obok krzaków na małym płotku. W sumie mieliśmy dodatkową atrakcję, więc było wesoło 😊 niestety muszę się "przyczepić " do kanapy w salonie, która jest uszkodzona i zapada się w 2 miejscach. Poza tym jest bardzo duszno w apartamencie, więc w upalne dni przydał by się klimatyzator. Mimo to serdecznie polecam ten apartament. Dla 4 osób jest to idealna opcja pod wieloma względami. Spokojnie moglibyśmy tam wrócić 😉

  41. Wir würden in der Wohnung wieder übernachten, wenn im Wohnzimmer eine bessere Couch steht.

    Positive: Eine helle, geräumige und schön geschnittene Wohnung in sehr guter Lage und mit Portier am Eingang. Sie liegt im nördlichen Teil der Altstadt und ist gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sowie Cafés sind gleich um die Ecke zu finden. Negative: Leider ist die Wohnung nicht wirklich für 3 Personen geeignet, in unserem Fall eine dreiköpfige Familie mit Kind unter 10 Jahren. Das liegt nicht an der Größe der Wohung dafür aber an den Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Bett ist nur 140cm breit und die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem und nicht angenehm in der Nacht.

    Positive: Very spacious, cozy and tidy apartment. The location suited us very well: close to the musical fountain and very close to the zoo. Small grocery stores with a great selection are also nearby. Negative: There was no detailed information about where to find the keys to the apartment. If it wasn't for the security guard of the house, who saw us wandering around the house in the dark with a small child, without his help I wouldn't have found the keys and the entrance to the apartment. The box with the key is hung on the fence right next to the basement - you can't see it in the dark, the second important thing is that the entrance to the apartment and the key box are from the other street - the house is corner. Due to these inconveniences, I had to experience a lot of stress. Traffic can be heard in the apartment 24 hours a day. The sofa in the living room has already been put together. There was no washing machine if you are thinking about a longer visit.

    Had a lovely work trip to Warsaw and stayed here for 3 nights. The location is close to the old town and I enjoyed walking out to soak up the atmosphere and views. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. The accommodation was easy to find, but locating the keybox on the fence across the road was more difficult than expected. The host - who spotted me arriving - helped me find it. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and exactly what I needed for this trip. The kitchen looked great, although I didn't need to make much use of it personally. The weather was hot and muggy, which demanded the windows to be open....but let in some road noise on occasion - the joy of cobbled streets! Breakfast was delivered to my door each morning in a cute little brown bag and was different each day of my stay. Yum. I enjoyed staying here and will look to use this again for my next trip.

    Positive: El apartamento es grande y cómodo, bien amueblado y con todo lo necesario. La cama también era muy cómoda y todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio Negative: El proceso de llegada es muy complicado. En ningún momento te atiende una persona, es todo por mensajes. Es difícil encontrar el portal (hay varios con el mismo número y éste ni siquiera está en la calle designada). Ademas hay que encontrar una caja de seguridad que tampoco está en el portal (parece que estás haciendo una gymkana), abrirla con un código y sacar las llaves para finalmente abrir el apartamento.

    Accomodation is located in a central location, walkable distance to old town and also bua station was very close. Apartment is spacious and as described and shown in the picture. Self check-in was bit difficult as it was not easy to locate the key box. Overall, we enjoyed our stay:)

    Excellent place for a stay in Warsaw although a few negative comments: - very hard to locate (entrance & key are actually not on the street communicated but just around the building) -the bedroom only has white curtains so the amount of light coming in in the morning is big and it is hard to sleep -kitchen facilities could be better although the minimum was there for sure (no coffee machine, no scissors, etc.)
