    Positive: Pokój czysty, zadbany, potrzebne rzeczy na miejscu. Lokalizacja dobra, cicho, ale blisko na tramwaj oraz pieszo na dworzec warszawa wschód. Obok stacja i żabka, więc wszystko pod ręką. Negative: Nasza skrytka się zacięła i mieliśmy problem żeby wyciągnąć klucze. W pokoju brak firan czy rolet, a że okno jest na wysokość pokoju to wszystko widać, co było mało komfortowe, zwłaszcza, że pod oknem jest kebab z ciągłym ruchem. W łazience światło na czujnik ruchu, który połączony z wentylacją lekko irytował szumem, a podczas brania prysznica światło gasło.

    It was a perfect place to stay at for the weekend. Small space but we'll designed and equiped. Materace on the mezzanine was okay. Kitchen and bathroom clean and equipped with everything. I find it a bit pricey for such a small space but I don't think you'll find anything better or cheaper. The only thing I wish was there was a microwave but it was not listed on the amenities so I knew it wasn't there. All in all I will probably use it again and would recommend.

  25. Alright place, but hot!

    Positive: The location was quite good, close to the tram line and metro. It was very clean and good value for money. Negative: There was only one set of towels for two guests. The heating was way too warm and even thought we tried turning it down it didnt do much. We also tried contacting the host about it but we didnt receive any feedback.

    This is a nice little apartment that was perfect for a 2 night stay. As expected, it’s not the biggest or most luxurious place to stay, but it is everything you need for a base to stay for a few days and was clean, quiet, warm, easy to find etc. Nothing to complain about.

    Prześliczny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - znajduje się tuż obok najpiękniejszej części Pragi, niedaleko głównej ulicy oraz w odległości spacerowej na stadion. Mimo to okolica nie jest głośna. Polecam spacer nad Wisłę i na Śródmieście. Wszystko wyglądało dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Było czysto i schludnie. Instrukcje dotarcia na miejsce były klarowne. Gości z innych apartamentów nie słychać. Natomiast mieliśmy kilka problemów. Nie działał Internet - zgłosiliśmy to gospodarzowi, otrzymaliśmy w ciągu dnia instrukcje, lecz nie pomogły. Światło w łazience jest w pełni automatyczne - to z jednej strony wygodne, ale z drugiej było uciążliwe nocą. Trwa bardzo upalne lato i w apartamencie bardzo ciężko było wytrzymać - ma tylko jedno duże okno. W łóżku blisko sufitu było najgoręcej, a ono samo też było dosyć niewygodne, więc niestety nie wypoczywaliśmy dobrze. Wiatraki lub klimatyzacja rozwiązałyby problem. Jako miejsce wypadowe w okolicy stadionu, idealnie poza latem - w pełni polecam.

В квартире был грязный пол, несвежая постель с пятнами крови на ней. Вайфай тоже не было. Номер телефона для связи не рабочий. Не рекомендую.

Negative: ➖Niestety zdarzyła się również niezbyt miła sytuacja o której może bym nawet nie wspomniała gdyby nie późniejszy rozwój sytuacji. Otóż ktoś kto przygotował pokój zostawił tylko jeden ręcznik 50x70 dla dwóch osób (ok rozumiem, każdemu może się zdarzyć) - niestety zauważyłam to dopiero po godzinach pracy biura, dlatego następnego dnia z samego rana zgłosiłam sprawę. Obsługa oczywiście przyjęła zgłoszenie jednak samo dostarczenie ręcznika zajęło bardzo dużo czasu. Moje rozczarowanie wynika z tego że mój pobyt trwał 2 doby od soboty od godz. 16 do poniedziałku do godz. 10 a pół niedzieli przesiedziałam w apartamencie czekając na ręcznik, na który się nie doczekałam i musiałam skorzystać z tego jedynego już mokrego który użyła córka. Ręcznik dostarczono, nie wiadomo o której - o 15 jeszcze go nie było. ➖Brak klimatyzacji

Prie pat buto yra kebabinė, iš jos ėjo nemalonus kvapas. Miegamojo zona 2 aukšte, į jį patenkama labai nepatogiom kopėčiom.

Negative: Internet niby jest, ale jest to tylko Orange Mobile. Prędkości nie powalają, więc do mapy/nawigacji jest OK, ale jak ktoś jedzie z pracą, to już niezbyt. TV pewnie też miała się łączyć przez dekoder wewnętrzny/internet = efekt taki, że nie odbierało żadnego kanału (tylko Netflix i też niezbyt sprawnie).

    В целом неплохо. Но на кухне в верхнем шкафчике осталось много крошек после других людей. С учетом что за уборку отдельно взымается не маленькая оплата. Изначально сложно было найти второй подъезд. Не было укзанно, что их два. На матрасе в кровати какие-то пятна. В ванной протирает раковина. Отсутствие штор. Завтрак достаточно скромный, но все равно приятно, что предоставляют. А так достаточно милая студия. Удобное расположение , рядом метро и трамваи.

    Positive: Было легко добраться, в пешей доступности метро, трамваи. Сделан свежий ремонт, грамотно распланировано пространство квартиры, есть необходимая посуда, маленькая индукционная плита, небольшой холодильник, гладильная доска, сушка для одежды, утюг, фен( хороший),несколько чистых полотенец с приятным ароматом ополаскивателя( не люблю использовать ополаскиватели для белья, но в данном случае. его было не много и приятный, слегка уловимый аромат). хороший wi-fi. Приятно порадовала бутылочка питьевой воды и пару пакетиков чая - пригодились) Для проживания одного человека или 2-х человек молодежи, вполне все хорошо. В общем коридоре есть стиральная машина и сушка, что тоже порадовало-при необходимости можно постирать одежду. Negative: В номере на первый взгляд чисто, но не совсем. Пыль на плинтусах, в ванной было немного волос чужих, на полу под ногами ощущался мелкий мусор, на диване было немного крошек. Самое большее неудобство-шумоизоляция. Очень сильная слышимость от соседних 2-х номеров. Соседи возвращались домой ночью и каждый раз я просыпалась от шума открывающихся замков и дверей. Для проживания людей более старшего возврата, будет неудобно, поскольку спальное место на втором этаже и не очень удобная лестница, скользят ступеньки.

    The Appartement is just as described. It’s very small but has everything you‘d need. The descriptions are very clear but nevertheless it took us some time to find the entrance -not their fault though. It’s just a bit hidden. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that the mattress is horrible and for all three nights there was a banging noise that continued throughout the whole night. It’s not awful but quite annoying. It follows a pattern so I’m assuming its not man-made. If you change the mattress and fix the banging it’s a 5 star Appartement for sure. It was really uncomplicated and we had a wonderful stay in Warszawa. Would recommend

    Kawalerka w starej, odrestaurowanej kamienicy w centrum Starej Pragi, a więc w klimatycznej lokalizacji. Blisko do M2. Materac jest trochę niewygodny, ale za tę cenę, to rozumiem, że luksusów oczekiwać nie można. Plusem jest cicha okolica. Generalnie miejsce warte polecenia, o ile ktoś nie ma wygórowanych oczekiwań.

    It’s okay, a new listing when I stayed and needs to make a few minor adjustments to make it far more enjoyable/ comfortable as with most new listings - until they receive feedback from guest experience. Location was a little far out of town and I feel for the price you could have got a similar rental closer, I walked into town once and it took me a good 35/40mins and I am a regular/ fast walker.. I ended up renting the local scooters to get back and forth from town for the other journeys. The neighbourhood was a little loud and the building/ walls are quite loud, you hear every movement of the neighbours clearly. The bed was not comfy, felt like a futon mattress instead of a spring one but this I am sure is an easy replacement for much greater comfort. The bathroom and remaining rental was clean, tidy and mostly efficient. I like small spaces and this has everything you need. If you don’t mind staying out of town and travelling in a little and the owner make a few simple adjustments I believe this will be a good rental. However, if left as it is, I’d prefer to find somewhere else.
