    Positive: Дуже вдале розташування апартаментів, світла та комфортна квартира. Negative: Під час заселення потрібно помучитися з знаходженням самих апартаментів на мапі та багато замків з кодами. Абсолютно відсутня система провітрювання приміщень. Що в ванній кімнаті, що в холі. Якщо ви приймаєте душ, користуєтеся вбиральнею будьте готові що буде 0 провітрювання, тільки відкривати балкон та вікна, і все виходить в самий хол/кімнату/кухню. Не тихі сусіди зверху.

    Positive: Dobra lokalizacja. Dobre wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego. Ładne wnętrze. Negative: Okrutnie śmierdzi kanalizacją w łazience - osoby o wrażliwym powonieniu powinny omijać szerokim łukiem. W dniu przyjazdu brakowało czystych ręczników i pościeli. Personel nie zareagował aż do późnego popołudnia następnego dnia pomimo licznych telefonicznych upomnień. W efekcie spędziliśmy pierwszą noc bez kąpieli i na niepościelonych łóżkach. Żałosna sytuacja i brak jakiejkolwiek refleksji.

    Väldigt fint boende i centrala Warszawa. Gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter vilket är ett stort plus. Boendet är belägen vid en stor, trafikerad gata där väldigt många bilar såväl som utryckningsfordon passerar, därför får man räkna med att låter en del från utsidan. Fönstren isolerar ljudet däremot väldigt bra när de är stängda. Väl ekiperad och städat boende. Hade allt som behövs vid såväl korta som längre vistelser.

    Positive: Samo mieszkanie ok Negative: Nie przygotowanie mieszkania na czas, po wejściu o 16 zastałem totalny bałagan (zdjęcia) mimo, że dzwoniłem 30 min wcześniej z pytaniem czy wszystko będzie gotowe. Nie posprzątane pokoje, smród jaki wydobywa się z łazienki jest nie do opisania, nie pomogły nawet zapach z Rosmana, tragedia. Po 16 nie było możliwości aby się dodzwonić do obsługi. Po 30 min przyszła ekipa sprzątającą i przy mnie ogarniała pokój. Lokalizacja fatalna, hałas z ulicy tragiczny, ale to Warszawka.

    Positive: ładnie wykończony dobra lokalizacja Negative: w mieszkaniu jest straszny fetor, w budynku jest wilgoć w piwnicach i zakładam że zapach grzyba lub kanalizacji przedostaje się przez pion wentylacyjny. smród jest naprawdę nie do wytrzymania pomimo wietrzenia trzy dni całego mieszkania on nie znika. obsługa myślę że wie o co chodzi bo po krótkiej wymianie wiadomości powiedzieli że jeśli to budynek to nie mają na to wpływu. zwykle nie pisze opinii ale naprawdę odradzam ten obiekt.

    El apartamento me gusto mucho coincidía con las fotos del anuncio, tuve una estancia agradable lo único que estuvo mal fue la lavadora que está dañada es un detalle mínimo que si la cambiarán el apartamento queda totalmente perfecto ya que cuando lave mi ropa salió igual de sucia y no centrifugo ósea salió muy mojada como digo es un detalle mínimo que se puede arreglar de resto todo excelente

    Nous avons passée un excellent séjour Varsovie est magnifique. Cependant certaines choses ne ce sont passer comme nous le souhaitons à notre arrivé nous découvrons que la salle porte de salle de bain ne peux pas ce fermer, 1 des lustres du salon nous tomber dessus limite quand nous mangions. Hormis c’est détails l’emplacement du logement reste très stratégique et très bien placé.

    The place itself was very cute, perfectly located, modern and relatively clean. However, I can’t give it more than 2 stars due to the poor communication and total neglect from the host and some issues with the apartment that never got fixed. The building’s entrance is a little bit hard to find so ask in advance since the instructions are not clear. The bed’s box spring was broken which made the box sunken in the middle. I had to fix it myself since after notifying I got no response or solution. There is a very unpleasant smell often coming from the pipes that impregnates the bedroom. Breakfast comes at 1am, with food that should be refrigerated and making the doorbell ring twice unannounced. Never got an answer to this weird procedure either. Cleanliness was over okay but could be improved - some forgotten areas like the balcony, back of the bathroom sink, toaster, blood stained pillows for the sofa bed, forgotten items from previous guests. Overall, nice apartment poorly managed.

  61. Don't be there if you are the first time to Warsaw

    Positive: Location is the best...just located at town center; dining, shopping or having a chill experience in stylish coffee only in walking distance. A homelike stay feeling in the apartment is also a remarkable experience. Negative: The premise is hard to find by first comer, even a local there. I spent over 30 min on the street (which Google shows it's the right place) and asked over 3 local people then got in the apartment. The instructions from the hotline (so call) was not clear, even they don't know or even never been there. Please use a video to show how to enter the place. Furthermore, the breakfast on my second day stay was missing. Also this is a non-air conditioned room, the room keeps 30 degrees at light time

    The apartment is totally perfect, very beautiful, quite big and cozy, in the heart of Warsaw which means you don't have to pay much for transportation, a lot of things to do around, perfect for business trips, holidays and for long stays. I've been in the apartment approx 35 days, it's fully equipped with the necessary equipment you will need and you will have a great view from the patio. The bed is comfortable, the washing machine and kitchen work perfectly, a lot of space/storage/wardrobes to store anything you like. I highly recommend it for a long or a short stay. The host was very polite with swift responses and helpful to solve some issues that I had.

    Great apartment in tip top shape with great finishing and appliances! Good, central location close to everything you could possibly need. Great for someone who is working whilst travelling. Would for sure stay again! Breakfast is included which was a pleasant surprise although I guess it says in the description. The only issue I had was with the plumbing which is unfortunately a common issue in this neighbourhood and leads to quite an unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the shower drain. Nothing that can't be fixed and the host handled the feedback well and has taken note of it!

    Positive: the furniture is trendy Negative: the smell from the sewer was the worst! the entire apartment smelt awful, all the time. there were only 2 towels per person - for a 6 night stay, the breakfast was a joke, and the bedroom was tiny. my husband of 1.92 could not fit in properly.
