Dear Donna, thank you for choosing our apartment in central of Warsaw. Also thank you for your review - it helps to improve our service. Regarding your comments: 1) the apartment's windows are on behind of the building not to the street - we reported to the building administrator your comments about the noise. 2) The sleeping system on the bed is high quality and has got additional mattress to be even more comfortable - but it's totally personal experience. Other guests didn't complain about that. 3) The studio is prepared for 1-2 guests so we provide towels for 2 guests (2 big and 2 small) also we provide slippers, coffe set, tea and basic cosmetics. If anything goes wrong - you can easly find our contact details and give us a call. We will do all the best to make your stay better. Thanks to your opinion we improve our service (ie. we will bring and change towels often). Once again thanks for your review - this will help us making stay at our apartment better. We are happy that you choose our apartment.
